Property Rules
Minimum Age – Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
Family Rentals Only – Wavecrest Beach Vacations only rents to families and family groups
Maximum Occupancy – 6 guests (Strictly Enforced, $250 per person per day will be charged for violations)
Smoking Prohibited – No smoking inside, on balconies, or in any common areas. Strictly enforced; $500 fine applies
No Pets Allowed
No Motorcycles, Trailers, Golf Carts, RVs, or Travel Trailers
No Parties or Events – Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM
Keep Unit Tidy – Please leave the condo neat. Report any damage to Wavecrest Beach Vacations at
No Daily Housekeeping – Washer and dryer provided for guest use
IMPORTANT:
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (strictly enforced by the HOA). Exceeding this limit will result in a charge of $250 per guest, per day, and may result in immediate eviction.

Resort Fee: A $20 per day resort fee is required and paid directly to Arcadian Dunes upon check-in. This fee grants access to all resort amenities, including pools, hot tub, and shared facilities.This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Note: Motorcycles are not allowed on the resort property. Up to 2 cars can park at no charge. 3rd vehicle will be allowed but with a $10 per vehicle/ day parking fee, payable at the resort.
