This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 2, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 2, 2027, with completion expected by April 9, 2027.

During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.

Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

We had a short stay for spring break

We had a short stay for spring break. The view was the best. Could watch sunrise from the balcony! Condo is a little out dated but that didn’t affect our stay. Kids loved basketball pickleball and volleyball courts and of course the pool.

Giving this a 5* review because of the excellent communication from Julie from Big Fish Rentals and the spectacular view from the balcony. The unit is on the 1st floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. It was clean and had lots of clean towels and linen. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped. The Pool area was kept clean and had good loungers. There are bbq’s for use at one end of the resort. Restaurant on site was convenient and had good pub food. The place could use a paint job and the mattresses updated, but this did not affect our stay in a negative way. Thank you Julie!

Beautiful location, we came for spring break and the beach was very accessible (steps out the door). Also very quiet and less crowded than other beaches ect. The pools were exceptionally clean and beautiful views all around the resort. We will definitely be back 🤗

Would definitely return, location and view was extraordinary!! Pool and surrounding area clean and comfortable. Restaurant in building excellent with 4-6 pm happy hour daily. I would recommend having a car as it is a mile walk to anything else. But who needs anything else when you have that amazing beach!!!

Great little place right on the beach! It may not be as updated decor-wise as some others but it was very comfortable and was exactly as presented in the photos. I liked that there was enough seating for my family of 4 for meals and relaxing at night. There were also small touches in the space that made our stay feel like a home for the week. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a place for us to relax in our favorite building on the beach!

Julie was an exquisite host—always available and incredibly responsive. Any questions we had were answered within minutes, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We made countless memories during our week there, sharing special moments that will last a lifetime. The ambiance of the place and the amenities provided made it truly perfect for our needs.
