Neighborhood
Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC, this condo is conveniently located! Close to the Myrtle Beach Airport and located and within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and just one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley’s Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Access
This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter supplies of trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards. Please remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service. If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Had a great stay at Julie’s! It doesn’t get any more “ocean view” than this place. Julie was extremely responsive to my inquiries about the place. The pools offered at this place certainly looked better than any nearby ones, which alone was worth the price of admission. Plenty to do nearby, and slept well even thought it was “bike week” during my stay. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a few days at Myrtle and we were lucky to find Julie’s place to stay. We had a bit of confusion when we arrived for which lot to park in, but nothing major. We received our key code at 4pm and checked in to the property without issue. It was very clean and neat. The kitchen is stocked with only the very basics, so if you plan to cook often, you may want to bring your own special gadgets (ex.- only four each of spoons, knives, forks, two pots, a few bowls, no spices, etc.). We ate out mostly, though, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Beds were super comfy. The view from the balconies is fantastic and private. There is a little grocery store across the street, but not much to walk to within a mile north that we found (minus a Starbucks, and Hi-Fi coffee a little further). The boardwalk is a mile north. Everyone at the property that we encountered, other tenants and facility people, were very friendly. Elevator lobby was always clean. Lots of pools and the beautiful beach.

Absolutely stunning view, would stay again. Very close to everything. Pools were clean and heated in March which was a huge bonus! Beds were comfortable. Would recommend. Had to sign an additional contract which is a little nerve racking but understandable.

Easy check-in and plenty of parking. Condo was clean and well supplied. The view was spectacular. We were in Myrtle Beach to tour Coastal Carolina University with my granddaughter. Happy to find such a nice place to stay.

I stayed at Julie’s Condo for 6 days. everything was perfect for what we paid for. Scenery was great over the ocean and getting in/out of the home is very simple. if I go back to Myrtle Beach I will try to stay here again. 10/10

My stay at the Ocean One condo was great very spacious peaceful also indoor heated pool and spa also a spa in master bathroom very relaxing and the view was so beautiful the ocean and sounds of the ocean mentally relaxing i must say i will be returning in the near future.thanks again i enjoyed my stay.

This place had the perfect location. It was very close to the boardwalk and pier. We didn’t even have to leave our room to see the fireworks. If we have one suggestion it would be to hire a different cleaner because many surfaces had to be wiped down due to sticky residue. The dishes also were dirty and needed to be cleaned before being used. That said, if you need to be in the center of the action this place would be perfect.

This air bnb was in the perfect spot right off the elevator. We saw a family of dolphins and 2 whales playing with the great view from the balcony. Great host and the room had everything we needed

Julie’s place is a wonderful lace to stay. Went down to meet up with an old friend who lives in the area. We were able to walk to local restaurants and enjoy the beach along with waking up to absolutely stunning sunrises each morning over looking the ocean. I would recommend even thinking about going down in the summer with the family. So many things to do all with-in walking distance or a short ride.

Coming from a land-locked state this is exactly what we wanted! Stunning modern high-rise on the beach! Easy entry and 3 elevators to get to the 19th floor. Unit is across from the elevator but is recessed enough not to hear it. Walk in to the ocean view, absolutely stunning. No other buildings, no parking lots, 100% OCEAN! The king bedroom is stunning with nice furnishings, bathroom, and balcony with the same view as the balcony off the living room. The other bedroom was perfect for 2 adults who needed their own beds. Large comfortable beds and plenty of space for suitcases, etc. Iron and ironing board provided. The other bathroom was right next to this bedroom. The pool area was both inside and outside with multiple pools for adults and kids. We counted 3 spas! Gate from the pool area to the beach! Outside shower to wash off the sand. Close to the downtown boardwalk, could probably walk to it but easy ride-share is what we did. Small general store across the street.

We enjoyed our stay. Although we hadn’t planned to visit the beach, it turned out to be a great getaway. We came due to our power being out after Hurricane Helene. Our family enjoyed the time together. The room was just as described and we felt very comfortable.

Like many other places when you get there it has some flaws like paint chipped furniture dated, the carpet going into the room with the 2 beds was tore up and the kitchen had some items but if you cook a lot need to bring your own but overall a beautiful condo and would stay there again.

Julie place was definitely one of the best places that I have stayed and I have stayed at many many places her and her team were very responsive within a few minutes within each text message the view from The room was beautiful plenty of towels In each bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The entire place was very clean. It was all the comfort of home. I will definitely rent again. I have already showed so many people the pictures from the condo and people want to book it already. In my opinion Julie is a wonderful host.

This is a great place for families with small children. The pools are great and you’re literally on the beach. Our children are very young so the splash-pad, pool, and lazy river were perfect swimming options for them relative to the ocean. The kitchen is moderately well equipped and we were able to cook all of our own meals in the unit which saved us a lot of money. I would recommend bringing the following items to complement what the host provides: a cutting board, extra dish detergent, extra laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Checkin and checkout are seamlessly easy, the host provides very clear instructions. Parking is very easy in the facility’s lot across the street. Luggage carts are available. The furniture is slightly worn but still serviceable and clean. The unit is about a 15 minute walk from the boardwalk which is nice and there is a general store one block away. Costco is only a ten minute drive from the unit. This is a great option for families.

Place was great, exactly as described. The listed photos are very accurate. When we stayed placed was beautifully updated (modern) and clean. Condo had the perfect amount of space for us (2 audits/ 2 kids) and would nicely accommodate more with the separate kitchen, living room, two separate bedrooms (master with king bed and other bedroom with two large beds) and two bathrooms. Master bath had jacuzzi tub. The view as you walk in the condo out the living room and from the (2) balconies is breathtaking and hard to capture in photos (condo directly overlooks beach and outdoor pool area. Building had heated indoor pool and hot tub inside and outdoor heated pool, small heated lazy river, hot tub, and kids splash pad. Checkin/ checkout information was sent by email and were standard -very easy and clear. Checking in was by code on keypad sent to you by email for building entry and room entry. Checking out instructions were very easy to follow. Would definitely stay again without question
