This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 2, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 2, 2027, with completion expected by April 9, 2027.

During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.

Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

The place was amazing and Julie was a great host! She was very responsive and when we had a minor issue with the Thermostat she got maintenance to us within 15 minutes. The restaurant in the Condo had a nice vibe and great drinks. It was quiet and peaceful the entire time.

We knew the area from the past so was excited to go to places we liked. This was the perfect time with kids back to school. It was so relaxing. We came for a getaway for my husband’s birthday. The views from the room were amazing. The place was clean and had all you need. Check in and check out was well explained. We would definitely come back here.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed, and it was spotless. We traveled with our two teen sons, and having that extra bathroom was perfect. The living room was so cozy and there was plenty of room for us to have a daily movie night. Waking up to watch the sunrise from the master bedroom was truly magical! Julie was amazing and very accommodating, we would definitely stay here again!

Julie’s place was in a perfect location and was a comfy stay! The check in process was easy and everything was as described! There were a two towels with noticeable make up stains on them and the wifi in the condo is public- so it’s not the best just prepare to use a hot spot and an bring a computer to hook up to the HDMI if you need some good TV to wind down. Otherwise, it’s beautiful and there’s so much to do around the area! Would stay here again.

We always go to Myrtle Beach in November… it is warm and not at all crowded, and very affordable. We got a really great deal on this condo, and we were very happy here. It was clean, the view is perfect from the 10th floor; I cooked most of our meals, the kitchen was well stocked. Close to great restaurants and shopping. We will be back for sure!

Our stay at this Sands Beach Club was excellent. The condo was wonderful. It was clean and was nicely furnished. Plenty of room to relax. Having two bathrooms was a plus as well. There is nothing like sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean waves. Just leave the elevator and 30 seconds later you are walking on the beach. The pool looked nice but we spent our time on the beach and in the ocean. There are a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from within a 15 minute drive of the place. That’s why we choose to come back here every year and will stay here again.

Awesome place, very well kept. My family enjoyed the place tremendously. The beach isn’t that crowed and its only a short drive to shops, restaurants and other activities.

This place was perfect for our weekend get away. The unit was impeccably clean and had a modern costal feel. The view from balcony was amazing and accessing was unit was simple. We rented an umbrella and chairs from the lifeguard located right in front of the building. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants on the grounds, but we did eat at a few of the amazing restaurants located just minutes away in restaurant row. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was a breeze.

Stayed here with my family of four for 5 nights and it was perfect for us! Loved the beach views & the easy access to the beach. The three pools were also a plus! Super close to lots of really great restaurants and attractions. We needed a beach wheelchair and were able to find one to rent for free 10 minutes away at a surf shop called Surf City Surf Shop. We were able to keep it at the condo secured on the ground floor per the Beach Club. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. ☺️

The condo is located in a stellar location. We loved having such a large expanse of beachfront due to the inlet on one side. It is also located nearby many golf courses, we played The Dunes which was absolutely beautiful (but tough!). We liked being right in between Broadway at the Beach / the Boardwalk and Barefoot Landing. The unit was perfect for our needs, updated and clean with fantastic, expansive views of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING FIND! Julie’s place is truly a hidden gem. My husband and I lived in MB for a few years and wanted to bring our children (3 yrs & 5 yrs) back. It was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The space was cozy and felt like home. We are definitely booking again and coming back next year! The resort is located away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy stuff. It is quiet and tucked back in an inlet which was very relaxing. The resort itself is a bit dated, but nothing bad at all! The amenities are great and Julie’s rental is beautiful. Set up is perfect with the pool in the back of the resort. The balcony is overlooking the beach and you feel so close to the water with breathtaking views. Everything is within a 10 min drive and the basic kitchen supplies are sufficient for cooking/grilling. The strict rules keep Julie’s space clean and updated. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Julie’s condo! The location is perfect, the beach is huge, clean, and beautiful. The pool and other amenities were wonderful as well. The room was easy to get into, clean, and met all of our needs. We loved having the ocean front balcony and the huge windows in the master bedroom make waking up to the sunrise dreamy! The only suggestion we had was to add black out shades to the window in the front bedroom because there is a hallway light that shines through and keeps the room bright, however Julie was so responsive and thankful for the feedback. She is very helpful throughout your stay and responds quickly to anything you may need! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I loved this condo. It was clean, the ocean front view from the balcony was beautiful and amazing. The only thing that we didn’t like so much was the hard beds. Some people may prefer hard beds but it hurt our back. But other than that everything was just as described and photos were spot on.

I loved everything about Julie’s home and didn’t want to leave. It was exactly as described. There was plenty to do on the property grounds. We used the gym and hot tub everyday a bonus was the pickleball courts. The unit was quiet and peaceful, we were lulled to sleep with the ocean waves every night being able to close the blackout curtains made it nice and dark until opening them to view the sunrise. There was a bench swing on the ground level to just sit by the beach and view the ocean with easy access to get onto the beach. We walked across the parking lot for ice cream and everything else we needed to get to was centrally located and a quick drive. The location was ideal.

The overall experience was great! Just feel the instructions for checkin was a bit confusing needs to be revised. I was looking for a desk to checkin as per instructions when there is not a desk.. I think checkin should be revised to give condo number with instructions of door code to get in only… The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing! I enjoyed my stay there.

This condo was bigger than what I expected so there’s plenty of room for your entire family. This condo is right on the beach and had an amazing oceanfront view from the balcony. The moment that we entered the condo you could smell the cleanliness of the place. It looks like the owners recently did renovations to the condo due to modern updated furniture, fresh paint and bedding. The beds were extremely comfortable with new linens. I must add that the elevators were nice, fast and always available! Easy covered parking which was nice. The beach is well maintained and there are chairs and umbrellas to rent from the lifeguard. We had no issues with Julie’s beautiful condo, she’s an excellent host! You really can’t go wrong with staying here! We can’t wait to come back.
