This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Important Notes:
– This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.
– This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

We had a mid week stay here as we travelled along the coasts of the Carolinas and Julie‘s place put us beachfront, on the boardwalk and within easy walking distance of everything we needed, including a grocery store. We watched weekly fireworks over the ocean from our balcony and the view was fantastic. The resort had everything to keep a family busy and happy, including beach wheelchairs! The pictures accurately represent the rental and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful view and great location! It was very nice ti have the boardwalk right in front of the condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. It was a peaceful and relaxing trip. Owner was pleasant and communicative.

Had a great few weeks here. Very roomy with a great view of the ocean. The pools in the resort were nice as well. The location was amazing. 3 minutes walk to the main hub of myrtle beach with tons of restaurants and other things to do. Julie was super responsive. When i asked to extend my stay she answered immediately and gave me a very very fair price to extend my stay a little longer! I cant recommend this place and host enough especially if you’re looking for a place to stay during the offseason! Cant recommend this place enough!

The unit was clean and really spacious. Nice ocean view. Near everything the boardwalk has to offer, this unit is a great option for the price. May seem a little dated but the photos are a good representation of the unit and it exceeded expectation for the price point in my opinion. We were able to walk to everything we needed, lots of good restaurants, the beach, fishing off the pier and lots of shops and arcades. Really good communication from the host as well. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean spot that’s close to a bunch of fun stuff it’s worth checking this place out.

It was a great location (beachfront) with an amazing price. The host communicated every step of the way and answered any and every question that came up with quickness. Only complaint was we couldn’t turn the thermostat below 70 but i also understand not wanting to freeze the ac unit.

“Julie” and the team are quick to respond to any questions you may have. The Bay View Resort is one of our favorites due to it’s location. We like to walk, and there is so much nearby within walking distance. The condition and cleanliness of the condo was very good. The condo has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay, comfy beds, bathroom essentials and a well equipped kitchen if you like to cook and enjoy the beach more (we only go out to eat if it rains). The view from the balcony is amazing, as pretty much any ocean front condo is. Overall we were satisfied with “Julie’s ” condo again, and hope to return in the future.

The 1rst thing that I liked was the communication with the property manager’s very quick response. The property and appliances were clean. The sight of the ocean from the property I loved. You have everything that you need for kids walking.

Summer Blast Place, immediately our children notice the LazyRiver.

We arrived at Bay View Beautiful Place..Immediately our grand daughters noticed the Lazy River filled with excitement they were ready for their bathing suits!! The condo was everything we had Hoped for. The spectacular view, ocean, palm trees, Hot tub, swimming pools and of course Lazy River!!!! Landscaping just Amazing we could see for miles …. We Definitely Will Return!!!! Our condo was very homey plenty of living space, bedroom was roomy. Beds comfortable we couldn’t ask for any more!!!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I feel like paper towels and coffee would be nice upon arrival but not that big of a deal. It was clean and the view and amenities were spot on. We will definitely try to come again. We enjoyed it!

The wife and I took our one year old baby to the beach for the very first time. We had a great time staying at this location and will definitely stay here again! The room was clean and had everything that was listed in the original posting. Julie and her staff were very quick to respond to any message or need. I forgot two credit cards in the room, and after checking out two hours later, the cleaning crew was able to retrieve my cards and get them back in my possession. The entire staff was friendly, and Julie’s staff was great and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a great location, and a great host….This is your place!

Great location in Myrtle Beach

Located in the perfect location. Nice to have the boardwalk, restaurants and shopping nearby. Had to park in the resort parking garage across the street but it wasn’t bad getting in and out. With everything close by you don’t really need your car often.

Very nice place, great view on the quieter side of Myrtle beach which was really awesome. Only thing is pool can get little rowdy but that’s outside hosts control. Other than that had an amazing vacation with my little one.

It was a spontaneous and short trip, just three nights to meet with friends by the ocean. We are very satisfied with our stay here, and the price was fair. I guess it was our first stay in the heart of Myrtle Beach, with bikers and music all day long outside, but there was no disturbance inside. During the night, we slept like babies! It was more than enough space and tools for my wife, who always cooks during travel to provide allergen-free food for the family. All the appliances worked well. The images tell the whole story, the condo has a red carpet, and we felt like we were stepping back into the 80s. Blast from the past! We loved staying on the third floor. High enough to have great views of the ocean, low enough to feel relaxed for people who are afraid of the height. I already miss the sound of the waves and those views from the balcony.
