This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

The condo was as described in the listing. Overall, the condo suited us nicely for our purposes for the few days we stayed there. The location was great! It was oceanfront on the 4th floor. The view was very nice. We didn’t have to wait very long for the elevators. There were many pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools and a lazy river. Also, you could rent an umbrella and chairs out front on the breach. We walked a long distance going both ways on the beach from our chairs. It is located in the middle of so many fabulous restaurants and very near the Tangar outlet mall and across the street from Barefoot Landing. They responded very quickly to an issue we had. Overall, it was worth the money we paid for the condo and would rent again if going to that area.

We loved our stay! North Myrtle is the beach to take your family. Julie & her team were very responsive and directions were clear on where to park, where to go. The place itself was Very clean and just as described. 10/10 would recommend!

Okay first off I want to say that any issues that we had were not Julie’s fault. The room itself was great and clean. Exactly as listed. It was the resort itself. Every single vending machine in the whole place was broken. The pool and hot tub were NOT clean. Also if you have small children or are looking for a family outing this is not for you! Whole place smelled like weed the whole stay. A bunch of rowdy drunk people were downstairs all night and you could hear them from our balcony. This is more of a party spot than a family vibe. Also there are only two elevators for the whole A tower. Which means everytime you need to get on the elevator its already full! We waited almost an hour to get upstairs from the lobby with our stuff, we would have used the stairs but we had a baby with us. Overall the room was nice, I just had so many problems with the resort itself.

Older property but nice. Location was very close to restaurants and activities. There was one very small closet with no hangers for clothes and no other storage for clothing.

Lovely little condo with a gorgeous view

We only stayed for a couple of days as a quick little getaway from Charlotte. The space was clean and decorated nicely. The bed was comfy, but the couch in the living room took the comfort cake! I wanted to bring it home with me! My favorite part of this condo was the balcony. The view was right above the pool and direct ocean front. It was so beautiful and relaxing to sit out there with the ocean breeze in the evenings, watching the sunset. Thank you for a great time!

The resort was beautiful and probably one of our favorite family vacations we’ve had so far. Nice little condo!

We completely enjoyed our mid-April stay here! Booking was easy and all instructions were sent on time. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, cozy, and bright. The ocean view was perfect!!! The resort had everything we needed including a poolside tiki bar 😀 Free breakfast during our stay would’ve been great but we bought groceries instead to save $20 per morning. So much stuff to do in the area and didn’t have to drive or walk far!! Beautiful uncrowded Beach!! We will be staying again 🙂

This was our second year in a row in the same room. we love the view. The balcony is great. The venue is perfect. The room was sparkling clean, and the quality and quality of towels served us well. The beds are more than comfortable. The entire facility is one to be greatly desired. For the price the amenities are over the top.
