I’d like to start off by saying it’s a very beautiful condo/apartment

I’d like to start off by saying it’s a very beautiful condo/apartment. You have a balcony that faces the ocean and really that was amazing. The ocean/beach are so close to the hotel literally a two second walk and when you’re done with the beach, rinse off and jump in the pool if you want it was perfect. The downsides are the boardwalk and attractions are about a 10 minute walk from the condo/apartment but no big deal to us. One of the biggest downsides was the parking. very small parking lot in front maybe 10 spots then across the street is another very small parking lot. Then a few blocks away is another parking lot which is about a five minute walk. Also you don’t have access to all breakers pools, waterslides, and all of that stuff. Just the two pools that are in the sailfish building which we loved and didn’t mind at all. Another thing you should know is you don’t need to check in with the front desk you go right to your door and enter your code. Very great place. Will go again

The suite was exactly right. The balcony had a beautiful view, right by the water. The location was excellent. The apartment amenities were fine, and when there was a problem with the dishwasher, it was taken care of quickly and easily. The host communication was great. All told, it was exactly what I was looking for.

Staying at Julie’s place was amazing and easy! Julie was very responsive and even communicated with us through both airbnb and email with checkin/checkout instructions. The condo was actually better than we expected. We’re used to places being overstated and overpriced (even the big chain franchises), but this was really nice. The staff was super helpful & responsive and made sure that if we had any issues to let them know. My only suggestions are to maybe have some hand towels or drying mat for the dishes and maybe some bigger bowls for mixing (we utilized the kitchen a lot). I know that may be hard because you don’t want those items to taken. But other than that, my daughter and I had a great time and will most certainly book with Julie again when we return to Myrtle Beach.

Great place great price! Close to restaurants and plenty for the kids to do. on and off the property . Meaning lots of shops and mini golf just a block away. One can enjoy their stay without driving a car until they leave 🙂 Julie is easy to talk to and responds pretty quickly if questioned.

The space here was what I was looking for: a view of the ocean with access to the sounds and scents of the mighty ocean (7 stories up). For the few hours I was in the room, I could open the balcony door and be lulled by the ocean’s waves and light. The linear nature and two interior doors, the modular division could be employed made the space more flexible, a flexibility of one was with their family. As you enter that space, the first room had two queens and was like a NYC hotel room. Continuing on past the first interior doorway, the next space became a gallery kitchen with a hotel like bathroom on the left (sink & toilet with another door that could privatize the shower/tub space). Passing through the next interior door, one entered what would be similar to a hotel living space: small table, pull-out couch and TV. The wonderful surprise was a Murphy bed was also in that room. In all, the space is great for family or a small group of close friends

Excellent Location and Accommodations

My son and I stayed here for a little over a week for the MB Renaissance Faire. The room/condo was fantastic. It was clean, supplied with everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. The location was excellent. We were beachfront and close to everything. We needed to extend our stay by one night, which was really easy to do. I would highly recommend this unit! I already want to go back!

This was not our first stay here. We really like the location as it is within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and the resort has a lot of amenities for the kids, such as water slides, pool, lazy river, jumbo checkers, and shuffle board. The condo was clean, and uncluttered. We did have a problem with the air conditioner in the bedroom. We contacted the owner and were assisted over the phone…the problem was solved within just a few minutes.

The location is great, as there are a lot of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The facility has multiple pools, a lazy river, slides, and it’s family friendly. The room was very clean, with ocean front views. There were plenty of towels, etc, for our stay which is something that’s usually lacking at other places. Everything was spot on. Would definitely stay here again.

Great room with a great view. Everything was clean and neat. Easy to get in room. We always try to stay in this area when we are down in Myrtle Beach, so when we found same room at a cheaper rate, it was an easy decision. Julie emailed me multiple times before and during our stay with easy to follow instructions. I would definitely recommend it.

Logement tres bien situer. Il manquait cependant de commodités. 1 seul verre a vin. Le logement peux loger 6 personne mais il y a un tres petite table a manger avec 2 chaises seulement. On avait 1 seule serviette par personne pour 7 jours, 2 rouleau de papier de toilette. A part de sa tres propre et parfaitement situer.

Julie and her co-hosts were very responsive and always helpful with any questions we had. The room was perfect, with doors for each room allowing privacy and sound dampening. 7th story balcony view was just what we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, glassware, pretty much everything you need to cook (except for pans I believe). Everything was clean, other than the floors didn’t seem like they were mopped, but that’s nothing to complain about. Overall a great place to stay!

The nest location! Walking distance to shops, restaurant and boardwalk. Comfortable, clean place. Only confusion was checkin. Instructions told us to go the the front desk. The desk was confused since our reservation was VRBO, really didnt need to go there. Already had code to get in, only thing they did was tell us where to park. But that did not ruin any part of the trip.

Very clean and exactly how described. I liked how there was an ice machine by the indoor pool so that we didn’t have to buy ice every day for our coolers. The staff were extremely friendly as well. The Murphy bed was a cool addition! Will keep in mind for next year.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. For our family four, the unit had more than enough room. We couldn’t hear any outside noise from traffic or other guests using the outdoor pool. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. Both of the A/C units worked well and cooled quickly. The shower and both sinks had very good water pressure. The only thing that could use some improvement would be the overall cleanliness of the unit. The beds and furniture were very clean, as well as, all of the provided linens. However, the bathroom and kitchen could use a little attention. I always bring my own disinfectant spray and wipes, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. I quickly sprayed and wiped down the sinks, countertops, toilet, and shower before we used them, so everything was good as new. Again, it wasn’t anything terrible that would deter us from staying here again. We had a wonderful stay and would love to book with Julie again!

Wonderful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed stay at this property. Great location, Starbucks, Ben and Jerry’s, and a couple of restaurants were conveniently located across the street. Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Big Fish Rentals didn’t disappoint. The ocean view was amazing too. I would definitely stay here again.
