NOTE:

The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.
Neighborhood
Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools. Lot of restaurants nearby. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley’s Aquarium. Many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Access
This is a non-smoking room and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Space
This condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony. This resort is a very nice oceanfront resort and access to the ocean is direct.

A location with your own balcony on an oceanfront property is hard to come by. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

My daughter and I loved our stay!! Julie is a great host and a great communicator!! The condo was exactly as pictured. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures so that was a nice surprise! Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise was my favorite part!!!! Would definitely stay again.

Once we figured out the layout of the complex it was a great stay. Only downside to anything was having to park in the garage across the street from the bldg, especially when you have a bad knee and walking is sometimes difficult, especially when’s there seemed to be plenty of parking in the garage directly attached to the main bldg. We were there to enjoy the beach and attend an event, so we didn’t use the pool/laundry room/game room. Bed was comfortable. Some little extras that would’ve been nice in the room were Kleenex and paper towels. Nice view of the beach from the balcony, if you were standing, lol. While sitting however, the railing blocked the view somewhat. All in all, it was an amazing stay in #518, and we’d stay there again, or maybe in a room on a higher floor for an even better view. I loved the stay there the building overall tho it was a lot going on it’s more of like a huge hotel stay the view is amazing the balconies aren’t as private tho there are people super close to you . Other than that places to eat were close the condo was comfortable and clean .

It was an easy check in and an easy check out. the room was great the balcony was great. the place was great. we really enjoyed ourselves. the place was clean and we had enough towels for our whole stay so that was a plus. also it’s in a nice part of town. thank you. we enjoyed it.

OMG, the view alone is worth every penny. Had it not rained for about 80% of the stay, I would have lived on the balcony. Perfect patio furniture to help take in a gorgeous sunrise and people watch. The room is decorated super cute with a beach theme. I was able to drive right up to my floor, park, grab my parking placard from the room and get to relaxing! I didn’t have to use the elevator or stairs not once. Grocery and food delivery services found the room with no problems. I seriously 10 out of 10 recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at your condo! It was very cozy with the fireplace and the walk out balcony space that is ocean front. The description matches the pictures. I think the only thing we wished differently about our stay was having a smart tv in the room. One of the days we were there it rained all day and there was not a lot of options to watch a movie except cable. However this condo was very clean and it has beautiful views of the ocean. I’d highly recommend this condo if you want to get away and rejuvenate at the beach! Thank you Julie for hosting us and responding quickly to our needs during our stay.

Julie is a great host! She and her team are very responsive and provided very clear instructions. It’s a good value for a holiday weekend getaway, with amazing oceanfront views, direct access to the beach and an opportunity for a photo worthy sunrise. The condo was super clean and all required amenities were provided. They even provide a wash cloth for just makeup removal, which was thoughtful. Parking can be difficult in the main building on a busy weekend, but there is an overflow lot across the street. There are several great restaurants nearby. The place is little bit further away from amusement park and other popular things to do but offers a great time at the beach and views of the ocean. We would love to stay again!

Loved staying in this condo and received multiple people that complimented it as well. The beach chair on the balcony really sets the scene. One thing you should be careful of, you do have to be 25 to book or otherwise 150 deposit. Only thing that wasn’t clear to me before I booked. Very peaceful stay and have recommended many! Plans on coming back soon!

Exactly like the pictures, very clean and smelled nice. Outside balcony was gorgeous. Bathroom spotless, bed was very comfy. Restaurants deliver right there late night to your door. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The resort itself is a work in progress and elevators are extremely slow, but the room made it worth it. We were extremely happy to stay here, it was a great trip!

This condo had an amazing view and even more amazing balcony to sit and relax as we listened to the waves and watched the sunrise and sunset! Loved being so close to restaurants. But also enjoyed having a kitchen to make meals as well. The lazy River and hot tub were enjoyable! The host responded very quickly even with a late check in as we drove from Florida.

This was a last minute baby moon for us and it was everything we could have wanted. We were able to have privacy on the balcony and relax on the outdoor furniture while we watched the sunrise and set…the beautiful fire bar inside made a cute atmospheric touch for us to lay back and watch a movie while listening to the waves. My only regret was that we didnt stay longer! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Julie for such a wonderful stay!
