This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. Please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NOTE:

The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.

Had a great time. Nice little condo. Simple and fun amenities.. Beach was easy to get to and great little spot for drink and frozen Italian ice right where you go to enter beach area. Elevators had alot of issues but not hosts fault. Had fun and will return again!!!

My wife and I were in town for a few days of leisure and business and found this listing quite nice. The area is perfect for those people who want to drive and experience the Myrtle Beach attractions and yet just far enough away from the beaten path to enjoy peace and quiet each night. Our unit had an amazing view of the ocean, and it was easy to walk out to the beach area during our stay. One important tip don’t be afraid to use overflow parking garage across the street as walking across the street to get to your vehicle was easy and traffic was light, if at all. Thank you Julie all of your proactive communications as we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

If you do have issues they leave the numbers needed for a quick response. As lo g as you follow all rules you will not have any issues for your stay

Hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had! This place was spotless, cozy, and exactly what I needed for my Myrtle Beach trip. The pictures don’t even do it justice — it’s even nicer in person! The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and everything fun. The host was amazing and thought of every little detail to make the stay comfortable. I honestly felt right at home the whole time. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one tops them all. I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in Myrtle Beach!

Loved the location and the atmosphere. The resort has its own gift shop, snack shop and game room which is a plus when traveling with kids. The room was perfect and located right across from the indoor pool and hot tub. That made it even better. The room itself was perfect. It was cozy and inviting and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook with. The bed was super soft and comfy. The book shelf was a nice surprise, considering I love to read. The local recommendations left for us helped us so much. I highly recommend Julie’s rental. She was helpful and answered me quickly anytime I had a question. Best trip to Myrtle beach that we’ve had so far ✨

I liked this place. Easy access to ocean. Cool places near. Walking distance to 88 keys which is a must. The bar at the location was a pretty cool place to grab a couple drinks. SOHO is an easy drive…also the pizza place next to SOHO is pretty close to NY style. There is also a place called Calli Bakers near where they have live music and good service.

Had a wonderful time! Had a few hiccups but nothing absolutely crazy. My only real negative is the view. Can’t really see the beach or anything but besides that we lived the room. Was very quaint.

My wife and I loved staying in this modern looking apartment and enjoyed all the facilities offered by the condo. If you like using a hottub there is one literally outside the door together with a swimming pool. The only slight negative was that whilst it was an ocean front apartment we could not see the beach and waves as there was a massive public sun bathing deck directly in front of us. If you like the thought of using it rather than the sandy beach, that would actually be a positive, especially given its close proximity. The owner was very responsive to our communication. All in all, it was great value and we would use it again.

Definitely a five star experience. Price was great for an off season stay. Place was beautiful with an even better view. Instructions for check in came to my email a week in advance, which included the check out instructions with them. A reminder email was also sent for check out instructions the day before our check out date. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loved the self check in option. Julie was responsive to all of my questions in a very fast, efficient and professional manner. There is a lot to do in the area even during the off season (aka winter). We went right before Christmas and the decorations around town were so cute. The local drive through lights show and the ripleys aquarium were our favorite activities. Highly recommend this resort, Julie, and this area for anybody looking for an amazing vacation experience.

There was a great ocean view with the sounds of the ocean. Although there was no beach view from the room, you could walk to the end of the building (inside) and walk out on a large open viewing area with chairs and hammocks. From this area you can look directly down upon the beach. The condo was clean, although the grout in the kitchen area could benefit from a deep cleaning. Extra towels, washcloths and toilet paper were provided and greatly appreciated. We did not touch the Murphy bed, since there were only two of us but the main bed was comfortable. This condo was a great value due to its price and ocean view.
