Guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids’ slide area, or fitness center.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

I do not believe the room itself was newly renovated. Overall it was clean and not too outdated so no complaint from me. Very beautiful place, very clean the best part about our stay is ( there was a restaurant in the hotel) very convenient for us , we never left the hotel, but the only part I was concerned about is when u get to the hotel it’s like 3 hotels hooked together so it was hard figuring out where to go but we eventually did and enjoyed our weekend , it was definitely worth the stay , ik where im stay when I go again thank you Julie with big fish rentals!!!!!

We had a great stay! The condo was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made the whole experience even better. The only minor issue was that the main kitchen light didn’t work from the switches, but the light above the stove worked fine, so it wasn’t a big inconvenience at all. Overall, everything else was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the large chess and checker sets, and the shuffleboard, too! Resort was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Room rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room is very worn. Lamps rusty. Couch and Murphy bed were very uncomfortable. Queen beds were nice. Everything needs a refresh. Kitchen is bare bones. No salt and pepper, paper towels or pot holders. Bathroom is small and dark. No separate light for shower, shower head is very low. Space is small. It didn’t feel “vacation-like”, I wouldn’t be proud to show off this unit if I owned it. I work alot on the road probably 4 to 5 months of the year, it was a last minute decision to contact Julie and within minutes she had replied with my next step in the process, she replied quickly and efficiently with any questions or concerns I had, the stay was great with only a minor hiccup that was handled easy enough with no slow down or real inconvenience to the stay, I actually had such a good experience I chose to use her again at another property and as before, so far so good ….thanks for taking the pain out of the planning process

Julie was a pleasure to work with and the condo was very nice! The beds were super comfy! The couch was ok, but the cushions would sink in a lot when sitting on them, but wasn’t so bad that we wouldn’t use it. We would def love to stay there again. It was a nice place to call home while we are unfortunately still looking for a new home here since our last home was put up for sell. I’d def recommend to anyone 💖

Great place to stay that’s right on the beach. The room was comfortable enough for 4 adults and 2 children. The resort had many swimming pools for fun in AND out of the sun. We usually end up spending a lot on doing other things like water parks, mini golf, go carts, etc. because we get tired of just the beach. This place had plenty for us to all do without needing to go out much. Thank you Julie for a place to stay for our great family vacation.

We had an amazing time!! It has so many pools and hot tubs it wasn’t crowded and the fact that you can just walk to the beach is amazing. The room was clean had plenty of towels and blankets and extra pillows we felt right at home. The bed for me was hard but I like soft mattress so that’s no one’s fault my daughter and husband didn’t have an issue with it. It’s in a great location tons to do, eat and shop. And the balcony facing the ocean was 😍😍

The room was great. Everything was clean. The hotel was busy so it’s hard to find a parking spot. The only trouble we had was when you went to the pool you could not get back though the door into the motel with without a key card or when you parked on the 2nd to 5th floor of the parking deck, you could not get into the hotel without the key card. I went to the hotel front desk and they gave me an access card when I explained the problem. It would’ve been nice if there was an access card on the table in the room with the pool bands and the parking badge.

Perfect location. Right on the beach super easy walk to the beach. It’s the perfect distance away from the boardwalk (I prefer not being right in all the chaos) yet close enough for a super short drive if you’d like to check it out. I’d stay here again!

Okay room, great resort. Had one minor issue when we arrived but communication was fast and problem resolved very quickly. Listing states ‘newly remodeled’ but their definition of ‘newly’ must differ from mine. Paint and decor was nice but that was really the only things I would consider updated. The whole room needs a good deep cleaning. With all the rules on the contract I expected a little more out of the room. Location was perfect and lots of amenities.

The location of this property is great! It is on the main strip, but further down from the pavillion/boardwalk area, so it is less crowded. The amenities of the resort were wonderful! Heated pools, friendly and helpful staff, and you are right on the beach! The view from the balcony could not have been better! The condo was great. It was clean and the instructions were clear. There were a couple of maintenance items that need attention in the condo, but nothing that would hinder your stay. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely return!

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, and has an awesome view. The pools and hot tubs are great. Starbucks in the lobby will give you that extra pick me up if you don’t want to bother with the supplied coffee maker. Super comfortable beds help you get a good nights rest after a long day sight seeing, shopping, or beach activities. Located close to a wide variety of dining, and shopping.

Everything about this place was amazing! It was clean, quiet, cozy. Great communication and very easy check in and check out process. You also cannot beat the view. My partner and I woke up every morning to watch the sunrise. If you leave the slider open, you can hear the ocean waves throughout the whole place. Simply breathtaking.
