Words can’t describe how impressed we were with this amazing spot! Very close to everything and an amazing ocean view! The place was very clean when we got there, I was honestly surprised that there were already sand toys,beach chairs, and umbrella. My overall time was great and i would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time renting from Julie and staff. This listing was just as nice as the previous. Beautiful beach front views, awesome amenities with 2 pools, lazy river, and really cool kiddie pool, and everything else mentioned in the listing. The listing is central to a ton of things to do in Myrtle Beach. I definitely recommend any listing from Julie. Her directions are clear and concise, with very fair requests on how to treat the property owners beautiful home. Make sure to read all directions she sends as well as signs on the property. Also, the prices are very affordable and reasonable. I’ve yet to find a place this nice for the price! We look forward to renting again soon!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The sound of the ocean all day and night was so relaxing. The condo was clean and it had enough space for the little ones to spend time in the living room and balcony. Thanks again Julie! This was a great experience!

love the space and location. wonderful for groups. my only issue was getting a $25 additional charge for something they said was broken but I didn’t get any information (other than an invoice) for the damage. they are pretty clear with the rules and we worked hard to make sure we left the place as we found it so was surprised by the charge.

Very spacious!

Very affordable for the off season. Condo was decorated and furnished nicely, we loved the extra spacious balcony!

We were in town for a softball tournament which we usually bring a camper for but the place was minutes from the field, had more time to access the beach than we would at the campground(even with a hectic game schedule) and didn’t have to worry about the aggravation of setting up and taking down the camper or worry about where to park it on sunday if games ran past check out time which they always seem to do. Would definitely stay here again if available.

This place was Immaculate! Very large outdoor Balcony high above the beautiful beach. Well stocked kitchen all rooms have bathroom what else could u ask for! Highly recommend it! One thing I would watch out for is the Big Fish Rental company that I had to drive several miles to get keys from (so go there first). But they charged me almost $200 with no explanation of why they literally could not explain it! They were paid through this sight so I just reported them to credit card company and they give the money back and deal with them. So just be aware and look at your credit card after as you should always do after a trip. Thanks hope this helps!

Beautiful place, a little smaller than what we imagined from the pictures. There was some maintenance issues…but very minor things. The view was spectacular. Make sure to bring oven mitts there were none, again minor detail. Both my family and the other family that stayed with us loved the place and very much enjoyed our stay. I would say the only complaint was the marijuana smell throughout the facility. Not owners fault, it is what it is.

Mini getaway

The location was perfect. Direct beach access. We also used the indoor pools and lazy river with the baby. Was great to have the heated space indoors. Also nice to have washer/dryer in the condo. Could have used some updated balcony furniture, and a better listing of items included in the kitchen, etc. For example there was a Highchair in the condo which was great but we brought one because it was not indicated as being available. There was also a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc which would have saved some packing space. Overall a great space with plenty of room for family! Would definitely recommend.

Julie’s place was nice! The view was great.! Looks exactly like the photos! We were a little scared to move around a-lot because we didn’t want to mess up anything with 3 little kids that was hard. But everything was wonderful.
