This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

We had an amazing stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved being able to enjoy the beach and then the pool. The boardwalk is about a mile away, which was very convenient. There were four of us, and it was comfortable, but more than four would feel tight unless you plan to spend most of your time outside the room. A few helpful tips: The front door handle needs to be pushed up, not down, for it to open. The lazy river only had one tube and it was often flat, so I recommend bringing your own. If you plan to cook, bring your own spices and oil. Pots, pans, and utensils are provided. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

My family visits Myrtle Beach often. This place was the perfect size for my family. Pictures just as described. Other reviews stated not enough kitchen utensils to cook a meal, which was accurate. Even though not an issue, we appreciated the information as we generally like to eat in some on vacation and had to plan accordingly. Julie was always responsive. We loved the view and sitting on the ocean front balcony.

Will be back. The condo was well described and peaceful. We couldn’t hear the beach construction or traffic from the rooms. The amenities provided were everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The room was well cleaned and taken care of. Check in and check out was simple. Gorgeous view and was able to enjoy the balcony without the constant smell of marijuana being smoked all around like other places we have stayed. With the location, we fully expected the elevators to be a nightmare but, we barely encountered other guests and never had to wait on an elevator. Perfect location with all the amenities we needed! We look forward to coming back.

Our stay with Julie at Big Fish rentals went very smoothly. Instructions were clear and easy and the condo is in great shape. Great location and views from balcony are amazing. The area as a whole is a little run down, not sure if it seemed that way in the offseason or if that’s just what Myrtle is. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. I did reach out with one minor question about whether there was a corkscrew there, but I never got an answer. We just picked one up at the dollar store along with coffee filters. Would’ve been nice if we didn’t have to go out for those things but wasn’t too big of a deal. Overall our stay was great and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

I came on a business trip for an event. Although my family got to enjoy the place. It was perfect for everything I needed. The oversized bed was amazing for anyone exhausted, super comfortable. The view of the beach was great to see the baby sharks. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a perfect meal it was over the best check in and out .

Julie’s condo is a great place to stay in Myrtle Beach!The condo is up to date! It was clean and looked just like the pictures! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The view from the balcony is beautiful! I slept in the bedroom with two queen beds and both of the beds were very comfy! I loved that both bedrooms and the living room have smart TV’s. I appreciated that you need a code to enter the resort building, it made my group and I feel very safe. Julie was very communicative and sent all of the necessary information in a timely matter, very commendable! I’ll definitely be back to Julie’s place in the future!

I do wish the carts that you brought your luggage in was up dated, they are old and hard to manage but I feel that is not Julie’s fault!! Beautiful place and we would stay again!! This is my second time staying at one of Julie’s properties. We enjoyed ourselves very much! The condo looked exactly as shown on the site. There was a little back and forth confusion regarding the early check in which I believe was caused by chatting with different people. Thankfully that was quickly resolved and we were able to check in early with no problem which was perfect because right before check in was opened to us it began to pour rain. The water pressure the first day/evening was pretty low and took a while to heat up and the pool was freezing, but that is of no fault of the owners. All and all I had a great time celebrating my birthday on the beach!

It was a pleasure staying at Julie’s place. Very clean, steps away from the beach with beautiful views. Very responsive host. Will not hesitate to book again for our next vacation and will recommend to our family and friends. The only thing we couldn’t do was checking in early and checking out late for a fee, even though we were provided with the option, by following the links provided by Julie. Not sure where the disconnect was. All in all 5 ⭐️! Thank you.

The place was absolutely amazing. Such a wonderful view of the ocean and being high up feeling the breeze was just magnificent. Within walking distance from downtown where a lot of fun attractions are and a short drive from the broadway where I was able to spend hours there.

perfect break

we loved balcony and pools and hot tubs! this unit is clean and fresh and the hosts checked with us to ensure we had everything. They also replied quickly. it was so great we had stay extra day!

Very nice property with a spectacular view of the ocean. There were a couple of “little things” that need to be fixed and management was receptive to knowing about them, since routine cleaning would not likely pick up the need to fix.

Our family had an amazing stay! My twin girls favorite thing was the slide in the kitty pool! They went down that slide I know at least 60 times or more. My family had an amazing time. And we will be back!!

Managing company was quick to respond and overall good property. Check-in process/unloading isn’t ideal with only a little area to unload by the doors or parking across the street. Pool, kids pool, and lazy river were nice.

Location was perfect, right on the beach with direct beach access. The views were great. The unit was comfortable and had plenty of room for the four of us.
This is our second year staying at Julie’s place! My four year old calls it our new home! He has separation issues when it’s time to go home ! I travel with 5 children and the thing I cherish the most is being able to take walks with my children to family kingdom to enjoy the evening with candy apples rollercoasters and lots of rides and attractions ! There is small markets near by for things you may forget ! Walmart is a 5-6 min drive . The view is amazing once children are in bed I find myself up late just watching the waves! The lazy river is great this place has 3 hot tubs ! Julie’s place has most everything you need to prepare meals and very spacious

Relaxation at the Beach!

The property is lovely! Very clean and spacious. We stayed one week here and enjoyed it very much. The sound of the ocean from our deck and watching the sunrise were some favorites! The pools, hot tubs were clean and relaxing. And best of all was the few steps to the beach!

Awesome views, geeat place!

I stayed with my 3 children (8, 11,13) and tgis condo had amazing beach front views on a convenient location. It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we’ll definitely be back. Pools were great as was hut tubs. Super clean. Able to unload car and parking super easy to find across the street. Host sent us places to try and was very responsive to questions!

Great Location

The condo was just as pictured on VRBO. Being on the 19th floor gave amazing views. We were within walking distance to many great eateries and attractions. The outdoor pools, lazy river and hot tubs were closed due to hurricane Ian (as were all the ocean front pools). The only negatives were the overpowering smell of air freshener in the hallway and the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. Overall, it was a perfect stay for our annual girls trip.

Myrtle Beach stay

The condo was sparking clean and very close to the beach with a great view for a great price. Make sure to bring beach stuff as this place is not stocked with that stuff. Not a problem at all and they tell you this in the confirmation. It’s also close to many things to do with in walking distance. We enjoyed are stay!

The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Best of all was the exceptional view from the 19th floor overlooking the ocean. There were several pools for the kids to enjoy and the beach is right there. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by. We definitely hope to stay there again.

Spring break

My family and I came to myrtle beach for spring break for the first time! This condo on the beach was perfect with perfect views! The location and amenities were great! The condo was clean! We enjoyed everything about it! Julie was very nice and checked in on us to make sure we arrived ok! We will definitely keep big fish rentals in mind for future rentals!

Quiet and quaint! Just what we needed. Beds were super comfy, jet tubs worked! Slept like a baby all why able to look at that Atlantic Ocean!

Property was very clean!

Place was great. We stayed on the 19th floor ocean view room and it was a gorgeous view! Very clean rooms and hotel. Julie took the time out to check in on us to make sure we were happy with everything. Hotel staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anybody. Very family friendly!

The condo had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The property owners go above and beyond to ensure the rental is everything expected and to help if the need arises. This was our best vacation to date. Not only would we highly recommend renting this property but we are inclined to return in the future ourselves. While Ocean’s One had multiple pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and a gym we found ourselves spending the majority of our time shopping on the strip and on the beach. Beautiful Property, Terrific Value, Above and Beyond Service

The property was great. The kids loved the pools. Ocean access was worth the price alone. My wife and I saw sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean, and Julie went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our stay. I highly recommend the property if you are going to Myrtle Beach. It was one of the nicest places to stay and it’s in the ideal location.

Nothing short of amazing!!

This is our second experience with this rental, and we thought the first one was great! The property, as before, was exactly as described. Very clean and well appointed. One of the best parts of our trips here, however, has been the attentiveness of the owners. Julie is right on top of everything, and she makes sure that your visit is excellent. We really appreciate the attention to detail, and all I can say is we’ll be back next year! No need to search for other properties…we’ve found our home away from home!!

Wonderful Getaway!

We stayed here for a week in March and loved it. The view is excellent as well as the amenities. This place is within walking distance of so many places including Family Kingdom Amusement park and Splashes water park. McAdoo’s beach bar is just 2 doors down and is an awesome place! The owner, Julie, was great to work with. She is responsive to any concerns. We will definitely be back!

SECOND TIME ‘ROUND

My husband, myself and our three children stayed here for our second time and loved it just as much! Very well kept and clean condo! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Beach chairs and umbrella were available for our use as well which was very convenient. We went to the beach almost everyday, the resort pool was very nice, we played miniature golf at night which was tons of fun for the kids and more! The kids love coming here and we feel right at home each time! We definitely plan to return again and again! Thanks and see you next summer! 🙂

Fantastic Getaway

We had never been to Myrtle Beach before. We stayed here with Julie and it was awesome! This place is smack dab in the middle of everything but quiet in the rooms! It is hard to find that happy medium between being in the middle of everything and a quiet resort. You couldn’t ask for a better view or a better owner to work with! We will be back!

Beautiful oasis!!

Wonderful quaint condo, with all the amenities you need when your traveling with two young boys!!! Would highly recommend this location, especially in the summer when all the water attractions are open! Thank you for a lovely place that felt like it was our home away from home!!!

Perfect Location

Great family vacation

Our compliments to Julie for a great experience, not only was the condo clean and accommodating for our family of 5 but her communication to make sure our stay was what we expected was also 5 star. The balcony had a perfect view and is shaded in the afternoon making a great reading spot while the kids took a break from the sun. The multiple pools and beach offered many fun options for the kids as well, they loved the lazy river. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were very nice giving everyone enough space. The kitchen was well equips to host our breakfasts and lunches everyday. Our week was the simple family vacation we were looking for!

Beautiful Condo

We all stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo home with an oceanfront view. Everything was clean and organized, the owner had even supplied shampoo, conditioner, and all toiletries. The living area was bright and open with plenty of comfortable dining space for the four of us. The location was great, just a few short minutes from Broadway and other area attractions. 19th floor provided a gorgeous view of the second street pier as well as the community pool and kids play zone. Our experience was wonderful and Julie Bryant communicated well with us from check in to check out.

Clean, Quiet, Outstanding View

We visited Myrtle Beach the 3rd week of March. Our stay was exceptional and Julie Bryant was very helpful. She checked in with us before we even arrived, after we arrived and during our trip. She made sure that we did not need anything and that the condo was what we expected. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures on the web site. The whole checkin/checkout process was very easy and professional. There was ample parking in the parking lot and it was refreshing not having to worry about where our car would be parked and if it was safe. Within walking distance to the boardwalk, amusement park and many mini-put parks. Recommend stopping at Walmart or Lion Den grocery store before arriving at condo for food/drinks you may want. Once you get there the only thing you will want to do is go down and walk along the well kept/clean beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The perfect Myrtle Beach getaway

This condo was everything we could have asked for and more! Clean and modern, and very well maintained. We were a group of 8 adults, so I was a little concerned about whether we would have enough space but it was extremely comfortable. There were definitely at least 3 other groups staying on the floor, but we only knew this because we saw them by the elevator. Had we not seen them, we wouldn’t have known they were there. The views from the 19th floor were spectacular, especially if you’re an early riser (great balcony to watch the sunrise on). The pools and the beach were awesome as well. We didn’t take advantage of the indoor swimming area, but that’s because we lucked out with great weather. Everything was so close by and easily accessible. The boardwalk is a quick cab ride or walk away, and it’s near to a family amusement park as well. Broadway at the beach is also a short ride away, as well as stores (supermarkets, Walmart) for any of the essentials. Julie was amazing to work with! We had so many questions ahead of time (and even after arriving) and she was always available with a quick response. This made planning our trip incredibly smooth and easy. You will not regret booking to stay here! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. When I get to travel back to myrtle beach I will definitely be looking to stay here again!

This place was everything that was advertised. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We were there for 4 weeks and everything was great. The condo was very quiet and hardly saw anyone on the floor that we stayed. Would highly recommend this place.

Very Clean, on the ocean with a great view, just perfect for my getaway week!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to see how clean and fresh the condo was. The condo is right on the ocean and has an outdoor, heated pool and heated lazy river and two Jacuzzi’s. I didn’t visit the indoor pool and jacuzzi, but they looked inviting, also. The condo was quiet and perfect for me to sit out on the balcony and read a book, while listening to the ocean. There are only about 8 condos on each floor, so there is not a lot of traffic. The only people I saw on the 19th floor was the cleaning staff, all of them friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be back. Thanks, Julie for being such a friendly and helpful person to rent from!!! I’ll be back!!!
