Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly. I especially appreciate that she gave the door codes throughout the year, because the building had not switched to the current quarter, so I was able to try an older one that still worked. The room was clean, quiet, and able to be dark for sleep, but with good daytime light. Good view for sunrise over the ocean and easy beach access. Good location with easy navigation to local attractions.

Overall a GREAT stay

Overall a GREAT stay. Everything was as stated and expected. One minor hiccup was access to WiFi. Didn’t seem to connect to anything, or device that could connect showed no internet connectivity after connecting. But other than that was awesome experience and visit. Thanks
— Josh

Amazing property!

Positive: This was our first time staying at The Palms Resort. Our room was amazing! Great ocean view, wonderfully decorated, very comfy, and great amenities! We loved it! Negative: We had no problems or issues! This place was great!

I can not recommend this property enough

I can not recommend this property enough. The location is centrally located. Everything is 5-10 mins away. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. The pools are small but perfect for a after beach swim for the little ones who are not ready to stop swimming or for just a quick swim. The parking garages were very easy to access. The street isnt too busy through the area, unlike around the boardwalk, so crossing the street wasnt any issue. Julie was wonderful. She was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Julie was amazing with the place

Julie was amazing with the place! We enjoyed the unit a lot and it was in walking distance of stores restaurants and things to do! Whenever we encountered any issues with the unit, Julie was very responsive and willing to accommodate and help in any way that she could! We will definitely choose Julie and Big Fish Rentals again when visiting Myrtle Beach! Thank you for a great stay!

The room was just as the pictures described it to be

The room was just as the pictures described it to be. The room and the properties were very clean and nice. Perfect little walk out to the beach. A wonderful place to get away a little ways from the activity down at the center but perfect for just relaxing and being with your family. Our host was amazing. She checked in on us and she wished us a wonderful stay. She was the best thank you so much. Definitely will come back to stay giving it a five star.

It was perfect for our getaway month

It was perfect for our getaway month. Really can’t think of anything negative, certainly. We loved the comfortable furniture. It was the most comfortable we have experienced after probably having four or five dozen multi day stays throughout our vacationing years. Kudos to Julie for all of her kindness.

The condo was clean and nice

The condo was clean and nice. The view was beautiful. There was only 2 of us and it was tight. I don’t think 6 could stay comfortably. Overall, had a great vacation.
I stayed at the property the weekend of August 8. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the view was beautiful. I will definitely stay there again!

Excellent location

Excellent location. Perfect for a small family. Palms resort is not busy at all. Most lowkey chill vacation. We look forward to going back!

Perfect for small family

My family and I needed a place to stay for a week and really wanted a kitchen to reduce eating out so much which this place has. This place fit the bill in every way we needed. Plenty of room. All new appliances and new A/C units! Will definitely look for this place again the next time we plan to come visit the area
It’s a great get away. I would come back to Ms.Julie place again.

Great location

Loved the location for our girls trip. Property was clean and close to everything.
This was a last minute stay. I decided Thursday night, that my son and I would ride to Myrtle Beach. He had some friends that had been down since Wednesday and he wanted to go down. I don’t think I have ever had such a responsive host. I sent several texts, but she was friendly and quick to respond. The view from The balcony’s view was absolutely great despite construction of the pier. We would definitely go again and recommend to others.

Beautiful property – Property management observation

The price is why we chose this property and it was well worth every penny!! The property is gorgeous and was perfect for our getaway. The location is very ideal. The property management company is the only area where we had any feedback. We received multiple communications, text and emails, about information that was already provided. I appreciate their responsiveness, communication is one detail I would consider. We will definitely be back!!!
Had what we needed for a relaxing stay during our trip to watch collegiate spring training baseball. Thankful for the comfortable beds & living room recliner. Just a few things to note: A/C unit in bedroom was not seated properly in the wall & during heavy winds, a loud wind tunnel type noise was heard. Hard to sleep thru. Thankfully, only 1 really bad night of wind. Shower door track and shower head is a bit low. If you are a tall person, this could be an inconvenience. Im 5’6″ and had to duck under. Lastly, during our stay, heavy equipment work was being done on the beach & is visible and can be heard from balcony/inside. From 8a-4p weekly, you will hear loud construction noise. Despite these things, our trip was not negatively impacted. We adapted to inconveniences, embraced the noise & made the most of our time away. We were still at the beach with beautiful views–better than going to work or being at school! Would rent from Julie again.

Memorable winter getaway.

The condo was so cute. Perfect size for myself and husband. Clean and affordable. Amazing views! The other owners/renters that we met at the hot tub were friendly and welcoming. Good location, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shops. Also if you are looking for a nice morning walk, walk past the condos towards the residential area, you’ll be daydreaming about living in thise giant mansions! If you are looking for an outing that dosen’t involve shopping or the boardwalk check out Huntington state park or Brookgreen(i think thats the name) gardens. We went for the “nights of lights” around new years and it was absolutely breathtaking! Would definitely recommend this place to stay. We will probably stay again.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Stay

Place was exactly as advertise. Beach was great, right behind the building. Located right on the strip with plenty to do, sites to see, and plenty of eateries to visit.

Exactly as Advertised/Wonderful Stay

The condo was exactly as the pictures indicate. The view was perfect. We only stayed for a weekend, so everything we needed was there. My only concern about the check-in was having to provide all of the info that was asked for by email. It raises flags for privacy concerns. However, overall the communication was great, the place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. I would definitely consider it again in the future.
Julie’s place was nice. The pools and hottubs were a lot of fun for my boys. The bedroom is bit tight.

Excellent location

Highly recommended.. The property owner/host responds immediately to any concerns.
Julie’s Condo had all the amenities needed and does a great job with being communicative. The cleaning people missed someone’s shorts that were there before us in a drawer, but overall it was a clean space. Balcony right by the beach was great to wake up to. The recliner sofa was an added bonus. Would stay again

Had a wonderful time staying at Julie’s place. Beautiful room and felt very comfortable just living for the week there. Julie and her team answered all of my questions and took care of getting a new set of sheets when they were needed with no extra headache.
— Mishelle

Great condo!

Condo was very clean and in a great location! Would definitely book again.

All I can say about Julie’s listing is that the description is too the T. I felt just like I was at home. The views, space, and location was wonderful. I’m planning another stay right now. It is worth the money and the stay.
— Demetrice
Very clean, easy to find, fabulous view, easy to access, and our hostess was very responsive to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Next trip if this is available we’ll definitely book here.
— Tina
This place was exactly like the pictures, and more spacious than I expected. I loved it!! Very clean. Walking distance to everything. The beach was literally right in front of us! We could hear the waves crashing… every morning. The view of the strip from the bedroom was nice. We had everything we needed. Just beautiful!
— Tiffany R
We did have an issue with the missing parking pass but it was fixed the next day after the residents assured us we would be okay over night since we were in off season.
— Sheila
absolutely love this place
— April
Very nice stay!
— Carmen
This condo was exactly what I was looking for in an off-season visit to the beach. It is a comfortable condo with direct access to the beach, and a short walk to the main boardwalk area. I work remotely, and the WiFi and Internet was fast enough for me to do my job. I was a bit surprised and nervous at having a separate rental contract and damage waiver outside of the Airbnb system, but everything worked out OK in the end. Julie’s staff was responsive to all my questions, responding within minutes. They were very helpful.
— Lee
We had a great experience staying for 10 days in December 2023. Julie’s management company was responsive, everyone was polite and helpful. The house rules are a bit general and probably need to be adjusted for each property. In this case the parking information was a bit unclear. Also the fine for TV menu changes seem excessive. The owner did a very good job renovating the condo with high end furniture and appliances. We would definetelly recommend anyone to choose this unit for their vacation! Thanks!
— Angarta
Great place to stay the beach could be seen while cooking and the breeze was so amazing ! The view was amazing there was a lot do! The pool was nice and the experience over all was very nice!
— Carmen
Nice and clean, beautiful ocean view from the balcony! Watched the dolphins swim through every morning!
— Scott
Julie’s place was just as described. It was clean and had a great view of the ocean. I thought I had a problem with the TV. She was quick to respond. She was very helpful with the information she sent before check-in. I would definitely recommend this location.
— Jennifer
I have been going to Myrtle Beach for my birthday and was the best place that I have stayed at and would definitely rent it again.
— Kevin
We had a great stay, it was just how Julie described it very comfortable beds, and a great couch. Very nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. We will definitely stay there again.
— Dinah
This rental was wonderful for our trip this year! We had absolutely no issues, Julie and her team were accommodating every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to visit the Myrtle Beach area!
— Mariya

Quick weekend away

Needed a relaxing time to de stress and this place fit the bill usually we get a place that needs updating and something ends up not working this place was recently updated and it felt as if it home away from home I would stay here again thanks to the owners of the property
Was a wonderful spot to stay! My cousin and I had a blast! Totally recommend Julie!
— Jamie

My fave place!

This is truly the place to be. Photos are true. The only thing I did not care for, those bedspreads. The place is gorgeous. No lies were told. Loved so much. I could literally live there. Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous condo! * One not so great aspect. The landing, on said floor, outside, really needs to be kept cleaner. However, once inside, this is the best condo on The strip!
