There is a great Children’s Museum nearby and Broadway at the Beach is just up the road. There are two pools both indoor and outdoor and three jacuzzi’s, indoor and outdoor. There is great lawn space to lay out on with beach chairs and umbrellas. It has all new furnishings, in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near the Convention Center, many attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away.

I can not recommend this property enough

I can not recommend this property enough. The location is centrally located. Everything is 5-10 mins away. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. The pools are small but perfect for a after beach swim for the little ones who are not ready to stop swimming or for just a quick swim. The parking garages were very easy to access. The street isnt too busy through the area, unlike around the boardwalk, so crossing the street wasnt any issue. Julie was wonderful. She was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Julie was amazing with the place! We enjoyed the unit a lot and it was in walking distance of stores restaurants and things to do! Whenever we encountered any issues with the unit, Julie was very responsive and willing to accommodate and help in any way that she could! It was perfect for our getaway month

It was perfect for our getaway month. Really can’t think of anything negative, certainly. We loved the comfortable furniture. It was the most comfortable we have experienced after probably having four or five dozen multi day stays throughout our vacationing years. Kudos to Julie for all of her kindness.

The condo is very nice and clean with beautiful views.One of the deck chairs was broken and they replaced them right away with plastic ones .. Downside they are taking a pier apart just right of the balcony they work out there from sunup to sunset with continuous loud banging !! Suggestions put grab bars in shower..

Perfect for small family

My family and I needed a place to stay for a week and really wanted a kitchen to reduce eating out so much which this place has. This place fit the bill in every way we needed. Plenty of room. All new appliances and new A/C units! Will definitely look for this place again the next time we plan to come visit the area

This was a last minute stay. I decided Thursday night, that my son and I would ride to Myrtle Beach. He had some friends that had been down since Wednesday and he wanted to go down. I don’t think I have ever had such a responsive host. I sent several texts, but she was friendly and quick to respond. The view from The balcony’s view was absolutely great despite construction of the pier. We would definitely go again and recommend to others.

Had what we needed for a relaxing stay during our trip to watch collegiate spring training baseball. Thankful for the comfortable beds & living room recliner. Just a few things to note: A/C unit in bedroom was not seated properly in the wall & during heavy winds, a loud wind tunnel type noise was heard. Hard to sleep thru. Thankfully, only 1 really bad night of wind. Shower door track and shower head is a bit low. If you are a tall person, this could be an inconvenience. Im 5’6″ and had to duck under. Lastly, during our stay, heavy equipment work was being done on the beach & is visible and can be heard from balcony/inside. From 8a-4p weekly, you will hear loud construction noise. Despite these things, our trip was not negatively impacted. We adapted to inconveniences, embraced the noise & made the most of our time away. We were still at the beach with beautiful views–better than going to work or being at school! Would rent from Julie again.

Memorable winter getaway.

The condo was so cute. Perfect size for myself and husband. Clean and affordable. Amazing views! The other owners/renters that we met at the hot tub were friendly and welcoming. Good location, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shops. Also if you are looking for a nice morning walk, walk past the condos towards the residential area, you’ll be daydreaming about living in thise giant mansions! If you are looking for an outing that dosen’t involve shopping or the boardwalk check out Huntington state park or Brookgreen(i think thats the name) gardens. We went for the “nights of lights” around new years and it was absolutely breathtaking! Would definitely recommend this place to stay. We will probably stay again.Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Exactly as Advertised/Wonderful Stay

The condo was exactly as the pictures indicate. The view was perfect. We only stayed for a weekend, so everything we needed was there. My only concern about the check-in was having to provide all of the info that was asked for by email. It raises flags for privacy concerns. However, overall the communication was great, the place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. I would definitely consider it again in the future.

Julie’s Condo had all the amenities needed and does a great job with being communicative. The cleaning people missed someone’s shorts that were there before us in a drawer, but overall it was a clean space. Balcony right by the beach was great to wake up to. The recliner sofa was an added bonus. Would stay again

This place was exactly like the pictures, and more spacious than I expected. I loved it!! Very clean. Walking distance to everything. The beach was literally right in front of us! We could hear the waves crashing… every morning. The view of the strip from the bedroom was nice. We had everything we needed. Just beautiful!

We did have an issue with the missing parking pass but it was fixed the next day after the residents assured us we would be okay over night since we were in off season.

This condo was exactly what I was looking for in an off-season visit to the beach. It is a comfortable condo with direct access to the beach, and a short walk to the main boardwalk area. I work remotely, and the WiFi and Internet was fast enough for me to do my job. I was a bit surprised and nervous at having a separate rental contract and damage waiver outside of the Airbnb system, but everything worked out OK in the end. Julie’s staff was responsive to all my questions, responding within minutes. They were very helpful.

We had a great experience staying for 10 days in December 2023. Julie’s management company was responsive,everyone was polite and helpful. The house rules are a bit general and probably need to be adjusted for each property. In this case the parking information was a bit unclear. Also the fine for TV menu changes seem excessive. The owner did a very good job renovating the condo with high end furniture and appliances. We would definetelly recommend anyone to choose this unit for their vacation! Thanks!
