The great pool area and lazy river area are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!

Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort’s parking.

A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley’s Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony. This condo has 1 Queen Bed and can sleep up to 4. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sand Dunes Resort, this resort has it all! New Refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV, and private bathroom are included in the ocean-view condo. Heated indoor pool and spas and a private ocean balcony along with a lazy river and hot tubs! Julie was extremely friendly. Checked in to make sure we made it into room ok. The place had an absolutely beautiful view. Lots to do onsite. Restaurants, tiki bar, convent store, arcade with black light putt putt. Only thing we had trouble with was finding the room. (Or maybe because my husband didn’t want to listen lol) The staff at the resort was extremely helpful after my husband and I played on the elevator for a while. Would 100% recommend this location. We will be back yearly!

We had a great stay at the Sand Dunes! Room matched the photos, Very clean and organized, host was very responsive with any questions we had. Only thing i’d say is if you drive a truck or big SUV the parking garage is very tight corridors and tricky to get in and out of but other than that it was an amazing stay!

Great oceanfront location

Great oceanfront location. very clean. There is a drip coffee maker but no filters or complimentary first pot like many Airbnbs. Would have appreciated a roll of paper towels to wipe surfaces. Host was very responsive and friendly. This unit is in the main tower nearest to beach and not in tower B that is connected to parking garage as the map shows. Just exit the garage and go to main tower. enjoyed my getaway!

I enjoyed staying at Julie’s place. The place was clean, with a lot of amenities. My favorite part was the ocean view. It’s a pizzeria, gym, arcade & pool on site. The only things I suggest is to update the listing to reflect a full size bed because the bed was definitely not a Queen but who needs to sleep on vacation. I had no issue with the TV, but my guy said it’s too small (37 inch). Also, you’re asked to sign a contract outside of Airbnb & I feel that’s a bit much when you’re renting on a platform that offers their own rules to honor. However, no big deal. I was not pressured to sign the contract. I missed it when booking & I was uncomfortable. Lastly, I feel others need to be aware the contract mentions no one can leave a negative review less than 3 stars. I feel that’s a bit misleading if you read reviews before booking like me. Just giving guests a heads up. I would 100% come back to this exact location. This place is amazing and I did not sign the contract so my reviews legit.

The room itself is very spacious, especially compared to other 1 bed condos I’ve rented at Myrtle Beach. It is 100% ocean view- beautiful! The host is very responsive, I have used her properties before and would again.
