Notes
This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.

Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

2. Both spas are closed until further notice to be resurfaced.

Located in Sand Dunes Resort this 3 Bedroom Condo has AMAZING views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room, and main bedroom! This condo can sleep up to 10 people! Bring your friends or extended family on this vacation with you! This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is updated with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and is furnished with cookware and dishes. There is a washer/dryer for your clothes in this beautiful condo as well! Everything you need to make this vacation more convenient and restful.

Note: this condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

We really liked the condo, it was clean, conveniently located, great ocean view and easy walk to the beach! Parking was easy and check in was easy. We’re happy to give 5 stars since we didn’t have any issues with our actual stay, but wanted to mention communication prior to arrival was a little frustrating. I think this company must rent outside of Airbnb as well, and I got text messages at one point telling me I hadn’t paid and that my reservation would be cancelled, and then again the day of my reservation telling me my check in would be delayed because I hadn’t filled out some form. When I messaged them on Airbnb they told me I could disregard those messages, but it’s stressful to receive inaccurate communication like that.

We really liked the condo, it was clean, conveniently located, great ocean view and easy walk to the beach! Parking was easy and check in was easy. We enjoyed the stay most definitely was nice and clean loved the ocean front view.. Julie responded very quickly with any questions When unlocking the door just make sure codes are put in at the top and bottom 1 problem I could never get the WiFi to connect under the public a code was given; also could have just been me not knowing what I’m doing but overall Everything was clean nice and very spacious… think we will see them again next year for our family vacation 2027 Recommend 10/10 🩷🩷🩷😘

Made a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach with a group of 6, luckily i found Julie’s rental and it fit our needs perfectly. 3 bedrooms with double beds in each room. perfect for a bunch of teenage boys getting their own beds. It was close to the beach and we even had a ocean view from our balcony. It was the perfect last minute rental and it was very relaxing and welcoming. Highly recommend booking with Julie and I will definitely book again!

Beautiful little spot with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Right next to several different restaurants/places to stop and many things were within walking distance. The beach is also literally just a few steps away. The property itself was pretty quite as well and never felt top busy or crowded.

Although the aesthetics of the resort were underwhelming, the condo looked exactly like the photos. Stunning view and very clean bathrooms. Spacious rooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. My only critique is that the host was not very responsive to all my questions in the Airbnb app. They use a different platform after booking for all other information. If you’re not familiar with it, it can be difficult to navigate. Try to keep that in mind. The resort staff were friendly; however, we were unable to use the amenities this time of year (February). I would book this condo again.

Julie’s condo was truly a home away from home! We especially loved all of the home beach decor to get us into the beach vibe. The place was immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and to feel at home with. The resort amenities were also very nice and accessible. I just wish we has some warmer weather while staying there. As for the condo itself, it was very comfortable for our group of 6 and view and sounds of the ocean were superb! Julie and her team of assistants were spot on with their communications with us, so we never felt like we didn’t know what to do or where to go. I would definitely recommend staying at this property with Julie as your host!

I found the unit we rented to be exactly what was published and described. Very clean and comfortable for me and my family. The unit was easy to access and communication with the host was very professional and she quickly responded when I had a question. My grand kids had a great time, they even found several games in the unit they enjoyed playing. I would use and recommend this host and property for future visits to Myrtle Beach…. Thank you again..

My family and I stayed in this condo for our vacation, there was more than enough room to accommodate the 9 of us. Just steps away from the beach, and the condo was conveniently right next to the elevators so it was never a far walk. My children spent hours in the lazy river, both pools, and the arcade. There is a long list of rules with fees if violated, but no rules that aren’t easy to follow if you are a clean person. There were a few imperfections in the condo that I took photos of and sent upon my arrival so I wasn’t held responsible when I checked out. Julie and her team were very responsive and helpful. The location of this property is perfect for any vacationer interested in experiencing everything that Myrtle beach has to offer. I would stay here again. Thanks Julie!

My whole family vacationed here and had a wonderful time. The resort is pretty nice with 2 pools- an indoor with a hot tub and an outdoor with a lazy river. It is directly on the beach front, so it’s just steps to the beach. The beach was private, clean and easily accessible. The condo was immaculately clean, tons of linens and bath towels. Be sure to bring your own beach towels. Every room has a TV and two comfortable beds. Theres even a pull out couch in the living room as well as a smart TV that has capability to stream lots of shows and cable. The location is great. It’s safe and private, but also a short drive to the main strip-King’s highway, which has tons of grocery stores, shoppes and restaurants. The host, Julie is very helpful and accommodating. She is there if you need her, but also respects your privacy. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again!
