This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

There was a couple of small maintenance things here and there such as a leaking shower head, but aside from that my friend and I had a blast. We only spent the nights and mornings in the room but it was a cozy and relaxing place to stay with a beautiful ocean view. The beds were super comfortable, good TV, and we loved the little balcony. Highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a short Father’s Day trip for my husband. Room looks like pictures, communication with Julie was great, area is so nice, just a few steps from the sand, view from room is nice, and good restaurants walking distance from room. We loved the location and the room. Definitely recommend!

This was definitely a great place to stay, especially for the price! Do be aware it is a connected room to another suite next door. The other side cannot get in if the door is locked though. Julie was great throughout the entire stay. River City Cafe is on the corner and super great! It does get a little crowded on the beach and in the pools, but we did go leading up to memorial weekend so that is to be expected. Wonderful time overall and pretty central to everything we wanted to do! Broadway at the Beach was about a 15 minute drive and Hook and Barrel was less than 10 minutes away.

The accommodations were as stated, and the room was clean. The only issue we had was the parking. If you are driving a small SUV or compact car, it will not be an issue. However, we found the parking very tight for our Suburban.

I had an amazing stay and would absolutely give this place 5 stars! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Everything felt comfortable. The host was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This place looks like the pictures, just a tad smaller than I thought. It was perfect for my boyfriend’s birthday getaway. We definitely enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and the kids running around at the pool down below, made us miss our kids a little bit. Having a restaurant at the resort that’s ocean front was definitely a plus! It was a little difficult getting in the right tower, but we figured it out. Julie is responsive and helpful and that made me feel comfortable! This was definitely a great spot to come to for a weekend getaway and I will definitely recommend and stay again!

Very good location and nice little place for a few days. No need to even leave the property for breakfast lunch, dinner, snacks, pools or beach. Once you figure out parking, it is smooth! It was very nice. Only down fall was the hotel itself did not have functioning ice machines on our side of the hotel on either floor but i believe thats just on the hotels end. Otherwise the air bnb provided was great. And set up very cute.

Great place! And lots to do! We loved the view from the balcony and this place is very cozy. Definitely would stay here again. The only thing that we had issues with was the parking garage was very overcrowded and dangerous. People drive super fast around those tight turns almost causing accidents every time you leave the place.

My cousin and I took our moms to stay at Julie’s place as their Mother’s Day gift and we felt right at home! Easy no contact check-in. Easy to find the room. Working elevators. Decorated nicely. Nice, big tv. The resort has a bar and restaurant downstairs and also is super close to any restaurant you could imagine! The room was very clean and didn’t have a weird smell. Julie was a very responsive host. Loved staying there perfect for the small group of us! Definitely recommend Julie’s place!
