This beachfront resort has abundant amenities to make your stay enjoyable. There are indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a lazy river, a spacious pool deck, social areas, an oceanfront pool, an indoor pool, an onsite restaurant, a game room, a fitness room, a lounge, and free wifi! The condo has a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and ocean views. The great pool area and lazy river area are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. And you’re just steps from the beach! Please note that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

This conveniently located property is just steps from the beach. Enjoy swimming in the pools, walking on the beach, and dining at the onsite restaurants. A short drive will take you to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley’s Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are also just a short drive away.

Very similar to staying in hotel as far as space and amenities. Easy walk to the beach. There’s a convenience store, Starbucks, arcade, restaurant, beach bar, pizza place in the resort or within walking distance. Resort staff has luggage carts and pointed us in the right direction of the room, which was helpful. We only stayed for two days so we ended up paying for parking by the beach access so we could just unload our beach stuff from the car daily but free parking wasn’t too far. Overall, great experience.

Beautiful ocean view

Beautiful ocean view! You get to hear the waves crashing at night. Responsive host. I booked in the month of February. Parking is good on week days. My room was somehow not a non-smoking room. It smelled fine, its just whenever I leave the window open, I could smell cigarette from the next door. But after airing the room for a few mins, the smell will go away. Other than that, I wish I booked Myrtle beach for 2 months next time. So relaxing, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The townspeople were friendly and polite too

Julie’s condo at Sand Dunes exceeded all expectations! Despite our stay being for business rather than leisure, Julie’s quick responses and warm hospitality made our time there truly enjoyable. Though we didn’t get to fully utilize the beautiful beach and pool, coming back to the condo after a long day of property hunting was a delight. The comfort of the room made it easy to rest and recharge for the next day’s adventures. We’re already planning to return for our closing at the end of June and hope to rent Julie’s condo again. Literally the perfect location! Just 10 minute drive from the main boardwalk area. But many restaurants and stores around the resort ! Parking is included which was a huge plus. There is a beach access point from the resort. It has an indoor and outdoor pool area, and many places to sit and relax. Laundry room, arcade, and small store for needs also at the hotel. They had a bar and restaurant with really good drinks and food! Note the resort is a bit outdated but everything else outweighs that. Nothing was not working or caused issues though. Also there is no free breakfast at this resort but the restaurant has good affordable breakfast. I absolutely loved this location and this room! It was perfect size ! Cute balcony that overseas the ocean. I even could see the sunset from the balcony. And the sunrise happens right on the beach viewable from the outside of the resort . Very affordable and again great location! Will definitely stay again. 10/10!

Absolutely a wonderful place to visit. Julie’s place was perfect for us, and extremely affordable. I chose to buy less room. This allowed me to spend on activity and restaurants. It was splendid. Room was so clean. Water pressure solid 10 rating. Ocean view 9.2 rating. Honestly for the low room rate what more can a person ask for. My family and I explored the are using Julie’s place as a home-base. I loved the restaurant and store downstairs. The beds were comfortable. The room had climate control. I will definitely be booking again. What a fantastic experience overall. Julie’s place is perfect. Highly recommend. Also everyone is so nice there!! All the staff and people we encountered were very friendly..
