Please keep in mind that this condo is privately owned and should be treated with the same care and respect as your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Rentals. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– This unit won’t have access to the fitness center.
– All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a vehicle or not.
– Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use luggage carts.

HOA’s new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.
– For Airbnb guests, check-in and verification will be handled by Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation for check-in.
– Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.
– Resort fee is $30 per day for the length of the stay and will be charged when you check-in.

Julie was amazing with communication. We did have a slight wait time at check in bc our reservation did not show on resorts end. Julie was fast in communicating, and helping us fix the issue! Room was as described. Very spacious! View was great! Any questions we had we always received a response in a timely manner. The pools/lazy river were great!

I have stayed at this hotel many times. This my first stay with Julie. Awesome place. If you want somewhere facing the ocean and facing the band this is a great option. I had a little issue getting signed in but Julie was on top of it and got it handled quickly. I will definitely be staying here again.

Unfortunately I didn’t look at the details and missed out that it’s 30 dollars per day for parking. When I arrived I was told someone was checked in the room and later after being on the phone with air bnb support I was told that they forgot to cancel the previous person who didn’t show up so I stayed in the lobby for 3 hours. Other than that the room was super clean and beautiful I loved the view and it was super peaceful would book again.

Our favorite place to rent

I love that it’s on the second floor overlooking the pool and the bar area. We had no issues with noise from downstairs. It’s great to have a bar, a restaurant and an ocean all in one setting. There was a delay at check-in, though it was easily cleared up by a text. The second time we’ve been able to stay in this room. Even with four people it didn’t feel like we were tripping over each other. We absolutely plan on renting this one again.

We loved the room and location. Oceanfront balcony with panoramic views, living room windows overlook Ocean Annie’s with an ocean view. Perfect location if you love music & a live band. Room amenities were good. If you cook, I would recommend bringing a small frying pan as the one in the room is fairly large. Restaurant on-site. Sandals lounge is great, Karaoke nightly from 8-10pm, friendly staff. Close to a variety of stores off site. Host was responsive. Would rent again!!

Resort was wonderful. Room was clean and had great views. Literally steps away from the beach. Pool was great! Ocean Annie’s live music 2pm-11pm and you have a private view from your balcony. River cafe is right down stairs has great burgers you really don’t have to leave for much!

The condo was clean upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. Julie was super responsive and friendly. We had access to an indoor pool and hot tubs, outdoor pool, lazy river, and beach bar. The view from the bedroom/balcony area was beautiful. We were close to local stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was the perfect spot!! So much to do! Between the pool, the lazy river, beach access, the beach bar, the indoor bar there was no reason to leave the location! The condo itself was the perfect fit for our family! Nice and clean! Perfect view from the balcony! We recommend this place for your stay!!

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for 8 nights. I vacationed here with friends 20 years ago and loved the resort. The condo is nice, spacious and clean. It could use a deep clean but overall wasn’t dirty. We overlooked the pool and beach. It was nice to wake up in the morning and sit on the balcony with my coffee. Dolphins would swim down the shore every morning. We could also look down and see how busy the pool and bar area were. We had a stairway right outside our room with direct access to the outdoor and indoor pool areas. Upon arrival, the resort does not and would not help with luggage to our room since we were booked through Airbnb and not the resort directly. That was a little annoying but my husband and I lugged out stuff up in a couple trips. The room had a nice kitchenette so we could cook meals. We didn’t plan to eat out a lot. We were within a short driving distance from grocery stores and restaurants. Our biggest annoyance was the guests next door to us. Very loud

It was exactly what i was expecting and then some. Really enjoyed the location, ocean views and people watching. It was nice to listen to music on the balcony. Julie was a great host!! The place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. From the room we were able to hear the live music playing from the restaurant below. You get the private condo feel along with a “resorty” feel. Any questions we had Julie was right on top of it with answering. Great location and close to just about anything fun to do!

Pretty pricey. Probably wont book through Airbnb again though. All in all, we paid about $3500 for a 9 night stay. Our couple friends paid half of that for the week and they even had bigger families. There was 4 of us couples. Their rooms were just as nice. I really feel we overpaid even though we had a nice stay. Small things need to be fixed in the room, but nothing crazy. My only real complaint, would be the price.

The location was my favorite, I’ve stayed at this specific unit for 6 years straight before it became a rented-out condo thru agencies. First time dealing with an agency. Communication in the beginning could have been better – instructions to get the key card were unclear even though we paid for a 2 hour early check in. Communication overall after that was great!

We had a great stay in this condo. it was clean and comfortable. We had easy access to the beach and the pool, and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. It was relaxing to see the ocean from the couch while I drank my tea in the morning. We also enjoyed listening to the live music on the balcony from the nearby bar.

For this price point, you can’t really complain because as the saying goes: you get what you pay for. Overall the unit and hotel need a little updating but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. We would stay here again, the location was nice, hotel staff was friendly and the rental company seems easy to work with so far.

We really enjoyed the location of our stay as well as the easy instructions and guides for us. We loved being close to the bars as well as within easy driving distance of barefoot landing, the boardwalk, and broadway at the beach. The beds are super comfy as well as the pillows! It didn’t intrude on our time however the shower is definitely made for people 5 10’ and shorter, we just adjusted the head to point up more, however the shower pressure is great! We also appreciated the activities ideas list she provided for us and the fact that she was accommodating if need be. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely go back to the location!
