Great location, awesome view. All necessary items in kitchen. Small place but was great for 3 of us. Appreciated the storage shelves even in the bathroom and of course own jacuzzi was much enjoyable. Amusement park close-by a walking distance.

Great week at the beach

Great location!

The property is located right in the middle of everything from being right on the beach to next-door to an amusement park area. Down the street is another boardwalk/amusement area. Five minutes from the airport. Overall great!
We had a blast here!! The apartment is slightly dated but it was still clean and tidy. The check in and check out was a breeze. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment so there no window which makes it dark and quite. The view from the balcony is phenomenal. There was 2 hot tubs, a heated indoor lazy river, a heated outdoor pool and then a non heated outdoor pool and a kids splash pad that was not heated. Ocean access was right off the pool deck which was nice and easy to access. Ice and gym access requires keycard from the desk. There is a market right across the street and a pizza place right around the corner so easy access to food and drinks. The board walk starts at 2nd ave and it’s about a 15-20minute walk to skywheel and downtown area where there is live music and plenty of food and drinks. Lyft rides to broadway at the beach are less than 10$ from this location. All and all perfect location if you want a fun filled Myrtle beach experience.

Me and my daughter go every year for my birthday. We had a fabulous time. We would definitely come back and rent from this host excellent place if you are coming for an event or just bring your family for a vacation.

I enjoyed my stay. Julie was super friendly, sweet and responded very quickly. I appreciate her for allowing us stay there. I enjoy myself and love how quiet and clean the Airbnb was . Julie was awesome at communication. Felt we had everything we needed. Description of the space mentioned that the pictures were representative of what we were getting, however there were multiple units in the building. That said, there was a ton of damage to the interior of the unit we were given, including multiple damaged walls, stains in the carpet, the carpet was stretched out and created a trip hazard, tile missing from the baseboard, cabinets delaminating, and the curtain rod becoming detached from the ceiling. I made sure to document the damage and let the Julie know. Also documented how we left the unit. This unit is really in need of some TLC. We weren’t asking for anything, we just wanted to protect ourselves and the host. All in all, it was a good place to sleep with an amazing ocean front view.

Sandy Beach is a beautiful place

We enjoyed our visit. Communication with rental company was good. Only downside was jacuzzi didn’t work. I notified them, they asked for a picture, I sent it but didn’t get a response. I would recommend overall though. Very nice.

Awesome Stay at Beach

This is definitely a go-to place if you are looking for a beach stay with a home comfort. This stay is right at the shores with a sea view balcony. Privacy at its best! The property was clean and spacious. Host Julie was always responsive right from pre checkin to the checkout. We felt home for the 5 days we stayed there.

Julie’s place had the perfect views from the balcony, beach and pools were steps from first floor and local attractions and restaurants were abundant. Blender could not be provided but on a positive note they replaced the defective microwave. The price was right and the space worked well for our week long stay.

Myrtle Beach vacation

The condo was clean and the building was nice. The furniture was very uncomfortable to where i had trouble sleeping and the couch was uncomfortable. The parking was a little inconvenient with having to go across the street to get your car. Was beach front with beautiful views. For check in we wasn’t able to get the door code till exactly 4:00 pm. So if someone shows up like 20 min early they have to wait to get in or pay extra. I guess if the place is already cleaned and noone is there what would it hurt to let someone in early especially after driving for 15 hours?

Our room was excellent! Air conditioning works wonderfully! The actual resort had a few flaws, but not deal breakers. There are no bathrooms in the pool area, which seemed odd. The vending/laundry area requires a key card, which you have to ask for. Beach access is through the pool area, but you cannot get in before to wash sand off your feet if you like to walk on the beach earlier or later than the pool times. Parking was easy. This is a busy area of town, but we slept peacefully and heard no street noise. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools!

This is the second condo of Julie’s that we have stayed at and this is by far our favorite! Everything was extremely clean and it’s almost at the end of the hall and off of the main hallway which creates more of a feeling of privacy! All linens were perfectly clean! Kitchen was clean as a whistle and you can literally walk anywhere! We WILL be back!

Tremendous value in Julie’s place and great accuracy in advertising. The pre and post rental communications were thorough and accurate. Unbeatable view, amenities and location. One minor issue encountered during our stay was unresolved but did not adversely affect our stay at this great place.

Very nice location and able to see the beach and sunrise right at the balcony and with a nice backdrop of the 2nd avenue pier and the Atlantic ocean. Everything looks very clean. Luggage cart is available. Plenty of parking across the street where all guests park their car overnight. Don’t let all the housekeeping rules scare you and just treat it like your house.

Perks!

I cook. I bring my own knives and cutting board. I bring wipes and clean before I unpack and the kitchen was so clean I didn’t have to do that! They also had the loveliest lavender hand wash in the bathroom and kitchen soap with No bad cleaning chemicals in them! Crisp/clean sheets! The battery in the smoke alarm was beeping and it was replaced before I unloaded my car (about 20 minutes). Loved the owners and the space!

I stayed here with my four teenage boys. We had a great time! Lots to do very close to the property. Great for a family that needs to cook and wash clothes to save money, time, and space. Looking forward to planning our next vacation.

Property at Sandy Beach Resort

Good location, close to several stores and easy parking. Only issue was automatic key pad was dead so we had to carry around the key to get in/out.

Great place!

The condo was great and just what we were looking for! The resort has many options for pools for both adults and children. The condo was clean and checkin was easy! The property manager is in constant communication and you know exactly what to expect. The only suggestions would be to have a better and more adequate post and pans sets and to maybe provided an umbrella for the beach so you dont have to rent one. I highly recommend staying at this condo in Myrtle Beach!

Great Time!

This place was perfect for our family of 4! The kids loved sleeping on the murphy bed and the beds in the main room were comfortable. This is a really relaxing place if you are looking to get away from it all! Will definitely contact Julie again because she is so responsive! We even got to meet her while she was down! Good place with an amazing view

We had an amazing stay! Kids loved the pools and lazy river, Julie kept in contact with us the entire time and was quick to respond if we had questions. The view was phenomenal, it was clean and within walking distance to a lot of good bars/restaurants. Can’t say enough positive things about it. We are hoping to stay here next year too!

Excellent location

We rented this property for a girls spring break weekend. It was chilly during our stay, but that allowed us time to enjoy the local neighborhood and all the heated pools. We could walk everywhere we went, including the large expanse of beach, the boardwalk and Sky Wheel. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating, helping set up an early check-in. I would stay here again and look for other properties managed by the same people.

Julie was excellent in communicating with us. Room exactly as described. The pictures of the view just don’t do it justice! We even got a pleasant surprise of a firework show. Only bad thing is that you won’t want to leave!

Very clean and great views

The room was clean and had plenty of room for my wife and I but could easily compensate more people. It had a great view of the ocean from the balcony and just a short ride down the elevator and your on the beach. The only issue we had during our stay was we wish it would have been warmer weather! 🙂 Overall great time.

Amazing trip and totally priced right

Stayed here for a week long getaway and enjoyed every minute of it. The whole process start to finish was super easy and the beds/heated pools and overall amenities were perfect. Very clean and great quality. Looking forward to coming back next year!
