Neighborhood
Knowing that the condo has a variety of fun activities and is just next to the beach is excellent. It’s a great option for visitors because it’s close to facilities and well-known sights. Have fun while you’re here.

Access
This area is strictly non-smoking. It’s not a hotel room; it’s a privately owned apartment. Please treat it with the same respect as your own house. We’ll do everything in our power to resolve any problems as soon as they occur, but please be aware that there isn’t constant on-site presence.

*RESORT Wifi and Cable are under development and may not be available to you during your stay. Guests are strongly advised to bring an internet hotspot to connect to the TV in order to use the streaming apps.

HOA’s New Rules:
*Pools are currently closed due to a heater/sealing project.
*Onsite gym is unavailable.
*Parking is free but limited

Guests rave about watching fireworks from the balcony on the 4th of July and waking up to stunning ocean views from this top-floor unit at Sea Mist Resort. The location is unbeatable—you're literally steps from the beach (one minute walk!) and close to restaurants and ice cream shops. While the unit is compact and best suited for couples or small groups, guests love the responsive host Julie, the working A/C, and that direct beach access that makes this a true beach getaway. A few guests noted the floors could use deeper cleaning and the unit shows its age, but the value, view, and convenience keep visitors coming back.

Positive: – i really liked the ocean view that I had and I liked being on the top floor Negative: The only thing I didn’t like about this is that it was not remodeled, even though they said it was and the floor was dirty. So when you walked around barefootage, your feet were black, so we laid sheets and towels all over the floor so we didn’t have to worry about getting into a bed dirty.

Very Flexibile Check in, was very much more spacious then the pictures beautiful view as well on the balcony was nice easy to clean as well she was very responsive and was quick to help whenever i had questions definitely recommend worth the price

Under Renovation

The property owners were quite speedy to communicate with me at every turn. I wasn’t expecting the property to have so many rules, and was a bit disappointed that I didn’t have pool access, but my stay was pleasant and the children had a blast!! The property is under renovation so be prepared to see workers, slight imperfections, etc., but it was clean and comfortable. All in all, it was a perfect fit.

It was very nice exactly like the pictures with a beautiful beach view. Wish they had a couple more things for the kitchen like a baking sheet but other than that everything went well. Only other thing is when we first got there we hadn’t even been to the beach yet but there was still a lot of sand all over the floor including in the bathroom. I understand it’s on the beach so there will always be sand just wish it was swept a little more.

The condo was perfect! Beautiful view and direct access to the beach. Definitely worth it. The only downfall was that some of the pools were closed ( not the hosts fault) and the water park and pool that was open wasn’t cleaned very well. Overall I would %100 stay again!

We were right by the beach , it’s nice being able to see the ocean from the balcony . And as soon as you walk out of the building , a 1 min walk around the side of the building and boom you’re on the beach . Tons of cool restaurants and icecream shops here and the beach is beautiful . The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay there . A/C works good too.

We had a great stay! It was so convenient to be able to walk outside and be at the beach. I do feel like the room was a bit outdated and a little pricey for what we got but it is what it is. It was small. I wouldn’t recommend booking it for more than two people. I think a few more things could have been provided as well such as a full size trash can or at least bigger than one tiny bathroom can. Luckily we brought full size trash bags or we wouldn’t have had anything to do with our trash everyday. Overall, it was decent and we enjoyed our stay.
