This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

– Balcony work from January 22, 2027 to February 19, 2027 – Balcony will not be accessible



• Smoking is NOT permitted on unit balconies, hallways, or pool decks. Please follow all posted resort smoking policies.

• Motorcycles are NOT permitted on resort property from May through September.

• Guests are not allowed to bring Pets

• The retention pond drainage project remains an ongoing improvement project. Landscaping and vegetation work may continue in certain areas around the resort.

• Please report any smoking violations or resort concerns to the front desk/security.

• Seawatch continues to complete resort-wide improvements to enhance the guest experience throughout the property.
HOA Sea watch Pool Heater Schedule:

Spring 2026:
April 15th: Heaters turned on
June 1st: Heaters turned off
South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15
Pool Enclosures Removed: Thursday, May 1st & Friday, May 2nd

Fall/Winter 2025-2026:
October 1: Heaters turn on
December 1: Heaters turn off
Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater
Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10
North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.

All spas are operational April 15th thru November 15th. During the off season, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the North Tower pool deck, 2 outdoor spas remain open at the South Tower pool deck and both outdoor spas at Villas I & II are operational. Both North & South Tower indoor spas are open year-round.

Note: Ice machines and Pool Deck water supplies are temporarily closed

They are currently also painting the exterior walls of the parking garage.

This is my second year staying at one of Julie’s properties. Again I was pleased with my accommodations. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Julie was very responsive to any questions or needs I had, including having maintenance come service the A/C condenser early in my stay when the condo wasn’t cooling as it should. Great views, pools and hot tubs at the property were all in working condition and enjoyable to use daily. Overall it’s a great budget resort condo with minimal amenities outside the pools/hot tubs, but the beach is very clean here vs. farther south near downtown Myrtle Beach. The unit has enough pans and dishes for some basic cooking, but overall the unit is smaller than maybe the photos let on. Beds and couch were both very comfortable though. Overall the SeaWatch by Wyndham resort property was very enjoyable though you’re driving to any activities and there isn’t much scenic walking accessible other than the beach. One small fitness room between all 3-4 buildings of units in the complex. Check in and out instructions were clear, and inclusion of 2 parking passes was great; ample parking. Would come again!

The room was just what we needed and the parking was convenient. I appreciated the presence of security at the entrance and in the pool areas. The room was clean and comfortable, however it could use a good deep-cleaning in those hard-to-clean areas. The view was awesome and we spent a good amount of time enjoying the balcony. The location was good with shopping and entertainment nearby. Overall a great experience.

The condo is just as described and pictured. Julie was extremely responsive and very upfront about prior to books having additional paperwork that needed to be reviewed and read prior to renting. Upon entering the room the bedroom has 2 beds, leads into small hallway where bathroom and kitchen are. The refrigerator is full size and the ice maker works great!!! From there you enter into small living room and the balcony over looks the pool area and beach views. The views are stunning! We enjoyed our coffee with sunrises every day!

We had quite honestly the best time of our lives here. This location is perfect to be by the beach, the pool, restaurants, & shopping! We had a n easy time getting to the location and Julie was very responsive from the day we booked. The condo is clean, has all kitchen appliances, 2 tvs, a beautiful balcony with chairs and a table & the best part is the ocean view! We can’t recommend this enough & we can’t wait to come back! Some things to take note of: – getting to the location, we just let the security guard know that we rented an Airbnb and they let us in which was a bit unusual as they didn’t even check to make sure we weren’t lying so it felt a bit like anyone can just drive in – if you have a infant like we did, take note that a bigger stroller will be tight in the room. We have an UPPAbaby vista and we couldn’t get it to the kitchen/living room area it stood right by the door each time – bring extra pool/beach towels ours didn’t dry Overall, I wish we can give it 10 ⭐️

Julie’s place was great. Just as described. It’s a great location. My only warning is that there are a lot of rules. Once you book you also have to sign a rental agreement which has pages of rules and potential extra fees if those rules aren’t followed. While the place was great and I understand the need for rules it just put me on edge as it was very excessive. I just think it would be better if all the information was put in the AirBnB listing instead of waiting until after I had already paid.

It was perfect for our family! Everything was just like the pictures. We loved having the ocean view on the balcony. The kitchen had everything you could need. The bedroom even had enough space for our pack n play. We would definitely stay here again!

Julie was very responsive to any/all the concerns we had during our stay. The condo was very clean. Although we did not use much, everything that we did use was in working order, like the hot water and water pressure in the shower. I also like the fact the condo looked exactly like it was presented in the listing when booked. We even enjoyed one of the local recommendations: Island Excursion Dolphin Watching & Sunset Cruise, and was able to see plenty of dolphins! The most important part for me was being able to open the door to the balcony and listen to the crashing of the waves and see the magnificent views 😎. Great quiet, private location! And, great value!

Watching the sea

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless when we arrived and everything was as expected at the resort. The view was perfect! However, after renting condos for over 30 years, I feel qualified to offer these suggestions. The unit really needs only one king/queen bed. It is nearly impossible to access the closet and very difficult to get out of beds so close to the walls. The closet had 5 hangers inside for a room that sleeps 6 people. Other than those small issues, we loved it and would return.

Nice property. High cleaning fee since we left it as clean as it was upon arrival. Too many threats about this or that. Lose a towel you get fined. The list is excessive. Needs decent comforters on the beds. Overall, the condo was a good value out of season.

Julie’s unit is strategically located in the resort. The view is awesome….overlooking all the water features, plus a great view of the beach. Sunrises are spectacular! The space may be a little tight for a family of four, but it’s perfect for a trip to the beach.

Gave an overall rating of 5 because the place was nice and a great price. The housekeepers could’ve done a better job. The place was dusted with sand and the sheets smelt of strong cologne making me worried that they hadn’t been clean. Also we messaged about the tv not working, and they responded twice with an answer but the solution didn’t work so we had to watch tv with a weird pop up every 5 minutes since another solution was never provided to us. Also the window next to the bed had a very bright light outside and the curtain was too small so the sleeping area was lit up at night, might should buy a bigger/better curtain. Again giving a 5 star because the host was kind and I still enjoyed my time at the beach, but I want to be honest with what I encountered and hope you guys get that all straightened out!
