Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests.
Minimum Renter Age: 25. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Vehicle Restrictions: Motorcycles, RVs, travel trailers, and trailers are prohibited.
Golf Carts: Permitted, subject to community rules.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including balconies and under-home areas.
No Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited on the property and within the community.
Railings & Balconies: Hanging towels, clothing, or other items from railings or balconies is not permitted.
Parking: Limited to four vehicles, including golf carts. Per HOA rules, all vehicles must fit beneath the unit. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.
Occupancy Violations: A $200-per-day fine per guest applies for exceeding the maximum occupancy limit.
Payment Terms: A 25% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Guest & Payment Verification: Verification is required.
