Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the stay.
Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests.
Pets: Small dogs are welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee per pet. A maximum of 2 small dogs is permitted.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
No Parties or Events: The property is intended for family groups only.
Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway. Parking on the grass is prohibited, and garage access is not available.
