Notes
This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.

Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).
Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.

No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful and the condo was great for the 4 of us. We really enjoyed the pool with the kids and the beach location was perfect. Only suggestion for the condo is we would need to have paper towels, dish towels or sponges for dishes, to let guest know to bring kitchen essentials as salt and pepper, aluminum foil, etc. Otherwise it was a great stay and we look forward to being there again.

Great unit in an even better location! The condo had everything you may need as far as cooking utensils. There were some minor basic items that were missing such as sponges or cloths for washing dishes. Friendly staff at the resort, and great family atmosphere.

Julie’s condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! The beachfront view from the balcony was beautiful, and we loved how easy it was to get right down to the beach. Between the multiple pools, lazy river, and arcade, there was plenty to keep the kiddos entertained for hours. Such a great place for families.. we had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Thank you, Julie, for allowing us to stay at your place. The view from the deck was unbelievable with the ocean right there. The additional amenities such as the pools, hot tub, were also amazing. We could walk on the beach, then go to the pool, and later that night go to the hot tub. We would definitely come back. The price was amazing. Take care

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking again. First impressions are everything, and we were immediately impressed by the beautiful decor and excellent location. The oceanfront view from the balcony exceeded our expectations, and we loved spending time out there relaxing. One thing I especially loved was the full body mirrors throughout the condo. Having three body mirrors in the hallway was such a nice touch and something you don’t often find. It was definitely a bonus! The condo was clean and well maintained overall. The only area that could use a little attention is the pullout sofa/couch, which had a few minor stains. Replacing or refreshing it would make an already great space even better. Communication with the host Julie was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would rate this condo an 8/10. With a few small updates, it could easily be a 10/10!

Clean and well appointed condo in a great resort!

Positive: The property and condo were exactly as shown in the pictures! Also the deck and pool areas were very tropical looking and well maintained. This is a nice quiet section of the beach, and my daughter and I felt completely safe. Close to many attractions too! Negative: The pillows on the balcony chairs were think and nice, but a bit worn and one was ripped when we got there. Probably just do to normal wear and tear though – they were nice ones. That said those chairs were nice and didn’t really need them. Communication was consistent and responses were quick. I would highly recommend!

Julie from big fish rental was amazing to work with. We had a last minute booking and she was great helping us secure the booking, early check in and guiding us in the check in, check out process. This room unit 1109 is beautiful! Lots of amazing details were put into this with many upgrades. This is our second time renting from Julie and will definitely keep in mind for our next trip to beach cove.

This is a very nice property. I would come back, but I wouldn’t bring more than 4 people.

Positive: Great location, right on the beach, kitchen with full size refrigerator, separate bedroom, very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable Negative: The property only supplied two rolls of toilet paper and we had 5 people (Our rolls were missing and we had no toilet paper at first). The property only provides three sets of towels even though it sleeps 6. You have to pay extra for more. There were only 4 pool bands even though the property sleeps 6.

We loved staying here

We loved staying here! It was the perfect spot for a beach trip. The space was cozy but truly had everything we needed. It was gorgeous, well decorated without feeling cluttered and very clean. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very kind. I’d definitely recommend this cute spot to anyone and would love to book again.
