This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NOTE: There will be a site-wide hot water system repairs will be conducted as part of essential maintenance to ensure ongoing comfort and reliability. Work is scheduled on the 29th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though it may extend if needed. Hot water service will be temporarily unavailable throughout the hotel during this period.

The only issue we had was not with the rental itself, but with checking in and out at the facility: lines for a parking spot and very few carts available to use unless you get lucky enough to grab a bellhop to do it for you – had to make multiple trips up and down to unload/load. I would stay again as the location and beach access were great and that is why we were there anyways…

Truly a beautiful unit with an outstanding view. I would highly recommend this location for an opportunity to decompress and enjoy the sounds of the waves while you relax on the balcony. Great restaurants within walking distance and the resort staff was very friendly. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to hit the reset button for a few days.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again. The place was just as pictured and described, with a great ocean view from the 21st floor. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was top notch. The kitchen was fully equipped but , as stated in the listing, it included no essentials. There was salt and pepper but that was about it – no foil, plastic wrap, oil, paper towels, laundry soap etc. You’ll have to bring or buy those little things for longer stays.

the unit was great, clean and setup exactly like the photos. the code for the door was available exactly when and as described. the only, and kinda a big one is there was no luggage carts available at checkin or checkout, we figured on a Tuesday at off hours there would be at least one. so 4 trips up and down to the car were required, this is more of an issue with thr Hilton than Big Fish though, but definitely something to consider, especially to the 21st floor.

This was our first time booking an Air B. We really enjoyed ourselves. The Anderson is familiar to us because in the past we stayed there and the other Hilton properties. I loved being in a space that was safe and secure. The other residents and staff were friendly. The elevators were amazing, so quick to respond after the button was pushed. The residents complied with the rules of the Anderson especially the smoking policy. It was wonderful week of fun and activities. We would return to the Anderson again and repeat the experience.

Great place to stay. Host was very nice and responsive. Indoor hot tub and heated pool so you can visit any time of year. Only thing I don’t like is the 10am checkout. Would like a 11am like most places. Other than that it was 10/10
