The room had incredibly comfortable beds, especially for someone who deals with back pain, and we loved having the Murphy bed as an extra sleeping option. It was such a cool feature, especially because it looked directly out toward the ocean! 🥰 The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals during our stay. The coffee machine was also a great touch (just be sure to bring your own coffee pods 😉). We also really enjoyed the gift shop, and the luau and fire show were absolutely the highlight of our trip! 🔥🌺 It was such a fun and memorable experience and something we will definitely remember. Overall, we had a lovely beach getaway and are grateful for the opportunity to stay here!

The unit itself was excellent. It was clean, tastefully decorated with modern furniture, and the air conditioning kept the condo comfortable throughout our stay. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a great added amenity, and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The property was generally as described, but I believe there are some important safety concerns that future guests should be aware of. Guests should use extreme caution when crossing Ocean Boulevard between the parking deck and the resort, as traffic can make the crossing feel unsafe, especially for families with children. Overall, we enjoyed the condo itself and appreciated its cleanliness, comfort, and amenities.

Loved our stay here! The resort even has breakfast, lunch, and dinner inside (priced separately, but still good option to have!). Host was very responsive, great view, lots to do. Unfortunately there was sand in the bed sheets upon arrival but it’s the beach, so we understand that completely! Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay and check in and check out was so easy! They place was clean and very nice and accommodating. We loved the convenience of everything in the resort and around the resort. It was easy to get everything to the beach that we needed. We will definitely come back , hopefully next summer. Our hostess Julie was great and quick to answer questions and concerns.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Avista! We were a short walk to Main Street. Amenities were nice. The place had been painted, so it was even better than the pictures. The only negative was if you wanted to check in early you had to pay $50 for the extra two hours. Other than that, we had a wonderful trip and would stay here again! We’ve rented from Julie several times and will do so again this year! Thanks!

everything is exactly like the photos shows, it’s for a smaller family, has everything you need to cook with but very limited space for meal prep but over all great stay. Julie is quick to get back with you with any questions you may have. I will say if you love sunrise and sunset you will need to be on the beach to see them . I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo. Had a small, but well stocked kitchen. Lots of ‘starter’ products (soap, detergent, toilet paper, etc.). Wow, the AC worked so well for a HOT June summer weekend. Lovely view of the pools and ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

Julie was quick to respond to any questions I had before arrival and after we left! Condo is very nice, bedroom and front from flooring is gorgeous! Very roomy bathroom, bedroom has two comfortable bed and a Murphy bed in the front room. We had a wonderful stay and will be back to enjoy another stay at Julie’s place! Room balcony over looks pool/hot tubs and lazy river. Great ocean front view with we enjoyed all time of the day, especially in the mornings! Room is shocking very quiet, we never heard much around us! Huge plus!! Parking garage is right across the street with is very nice! Short walk, less than 3 minutes and we were in the room! Julie makes the check in and check our instructions very simple and easy to understand! Beach is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, 3 minutes if you count from the room and down. A++ Geeat host!!! Loved our stay! Perfect for family. I would say easily would sleep 6 people. Couples looking for fun, entertainment with Djs at the pool!

This was a last minute, quick trip for my husband and I. Had a great time! All resort employees were exceptionally friendly. The room has an excellent view and is very spacious. Would be suitable for a family or two couples. Room was fairly sound proof. Easy access to the beach. Multiple indoor and outdoor pools to choose from. There was a DJ at the pool one day, which was fun! Needed a mat or floor towel in the bathroom and one at the entrance would be nice as well. The tub shower is very tall but has a grab bar. Parking is across the street in a deck and a little tight in spots, but is manageable. If you eat onsite there is no need leave. The tree top lounge has a pool table, darts and a bar. There is a restaurant for all three meals and you can get food and drinks poolside. Only had coffee from the restaurant but it was good. Location is also walkable to Ocean Drive with numerous restaurants and shops. Will definitely book again!

Julie or her associates were responsive to any text I sent. As I got to the room and was doing the log they ask for I noticed what appeared to be something split on the wall. I just made note of it and they immediately ask if they needed to send someone to address it. We just cleaned up the areas.

This condo is GREAT, exactly like the pictures and instructions and house rules are very clear. It was very clean and easy check in. The view is unbeatable, specially for the price, lovely sunrise and sunsets. Julie is very responsive and clear when communicating. Honestly would 100% recommend. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and this is priority to me. The amenities are awesome and the direct entrance to the beach. Will be coming back from Spring Break!
