This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the resort. Please ensure you smoke solely in these designated locations.

This is a privately owned condo and not a hotel room. We kindly ask you to treat it as you would your own home. If any issues arise, we will do our best to address them promptly; however, please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Please be aware that guests are not allowed to use the business room or laundry room while renting this condo.

We loved our stay at Julie’s place! The beach wasn’t too busy, as I’ve seen it in other locations in MB. The condo was clean, had exactly what we needed. The pool was closed while we were there for renovations or something, but other than that it was a good stay!

Our stay was amazing! The only thing was the resort did not have clean pools. Not sure if it was because it wasn’t the season to have the pools available but that has nothing to do with Julie’s place! If you’re looking to book and are looking to use the pools and hot tubs just try to book during the summer!! Our stay was amazing.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay at this condo and enjoyed the resort. It was my birthday weekend and it was a very relaxing weekend. The only thing that I would recommend is getting larger towels, because the ones that were in the condo, we’re a bit small for a more curvy lady like myself. Other than that everything was perfect

Perfect little getaway

perfect spot right in front of the beach, you could here the waves crashing at nighttime with the windows open! Plenty of towels and supplies. My only comment is that there was no broom which I’d have liked to brush away the sand, but otherwise I managed perfectly!
