We were just in town for a funeral so we didn’t spend alot of time in the condo. Furniture could be updated from wear and stains by renters. Bathroom did have a consistent water like smell but balcony has a good view. Not sure what was going on with the Wi-Fi causing both televisions to constantly load/pause, but again we were only in the room to sleep.

My husband and I stayed here over the 4th of July week. The condo was comfortable and was roomy. The complex has many amenities. The location is perfect with an oceanfront view and close to restaurants and shopping. Julie was quick to respond when I had a question and made sure that our stay was pleasant.

The resort is gorgeous and their staff is literally the best staff I have experienced! It’s so nice to have the restaurant in the resort, and I always love a good Tiki Bar! Wonderful beach view for early morning coffee and wave watching! Has a small shop inside and on Thursdays they have an awesome DJ by the pool! You will love this resort!

We enjoyed our stay here in North Myrtle! Great mid winter trip. Cool days with walks on the beach. Walking distance to shopping and dining! Pools and hot tubs were relaxing. Stunning views from the balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Will stay again here at the Avista and at Julie’s place!

If you’re coming to North Myrtle Beach and you don’t stay at Julie’s place then you are missing out! This is a beautiful resort with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. We loved the oceanfront views and how close everything was (food/entertainment/shopping/etc.). We will definitely stay here again and grateful for such a great host!

We recently retired and started our bucket list! First was to cross Atlantic Ocean! We did it! 14 days on the ocean with up to 30 feet of water. After this we needed nice and peace! We decided to spend 3 weeks in North Myrtle Beach! Avista resort was right choice. Right at the beach , nice and peaceful, enjoyed endless walks by the ocean , sun tanning on the balcony in December, can’t ask for more than that! We will be back!

Everything you need for an amazing vacation!!

Such a beautiful property! Clean room and facility! Arrival was made more convenient with staff there to help load carts and even bring to your room for you. Parking is across the street, not far no matter what floor on the garage you park on and all parking spaces are very close to the elevator. There is a shuttle to and from the entrance as well! Lots of events and a wonderful DJ on Sat about 12p-4p. Drinks on the pool deck are amazing! And you HAVE to go to the restaurant on the 1st floor!! Food is amazing and the hostess/waitress everything customer service was the most excellent server I’ve ever met! She is kind and knowledgeable, she wears many hats with a smile! The bedroom space is comfortable, the bed and pillows are super comfortable. The kitchen is also a comfortable space and equipped with everything you may need. Communication with the owners is very efficient. They reach out with instruction and reminders, making every step of check in and check out easy and convenient.

Host was great, friendly, responsive and worked out any issues quick and easily. The staff were a little complicated to deal with, but once we reached out to the host we had no issues. The room seemed a little out dated, TVs were a little smaller and furniture was a bit worn down. But the view was fantastic and at the end of the day we didn’t spend much time in the room. The location was great and the onsite amenities were fantastic. Parking was right across the street and there was a shuttle during the day for check in and check out so you didn’t have to carry your luggage but the walk wasn’t far. The pools and outside bar were great during the day. The commute wasn’t bad and during the night we used Uber so we could enjoy our time out. It was a great experience!

This was an amazing vacation in an amazing location. The floor placement was just right for an incredible view. Parking was great and all the amenities were exactly as described. The lazy river was absolutely my favorite… All I needed was a tube and my family and all of our cares floated away. Easy access to the beach was next in line! My sons were so happy to use their buckets to assist a new beach friend in rehydrating some jellyfish that washed ashore! Every staff member was courteous and friendly and willing to help at every turn. This was a great vacation spot and we will be revisiting whenever possible!

Great location and an amazing view. There is a lot of amenities at this resort that were still open and available in October. Beds were comfy, lots of extra bed pillows and blankets too. Even the Murphy bed was comfy. There was some issues with the smart tvs, the WiFi was just not fast enough I think. We were there to be at the beach and enjoy the outdoors so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We just used the “cable” tv when we were inside. The condo itself was very clean, we would stay here again.

The place was very nice and perfectly described as noted in the ad. The condo has as a perfect view of the ocean and walking distance to local restaurants off Main Street and attractions. A huge plus was the condo was extremely quiet. It seemed like no one else was on the 8th floor! Weather was incredible and the beach was super clean. I would definitely book again.

This place is so awesome. Be aware that it is in NORTH Myrtle Beach, not Myrtle Beach. The location is great, clean, somewhat quiet. There’s a lot of people in and out of the resort so you may hear people walking above you. Overall I would come here again. We loved the beach, the pool and the view. I wish the wifi was stronger but if you’re sitting on the beach it doesn’t really matter.
