This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

– Motorcycles are not allowed on the resort property.
– Parking is $10/day per vehicle.

We had a great stay with a wonderful view. Only complaints would be that the unit could have been cleaned a little better and the bed was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed on our third day. Aside from these two issues, everything went smoothly and the unit had everything we needed. Also, we were offered late checkout at an additional cost and were able to add additional days to our stay easily which we really appreciated. 🙂

At Julie with Big Fish the space was very comfortable for my family. My daughter is in a wheel chair and the space was big enough for her to move around unassisted and bathroom doorways wide enough for entrance. Quick responses and very helpful.

This Penthouse Condo was Everything they we Hoped it would be!!! Amazing location on the beach with a Big Beautiful Pool… The condo was Well kept and the bedrooms had a Lot of Space. The bathrooms were also Very Very nice and large. The kitchen and living room area was my Happy Place!!! I Love a Big Kitchen and the view from both areas was Ocean Front. would Definitely stay here Again and Again!!!
