I think that the place was described very well and we enjoyed our stay. It was very homie. Jose & Lloyd, the doormen were amazing. Loved their whole energy. However, I felt like there was way too many messages coming through my email., Airbnb site, the host and the text, was really over the top when you’re on vacation. That’s a lot of messages about the same thing repeatedly. Probably AI, but that should be fixed. Secondly the mattresses were very uncomfortable, the place was great, very clean, & beautiful we would stay again, but uncomfortable sleep. The balcony had a beautiful view. The kitchen was very clean. The bathroom was super clean altogether it was a wonderful place.

We loved the condo! Very convenient location and the view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish was different is the extra fees to check in early. I know a lot of airbnbs do that but I have had more that have allowed us to check in early without a fee than not. We did enjoy our stay and the communication was very good.

The room was exactly as listed! The only issue I had was with the resort pools…they are TINY. We couldn’t spend any time at the pool our whole trip because they were just so small and crowded. The pictures are very deceiving. Other than that the place was good! Hosts had great communication!

Positive: Very spacious! We had 2 beds in one room and the couch pulled out into a bed along with an additional pull down bed! Kitchen was very clean and the dishes were too! (But we didn’t use them due to eating out) the bathroom was spacious! Brian was wonderful at checkout he loaded our stuff into the golf cart and drove us over to our car! The bar was great. Negative: It’s not really a complaint more misleading. I was under the impression breakfast was included. But there is a restaurant in the resort. It was decent staff was friendly

This 8th floor unit is as the pictures show it to be. Great view of the beach and surrounding areas. To find it (using a GPS) just remember to list “Avista Resort” before the address if not, you’ll end up 47 minutes away at the North Ocean Drive located by the downtowns Ferris wheel. The building staff are very helpful and willing to be of service anytime. The indoor pools are kid friendly and have towels available as well as air tubes for them to use while in the lazy river. Parking is just across the street; your unit key will give you access. Overall, this is a solid vacation spot worth the cost and time. Would attempt staying here again in the future!

Stayed during SOS. The unit was convenient to Main Street and activities. Parked and didn’t leave until our stay was over. Was clean and as described. Never had to wait on elevators to get to our floor. Staff were very friendly and our host was very responsive. Would be pleased to stay again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We actually had more kids with us than planned but everyone hadsomewhere to sleep. 2 beds in the room, pull out coach and bed in the wall made it enough for everyone. The living room was smaller than expected but we made it work. We were satisfied and will return.

We had a great stay at Julie’s condo. We vacation at this property often and the room was right in line with other units we’ve stayed in. Condo was very clean with nice furniture and comfy beds. Communication was easy and responses quick. Cleanup/checkout responsibilities were very reasonable. We’d stay here again without question.

So only was there for one night so I can’t review a lot of it but the resort looked pretty nice and there is a bar there and there’s a restaurant there and there’s an outdoor bar and Grill by the pool that’s open noon to seven I think. But there’s plenty of restaurants and stuff to do in the area and you could walk to. It’s a safe area without all the wet, bathing suit kids running a muck around the place. It’s a little bit more family oriented than that. The view was spectacular and the furnishings in the one bedroom you could sleep four people there without any issues actually six there is a Murphy bed that’s in the den along with a sleeper sofa

This North Myrtle beach stay at Avista Resort was very nice. Communication was good. Only problem , we picked the hottest day of the year so the pools were great! It was a quick stay but the kids really enjoyed. Murphy bed and two doubles were very good. Thanks!
