IMPORTANT NOTES:

-BEACH NOURISHMENT starting 3rd week of MAY – Safety barriers and signage will clearly mark closed areas.

– Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):
Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

-Starting April 6, weather permitting, the south beach access walkover at Sands Beach Club will be temporarily closed for approximately 2–3 weeks as it undergoes full replacement to improve safety, accessibility, and overall guest experience; we appreciate your patience during this time.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 2, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 2, 2027, with completion expected by April 9, 2027.

During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.

Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.

This condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Ocean Annies, where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere. It’s also just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley’s Aquarium. In addition, many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, and main bedroom! Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in the exclusive Sands Beach Club, this resort has it all! Microwave oven, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Heated pools and a private ocean balcony along with an oceanside pool! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!
Transit

Well worth it! Arrived at 3:30am. Security guard was very helpful. Even found us parking spaces. Detailed, entry instructions. Great communication! Beautiful view from balcony. Perfect for stunning sunrise & sunset photos. Decor as shown. Overall great vaca rental. Would stay again. *FYI for future renters- Beds were a lil hard for us. BYO beach towels, & chairs or rent on beach. 3-4 boogie boards left in closet & 1 short chair. *Read rules closely or be fined! BYO washcloths & hand towels for makeup. It is stated several places, you will be charged if theirs are stained. ( took no chances) Kitchen clean & well supplied. 2 drying towels & plenty of DW tabs. No dish cloths. Ordered ahead, groceries delivered- **FYI-No overhead lights. One bedside lamp in master has no outlet to plug. Bought extension cord & extended outlet to charge electronics bedside. Only 1 garbage bag provided. pack few extra. 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom, no paper towels. We bought paper towels & extra TP.

This is exactly what me and my family needed. We recently lost our son and we needed a getaway. The last family vacation was Myrtle Beach and we found this spot which was much much better than the place we stayed before. My wife is still grieving our son and this was a perfect vacation for my wife and family to reflect and just become closer.

The photos truly do not do this place or view justice. It’s peaceful, so quiet & feels perfectly tucked away without being inconvenient. It was incredibly spacious & comfy for all 5 of our guests +not having to keep up with a key card was the cherry on top! it was spotless, beautifully maintained & fully stocked with all essentials! the beds were some of the most comfortable beds, especially for guests with back issues like several of us had (lol). vacationing with my elderly uncle, aunt & mom can sometimes make things difficult, but Julie’s Airbnb exceeded every expectation we had. This was genuinely the first TRUE 10/10 stay I’ve had. We visit MB often & I can confidently say I will be booking with Julie again soon! If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay with comfort, cleanliness & an amazing host, this is the place. 10/10!!

This was just what we were looking for it was very peaceful. We had instructions before arriving and that is what helped us to have a very easy arrival. The view was amazing 😍 rooms were cleaned and stocked with amenities.We absolutely loved that we had a full kitchen I felt right at home while I prepared a meal for my love ones. The location was great. Nice balcony with enough chairs for us to sit and listen to the ocean. Right on the beach near an inlet. Beach walks were so peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable furniture and beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed Sunday through Friday in Mid-September. This was booked about 4 days prior to our arrival. Communication and price was excellent. Julie was very responsive on the few questions I had prior to our arrival. Pictures of the condo was exactly as shown. No surprises. Easy check in/check out process. All items needed were provided in the list and details of what is expected during your stay and check out was very detailed and easy to understand. If we come back in the future will definitely book with Julie again. Thanks for a great relaxing vacation place

Amazing place to stay! We needed a last minute place to stay and the host was so responsive and allowed an early check in which was so helpful. Beautiful views and it was right on the beach!

Place has 2 towrs, literally on the beach. The property do have indoor and outdoor pools as well as gym, basketball court. Property also n has pizza place. Indoor pool also has bar. I personally didnt get chance to enjoy the pool nor its bar due to family activities. On our last night we did order pizza. OVERALL was woth staying there.

This is our first time renting from a “host team”, normally renting from host individuals, couples, or direct owners with AirBnB. Julie’s team did not disappoint! Her team was extremely responsive and provided the same attention and communication we expect. Her team communicated immediately after booking, a day prior to check in, the day of check in, and just prior to check-out. Her team responded within a minute of an email we sent with a few questions, addressing our inquiry and assisting with our stay. Her team’s communication is top-notch! And, you cannot go wrong with a stay at the Sand Beach Club! Ocean views, direct beach access, and amenities are a relaxing blessing year-round. This rental was our second at Sand Beach Club, our fifth in the neighborhood around Sand Beach Club… an area we found to be low-traffic and easy navigation for quick trips to local stores or area sites. The best review I can give is to state we will be back! Highly recommended.

I wanted to start off by saying Thank You so much Julie for opening your space to us this past weekend. The place was peaceful, clean and smoke free. Julie communicated very well and her instructions well clear and understanding. The best part was the view ! The view from the master red room and balcony was breathtaking. Everything was perfect to me. Especially going for a mental clarity (self trip) Only negative was that I wish I would have stayed longer. If your looking for a peaceful stay to relax and indulge in what the universe has to offer you, than look no further this is the place to be. Again, my family and I truly thank you ! This place was great, really enjoyed having a private beach and not have to worry about it being so crowded, the sand dunes were such a great addition because my daughter is still too young for the ocean but this gave her the experience of being in the ocean without the big waves!
