This room does not allow smoking. There are only specific outside areas where smoking is allowed. This condo is not a hotel room; it is privately owned. Kindly handle it with the same consideration that you would your own house. If there are any problems, we will try our best to address them as soon as possible. Please be advised, nevertheless, that nobody is ever on-site at all times.
NOTE: Beach Pest Service performs routine pest control in the building on the first Thursday of every month and guests must allow access to the unit.
Important Notes:
– The waterpark beyond the parking deck will not be accessible from this property.
– The unit next door (Room B) and this condo share an AC control system. For both air conditioners to function, the thermostats must be set to the same temperature and settings.
