Notes
This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat it as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location just minutes from the beach. Everything was well organized, and it was obvious the host puts a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. We treated the home with respect and appreciated how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were quick to respond whenever needed. We’d gladly stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Thanks again for a great experience!

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Julie and her team was responsive for any issues we had. We had an issue with the WiFi, the team sent a technician the very next day. The lamps in one of the bedrooms was missing the knobs, so they were not functional, but the team had asked if we wanted maintenance to come up, or wait until after checkout. The mattresses are very hard, but we were able to make do. Overall, it is a very nice place, wonderful location, with amazing views.

Lovely place with easy access to the beach, perfect if you’re traveling with kids. It’s easy to take a break from the Sun at the pool or to grab lunch back at the condo. The place itself has awesome views of the ocean and is quite being the end unit. The “where” you will sleep is misleading as there is not a king bed. Julie and the team were incredibly responsive and we will 100% stay here again.

Julie was a great host and very responsive. The place had a great view from the 9th floor ocean view. It was a very comfortable stay and lots of restaurants near by. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

This place was perfect for what we needed it for. my family felt absolutely accommodated in this location. The beach at our location was a bit more secluded in the area that it’s in and so it wasn’t hectic. It wasn’t busy at all. I highly suggest eating at hamburger Joe’s and don’t skip a minute to grab some nachos at nacho hippo if you’re just looking for a quick snack in the room it was delicious. Everything is within a quick driving distance, but there was a peacefulness in this space. It was nice to be around the busy but have something quiet to come home too.

The condo has beautiful views from almost every room. The sunrise and sunset were amazing every night. The moon glow on ocean was very pretty. The condo was clean, exactly as pictured, kitchen was well stocked. A few negatives are the bed was very hard. We went and bought a 2 inch bed topper after the second night of our 2 week stay. With all the rules it made us feel like walking on egg shells afraid we would break a rule. We brought our own sheets, towels, and wash clothes so we wouldn’t have to use theirs. We received text and it’s posted in condo about THEIR fear of missing towels & wash cloths. Just a suggestion to put in handheld can opener( have electric opener, but didn’t work correctly)and pizza pan. We took an exit video as to proof of how we left the condo in case their was any issue with getting charged. We did enjoy our stay and had a great time. Thanks

We had a great stay at Julie’s condo in NMB! The condo couldn’t have been in a better location. Oceanfront, minutes from local restaurants, shopping & attractions. The amenities were also great. Our kids enjoyed the pools & hot tub. The condo was clean & well stocked. The bedroom situation was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing & listening to the waves. I also watched 2 beautiful sunrises from the balcony! Water pressure was great in both the bathtub & shower & we had more than enough linens to last us through our 4 night stay. Thank you for a wonderful beach vacation that our family will always remember!

I chose this condo due to the amazing views of the ocean mainly. Also, because this unit appeared updated in the pictures compared to some other units I found. Everything was just like the description said it would be. Our vacation was very relaxing and this resort is very calm. I’m very picky with the cleanliness of the room/condo when going on vacation and I have no complaints about this unit or with this resort. I received my code to get into the unit right at 4:00 just like I was suppose to and checking out was simple. Julie was very friendly and responsive. I am looking forward to staying again sometime.
