This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NOTE: Beach Pest Service performs routine pest control in the building on the first Thursday of every month and guests must allow access to the unit.

Important Notes:
– This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.
– This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

Our kids loved the view! It was within walking distance of a lot of fun things to do. We had a great time. We were worried that check in seemed complicated but it turned out to be very easy and doable. NO problems at all.

We had an excellent stay overall. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. One thing I especially want to mention is the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well every night. It made our stay even more enjoyable. The only issue was that during the last few days of our vacation, beach restoration work reached the area directly in front of the property. There were heavy machines, noise, and limited access to the beach, which affected part of our vacation. This was beyond the host’s control. After we contacted the host and Airbnb, our concerns were handled professionally, and we received compensation, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this property. My only suggestion is that if beach restoration or similar work is scheduled nearby, future guests should be informed before arrival so they know what to expect.

We had a great time at the Condo. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful evening. We also appreciated the amenities, especially the pool and balcony view, which made mornings and evenings extra enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. Overall, this condo met our expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay, this is a good choice.

Before booking make sure if you need parking for 2 cars, condo must be 2 bedrooms. Other than parking issue this was a wonderful condo. If you stay multiple nights and plan on cooking make sure to bring leftover containers and cookie sheet. We pack like we are going camping, so we didn’t use any of their stuff but it seemed like they had everything else you would need. I will definitely book this condo again next January.

Great time

We were very lucky to spend the week here. The room was amazing had everything we needed to have a nice vacation with all the amenities from home. Full size oven and fridge made it easy to cook and have snacks for the littles. Great time was had… our families booked several rooms and everyone had a great time.

Location location location!!! Perfect for my husband and I, very clean bed was so comfortable. My husband’s favorite part of the place was the shower, the water pressure is outstanding. Everything you could possibly want to do was within walking distance , including eating out, dancing, shopping and many more! We would definitely stay again.

Julie’s place was very nice but we had a problem with the commode which took maintenance half of the day to get there other than that the place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay maintenance need to work on coming a little faster when you only have one restroom to use

This was our second stay with Julie, just in a different room. Can’t beat the location, easy to walk along the boardwalk and not have to drive everywhere, we only had to drive somewhere once and that was to wonder works. it was very convenient especially with kids! Being right on the beach made our day go smooth, we were able to spend the morning on the beach with the kids and go back up to the room for nap time for our Little one whole my husband was able to take our eldest down to the pool for some one on one time which he loved. The room was as described, I would probably recommend to bring mixing bows if u need them and a few cooking utensils, as there was very few and no mixing bowls, also bring a sponge to wash dishes, paper towels, extra toilet paper, and salt and pepper. Otherwise your good!

We enjoyed our stay. Host was able to accommodate an early check in, which did cost an additional fee. Nice large spaces with a great ocean view from the private balcony. The beach was very close and many restaurants and shops were within walking distance. For comparable spaces in the area, it was a great value and would consider booking again. As an FYI to future guests: The kitchen did have cookware and a small assortment of dishes, but that was it. Only salt and pepper was available. Much like a hotel, you need to buy everything else, including paper towel/ napkins. There is a separate disclosure document with a long list of rules/conditions including fines for not resetting the inputs on the TVs. You will also hear your neighbors and smell whatever they are cooking/smoking. Not a fault of the host, but something to keep in mind.

It was a 5-star stay for us: an ocean-front home away from home at a great price! Living room and kitchen (with a full-size refrigerator w/ ice maker) are spacious with spectacular view. Quiet and fresh bedroom has comfortable beds was just great for us to deep sleep. In unit washer/dryer was very convenient as we didn’t have to pack many clothes, less luggage for us. The location was great and conveniently close to everything or walking distance. Hotel parking garage across the street was always available. Julie was an amazing/well communicated host to ensure that we had a great stay. Our request for extending our stay for two more days was quickly accommodated by her team. Recommendations: if then kitchen is provided with a cutting board and plastic basket to wash vegetables. If the bathroom light was ever out then just hit the reset button of the power plug locates just above the toilet seat. And we want to keep tidiness for the next guests to enjoy this wonderful place.
