This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 2, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 2, 2027, with completion expected by April 9, 2027.

During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.

Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

Waking up to ocean views from the master bedroom and sipping morning coffee on the balcony while watching the waves sets the tone for your stay at this peaceful beachfront condo. Guests love the corner unit location at the quieter end of the strand, where the beach feels uncrowded and the nearby inlet creates beautiful surroundings. The spacious layout gives families plenty of room to spread out, while easy beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, and a well-equipped kitchen make this the kind of place guests return to again and again.

The ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves were incredible, and the beach itself was wonderfully quiet and uncrowded—exactly the peaceful escape we needed. It’s an easy, short drive to both Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach, and we really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool setup. We had a couple of minor TV issues, but Julie was extremely quick to respond. The furniture is a bit dated, but overall it was a fantastic stay. We’d gladly book here again!

I loved this stay at N Myrtle beach, it was just the location for the family

I loved this stay at N Myrtle beach, it was just the location for the family. It has a private beach access and the view is amazing. Julie was very responsive when we messaged her and she made sure everything was smooth. I would definitely be coming here again since it was peaceful. The only thing I would change is the couch and small upgrades to make it even more homie. Thank you Julie for an amazing weekend! Definitely will be sharing with our friends this beautiful and private spot.

Our stay was really nice overall. The place had such a peaceful vibe it was the kind of quiet you actually appreciate, especially if you’re trying to relax and reset. The view was beautiful and honestly one of the best parts of the stay. Waking up and just taking that in made the whole experience feel worth it. Everything was comfortable and gave exactly what it needed to give for a calm getaway. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere low-key, relaxing, and visually pleasing. Would stay again.

Everything about the place and location looks great and the place is very clean and very well organized…we are use to being able to wash and dry clothes especially being there 3days and needing new towels and washing clothes that we had reuse for 3 days other than that it was worth the money and time spent was fun for our kids. I think it was Julie that I kept communicating, and she always responded quickly and agreeable. Didn’t meet her in person but she must really have a nice personality. I would stay again when the funds are right. The layout of the condo was perfect and for that reason I was agreeable on the price.

The hot tub and pool were clean and so warm! (We stayed the last week of December through the new year). Loved the gym and tennis/basketball courts. Close to everything. Perfect beaches, not crowded. Wonderful security guards watching over the lots and facilities. We had everything we needed at check in, didn’t have to pay extra for towels/linens. Kitchen was great! Amazing communication the entire time from booking, during the stay, and at check out. I 100% recommend this condo and host!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was very spacious & our family never felt on top of each other, and there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony while watching the beach. Having the laundry facility right outside the unit was super convenient, and the host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean, well-stocked with towels, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!
