While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no full-time on-site resident available around the clock.

NOTE: Beach Pest Service performs routine pest control in the building on the first Thursday of every month and guests must allow access to the unit.

Please note that the AC in this unit is controlled by the A unit (this unit is unit B). Moreover, this condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room A). Both thermostats should be set to the same temperature for both AC units to work.

AMAZING STAY

AMAZING STAY!! Unit was exactly as described. Communication with Julie was A++++!!! Sufficiently clean, and just big enough to be a landing spot for my little family. Water pressure was AMAZING!!! The beds were comfortable enough to get us through, LOL. The view is as shown, spectacular!! We never really had an issue with the AC – it was on 70 when we arrived and it cycled on and off as it intended. We didnt have to touch the thermostat once. The balcony door opens very easily which was nice for my daughter. The check in process is not as hectic as it may seem, it actually flowed pretty smooth. The biggest thing I want to highlight is the VALUE. The price for a room in this type of resort – with the amenities they have available – to me is UNBEATABLE!! This unit is an absolute top- level value. We would 100% percent return, without hesitation!!

Really enjoyed the location

Really enjoyed the location! Close to so many restaurants and walking distance from the beach. The room was great for the price. LOVED the balcony. Also my 3rd or 4th time booking with Julie & it’s always smooth sailing with the check in and stay.

I had a blast and was very happy with my stay through Big Fish Rental’s and Julie as the host. The place had great view of ocean and kept very clean. Also amazed at how nice the staff was and the kindness of Myrtle Beach residents all around! The location is right next to anything you would want to do as a family, or as an adult looking for some fun. For example as an adult, I had a blast at the Tin Roof which is just down the strip. Tons of reasonable priced greens fees at stellar golf courses. Highly recommend all around.

Location was awesome. Beautiful view. Easy access to boardwalk, shops, restaurants, bars and family fun. I highly recommend this place. So close to many things to do. I would not hesitate to rent this place again.

Julie was very responsive, and thorough! The location was right on the beach and had indoor/outdoor pool with a lazy river inside! It was great for my three year old son! Also there was a Starbucks attached to the resort which was an added bonus. DEFINITELY worth the money and I would stay again! Thanks Julie!

This place was just as described. It was exactly what we needed. The only complaint was that the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. We had a few issues but nothing that Julie could not fix! Replied to our questions and concerns promptly. Would definitely return again sometime!

Our stay at Julie’s place was great. We had a small issue the first day with the TV and maintenance came to fix it very quickly which was awesome. After he switched out the remote and put us on the correct input, we still could not change the channel so we reached back out to Julie for assistance and she told us that it would be a charge on our end if maintenance came back. Thanks to pressing a bunch of random buttons, we did a channel scan and fixed it. This was very off putting for us because we had just checked in and were already being threatened to pay for something that we did not break. Besides for this small hiccup, her place is amazing and she is very responsive. Just be mindful of any mishaps and faulty amenities as she won’t hesitate to charge you. Other than that, the place is beautiful, convenient and safe.

The beach front view was extremely beautiful, my friend and I walked in and immediately gasped at the view. The room itself was cozy and clean, as well as the bathroom and the balcony. Julie was extremely clear with her instructions and was very helpful with everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again if I were to come back to visit.

I always stay at the Bayview and Julie’s Airbnb was perfect. It was clean and neat and organized. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. Julie was very quick to respond with answers to my questions and always friendly and professional. It’s in walking distance of everything or stay in and sit on the balcony. You can see the ocean from the shower and the bed so it’s a wonderful view. Thanks so much for everything. I will definitely be back.

I’ve stayed in many air B&B homes and all have always been nice, clean, close to town and easy accessible. Everything was as expected because this is a very large busy place. Like any hotel room this was as it pictured, the view was amazing, fairly clean as it is a older place and room needs only carpet removal and floors tiled like the bathroom would be a better choice. I also always take my own cleaning supplies because as any hotel I just do. We so enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to have another vacation here next year with host Julie, only staying longer !!! Five days just isn’t enough 😂 SHERRI LEWISBURG, WV.

AMAZING! This condo was perfect for our 4th of july trip. we had amazing views for the sunrise/sunsets. the 2nd ave fireworks show was so fun to watch too! overall the place was clean and comfortable. Julie was a great host, if I had any questions she responded really fast. Her room was very clean and very beautiful. The place itself was also amazing, bunch of places to eat nearby and there is a well light walking trail at night by the ocean which was nice. I would 20/10 stay here again!

Stayed one night on vacation when our flight fell through, and the host was helpful from the start! Easy to book and communicate, checking in could have went a little smoother. We had to wait for someone who had booked at the hotel to unlock the door and let us in, no biggie. This was the first airbnb I had to sign a rental agreement for as well but I assume that’s because it’s hotel based. The hotel itself was super clean with a beautiful view. Had useful amenities but the wifi was not applicable for us, not a huge deal for one night. easy check out, had to take the trash to an alley down the road, i would suggest a different alternative to the host, since we already do pay the cleaning fee !! But other than that the location is great, the hotel was clean, the host left us pool passes which was amazing! We appreciated the stay !

Fun get away!

We loved the resort! It was beautiful and well kept. It was great during the week, not a lot of people and very relaxing. Friday and Saturday were a little more wild. A lot more families came in and they were a bit rowdy all night. Over all it was an amazing trip. Great view, clean room. They didn’t provide house keeping while we were there so we did it and they don’t supply more than a few towels and they are to last the whole stay.

My trip was randomly planned and I booked the same day as travel AND check-in. Julie made that entire process easy and stress-free for me. The place was clean, beautiful ocean-view as listed, and a very convenient area to find just about anything to do/eat. The room has a great view of the beach and it was always nice to wake up to the sunrise over the water, the room was clean when we arrived and fairly easy to get in to. The stay was a nice getaway for the week with restaurants just a few blocks away and a pizzeria just across the street. I had a great stay here.

Julie was amazing very easy to get in contact with always responded fast. The room looks just like it’s advertised it was beautiful it spelt great it was clean I was very comfortable in this space. The room is right on the bored walk so everything was in walking distance and it had beach access . The balcony was the best part very high up clear view of the ocean extremely peaceful and private, loved this space definitely saving the room and coming back next time very cheap and very good lactation 100% worth it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Julie’s place. The condo had an amazing view of the beach. We enjoyed walking up and down the boardwalk. The pools were great too. Lazy river was nice to relax in after a day in the sun. The condo is rented out through a rental company and they required a $150 deposit/credit card hold which we got back within a few days. The communication was a bit intense at first, but the emails have a lot of helpful information so I recommend reading through them. We already recommended this place to a friend and we look forward to going back!

Absolutely beautiful ocean view. The space is a little smaller than what the pictures seem, but it does have a nice sized bathroom. You can definitely hear suite A next door too just keep that in mind.
