This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

– This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.
– This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room A). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

Comfortable space, very clean, magnificent host. Only complaints are that the closet and sliding door to the balcony are harder to open and close, but overall a beautiful spot to enjoy the beach.

So this was not a traditional AirBnb

So this was not a traditional AirBnb. It was more like a hotel. Which was perfectly fine. The room was clean but dated. The air was unadjustable and it was a bit cold, but the balcony helped with that. Sometimes it was hard to get an elevator. On the plus side, there were plenty of pools and hot tubs. There were nice big grassy areas beyond the pool area that you could sit in loungers. It was more private and spaced apart. Directly past that was the beach. The beach was clean with plenty of area. You could rent chairs and an umbrella. N.Ocean has shops, grocery, restaurants and golf cart rental. That street has everything you need. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Julie was very responsive

Julie was very responsive , the check-in was very quicker than I thought , the parking was on the other side of the street, but easy to find and many spaces available right by the entrance. this booking is perfect for a small family, we enjoyed the pools and the jacuzzi , there’s a fire pit between the indoors and outdoors pool which kept the indoors area feels warm .. we also liked the balcony size and view .. everything was perfect and i would book again with Julie in future whenever I’m traveling back to myrtle and if it’s available then .

This place was absolutely amazing! It was my 1st time booking with Airbnb w/ Julie. The view is what did it for us! We missed our flight the 1st day and didn’t get there til the next day! I advised Julie what happened, she was very responsive to my issue within a few mins! It was the perfect floor not too high up because i have a 4 year old child. My daughter absolutely spent most of her time in the pools and at the beach. We definitely will book again next year with Julie! Thank you Again!

Amazing view of the ocean from this room, great size balcony. Everything is very close and convenient. Price was comparable to other three star hotels in the area. Room itself is outdated. Carpet was very dirty, make sure you have flip-flops or something to wear on your feet. It needs to go and be replaced by more modern flooring option. Walls could use a coat of paint. Bathroom is outdated as well, but functioning . Beds were comfortable. Fewer things offered by this property compared to a typical hotel – no disposable cups for coffee for example.

Upon our arrival after midnight, we encountered no difficulties obtaining our parking pass from registration and accessing our accommodations via the entry code. Despite our late hour, the process was seamless and stress-free. The parking garage, located conveniently across the street, was easily navigable even for weary travelers. This accommodation was perfectly situated along the concrete section of the boardwalk, providing an exceptionally short stroll to the beach. We stayed for three nights and found the experience delightful. Although the air conditioning could not be directly controlled from our room, the ambient temperature remained ideal both day and night. The cleanliness of the property was noteworthy; the carpets were fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors, such as mildew, which can be a common concern in coastal properties. We opted to use our own blanket for personal comfort, though the unit did supply one in the closet. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

Extremely clean! The view from the balcony was beautiful. The beach access was so close it was very easy to come and go. If you had kids, the resort did have a wonderful pool area with lazy river, nice kiddie pool and hot tubs. We enjoyed long morning walks on the beach and in the evening. It wasn’t too crowded on the beach either. We had enough room in the fridge for our chicken salad and pimento cheese for snacks and room for drinks. We really had a relaxing time!!

The apartment has a wonderful view of the sunrise and ocean. Just a few steps away are restaurants, sky wheels, beach volleyball, beach. Julie and their assistant was smart and kept in touch to know id we needed any help. We definitely recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Location was good, steps away from the beach and downtown. Very clean room too. View of the ocean and beach was very nice. Check in was a little complicated due to the key cards and parking pass being in the room, but the building itself was locked.

The view here is beautiful. Balcony is the best way to end the night, since everything locks down at 11, very quiet. Hosts’ were quick with all responses and detailed, we knew exactly what to expect. Very convenient area, easy walk to fun attractions.

Keycode access for rooms is much more convenient than keeping track of a keycard. The balcony provided an excellent and private view. The beds for us were adequately comfortable. Our host for this room provided excellent communication and a great rate!

Very convenient place! On the water, peaceful, relaxing! We loved it. Check in/out was a breeze. Only thing I did not like was that I wasn’t told upfront that they required a security deposit, but the plus was that it was put right back in my account a few hours after we checked out! I would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again!
