Property Rules:

All guests must be 25 or older to book and stay! Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets allowed. A $500 fine per pet and immediate eviction will be enforced for any violation.
No motorcycles, RVs, trailers, golf carts, or ATVs permitted on the property.
No fireworks allowed on or around the property.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas. Designated smoking areas must be used. Violation will result in a $500 fine and eviction.
Please do not feed or approach the geese or any wildlife within the community. Violations will result in immediate fines.

The shuttle schedule will be included in your welcome package, and numerous shuttle stops are conveniently situated throughout Barefoot Resort. ***Please note that access to the private beach cabana is NOT available to renters***
