NOTE: Beach Pest Service performs routine pest control in the building on the first Thursday of every month and guests must allow access to the unit.

Please note that this is a non-smoking room, and it’s a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. We kindly request that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. If any issues arise during your stay, we’ll make every effort to address them promptly, but please be aware that there isn’t a 24/7 on-site staff.

Important Notes:
– This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.
– The AC in this unit is controlled by the A unit. (This unit is unit B)
– This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room A). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

Palm trees & stunning ocean view

Positive: The location was perfect, you could walk to several restaurants and bars, anything you might need. The grounds were loaded with beautiful flowers. The Starbucks on the 1st floor was great, the pools & firepit were wonderful and the view of the beach was incredible. We met so many friendly people & had the best time! Negative: I wish we could have stayed forever, leaving was hard. My husband said the bed was too firm but I found it very comfortable.

i was treated with the most care from the host, completely on time response and willing to accommodate. the room is small, but it wasnt ment to stay in all day. the outside is what i came for. this place is centered in the heart of myrtle beach everything is close by just walk out the door. there is a garage so no pay for parking and if you do want to drive anywhere, just go to the 9th street parking garage and buy a 50 dollar visitors parking pass for a week. i really enjoyed being close to everything, i loved the ocean view. loved the beach right out the door, loved the 3rd floor, i didn’t have to wait for elevator and the view from that floor was perfect.

This is our second time staying at this location

This is our second time staying at this location. I have stayed in multiple locations throughout Myrtle Beach during the past 12 years I have been coming here. The host is always fast to respond and very helpful with any questions or concerns I might have. The balcony is great because the neighbors can’t see inside your balcony, and the view is great to watch people walk by on the beach and the sidewalk. The balcony does only come with two chairs, so if there is more than two people staying with you, try to bring your own chairs. The shower head in the bathroom is strong and bath tub is clean. The beds are very comfortable and clean also. There is a bar downstair, where the lady I was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed at the pool. This location is also about a 15 minute walk to the shops if you are older in age. The only negative about this place is the parking, it is about a five minute walk away in a parking garage. We will be happy to stay here again next time.

Room could use an update but still nice especially at the price point. Julie was very active in communicating and gave clear instructions for use of property!!

By far the best thing about this property is the view. Step right onto balcony and sit and watch the ocean waves hit the shore, wonderful! Accommodations were limited but in good condition. Shower was fantastic. Communication was good. One thing i was not a fan of was having to get into the building the first time, run up the stairs, grab the key to the garage and then run back down to car (where it is parked in a 10 minute loading zonet) o be able to get car into parking garage. Leaving the key behind at the end of stay was similar. Overall a fun and very affordable stay.

The oceanfront 🌊 room view was amazing. The room was Immaculately / Super clean. The bed was very comfortable. I give this room two 👍 👍 thumbs up & five stars ⭐️. I enjoyed my stay & I will return. I only have one regret my stay was to short. I highly recommend this room.

This property exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with the beach outside the slider and adjacent to local shops. The room itself was immaculate and exactly as described. I loved enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony with stunning ocean views. The amenities were great, including many indoor and outdoor pools/jacuzzis and fitness center that were well-maintained. The host was incredibly proactive and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Great Bang for your buck

Stayed here for a few nights during Bike week 2024. It was just myself and a friend, it was the perfect spot to rest your head after a long day of riding. Perfect size for a small family or 2 couples. The view was also amazing. The host was super friendly and easy to deal with. Would def stay here again.
