This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

As North Carolina residents, we don’t often get down to NMB – boy was it worth it

As North Carolina residents, we don’t often get down to NMB – boy was it worth it. Same length stay was about 33% less down at Baywatch over our normal spot. I doubt there is another unit here as good as this one! The bed, the shower, the washer./dryer, THE VIEW: all exceptional. We had a good time at the resort itself: yes, it’s crowded. But we got hot tub time every single day, and if one pool is too crowded – go try another. Best working hot tubs we’ve encountered in years of beach trips: bar none. Pools were warm and inviting. We dined at one of the one site bar/eateries one day when the rains came early: affordable and good. We had no complaints save for the very very right to navigate parking deck. Just go slow in the deck! We recommend and we will be pricing out this unit come next vacay! 👍🏼👍🏼

We had a great stay at Bay Watch 1213 for a weekend wedding. Recently updated, one of the cleanest condos we have ever rented, all amenities you need for a lengthy stay. The property was great with multiple pools, beach bars, and umbrella/chair rental if you forgot yours at home. Julie was great with proactive communications. Will certainly be back!!

Julie’s place was just as described! The full kitchen was great for my husband and I who like to save a few bucks on vacation by cooking our own meals. Had all tools we needed. Laundry in the unit was also a huge plus! The place was clean and ready for us to check in at 4. Great views from the balcony and the pool was very nice and clean. Resort staff were friendly as well. This was our first time staying in North Myrtle and we had a great time. Would stay here again and definitely recommend Julie’s place!

We loved our stay! It had such a beautiful view! The beach was literally a few steps away and so quiet and reserved. 20-25 min drive to central Myrtle beach. The resort itself was nice but parking garage is quite small. I easily found parking for my RAV4 but it was a struggle coming in and out as it was such a tight space with big cars coming thru. Overall a great place to stay for the weekend!

The condo was nice. Wasnt as clean as i expected. I was ok until recieving a bill for 51 $ for a toliet brush that was supposedly broken. I never cleaned the toliet or used a toliet brush. I also paid 150.00 deposit. Everything was ok up until this point. I will not be booking another air bnb with this host. 51 for a toliet brush is ridiculous im not a maid or cleaning crew member i didnt use a toliet brush!

This is a fantastic room! It’s in one of the large “resorts” I’d say in north myrtle. I would bet money that it gets pretty hectic and loud during the peak beach season but out of season it’s perfect for those beach goers who want to be close to everything north myrtle has to offer! The room is awesome! Some things could be a little cleaner but at the end of the day it is a large resorts that sees a high volume of guests. The view is perfect though! A great stay for couples or small families! Julie and her team are very helpful and responsive.

Unfortunately we werent able to stay here due to maintenace requirements that came up when we were booked here. They were very helpful with finding us new accommodations no extra charge. Enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach and am sure we would have enjoyed it here as well. Thank you

Bathroom sink would not drain, shower had hair in the tub still, and bed sheets had a stain on them. Walls are very thin (could hear the people next to me coughing) pretty clean otherwise, bed is comfortable. WiFi did not work on the tv in the bedroom. Looked exactly like the pictures. Still a nice place 🙂

Julie and her team were great. They were professional, kind & responsive. The unit was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy and that’s a big deal! The resort was clean and beautiful and staff was super friendly at every juncture of our stay. My only advice to the team would be to provide more kitchen dish towels (only had 1) and a dish drying mat or dish drainer. Perhaps a coffee table would be nice too. We managed just fine without! Thanks Julie, for a much needed beautiful time shared with my best friend! Would definitely stay again!

Had a great week at the condo. The view from the balcony was outstanding and the beach was beautiful. No complaints at all. If I has to be super critical, I would suggest black out curtains for the bedroom as the lights from the hallway are a distraction for light sensitive sleepers. Also, the TV in the bedroom could be larger for more enjoyable viewing from the bed. Overall, would not hesitate to book this room again in the future.
