As North Carolina residents, we don’t often get down to NMB – boy was it worth it

As North Carolina residents, we don’t often get down to NMB – boy was it worth it. Same length stay was about 33% less down at Baywatch over our normal spot. I doubt there is another unit here as good as this one! The bed, the shower, the washer./dryer, THE VIEW: all exceptional. We had a good time at the resort itself: yes, it’s crowded. But we got hot tub time every single day, and if one pool is too crowded – go try another. Best working hot tubs we’ve encountered in years of beach trips: bar none. Pools were warm and inviting. We dined at one of the one site bar/eateries one day when the rains came early: affordable and good. We had no complaints save for the very very right to navigate parking deck. Just go slow in the deck! We recommend and we will be pricing out this unit come next vacay! 👍🏼👍🏼

We had a great stay at Bay Watch 1213 for a weekend wedding. Recently updated, one of the cleanest condos we have ever rented, all amenities you need for a lengthy stay. The property was great with multiple pools, beach bars, and umbrella/chair rental if you forgot yours at home. Julie was great with proactive communications. Will certainly be back!!

Great long weekend stay at Bay Watch. Beach was so close and beautiful that we didn’t even use the nice pool area. Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed to make breakfast every day and sit on the beautiful deck. Would definitely stay here again.
— Rich
Excellent place. We’ve already booked it again for a month from now.
— Cason
The condo was exactly as advertised and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. I would absolutely recommend Julie’s place and will definitely rent again.
— Stephanie
Great place to stay and recently remodeled. AC works great and cooled condo. It was very reaxing! Only shortfall was lack of carts for transporting luggage
— John
Great place. I had a few questions and Julie responded quickly. Place was close to everything. The washer and dryer is a big plus for less packing!
— Robert
Overall experience was good. My family loved it.
— Lalit
The condo was beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. Did not need to interact with Julie because we had no issues during our trip. Would recommend this location.
— Joyce
Julie’s place was just as described! The full kitchen was great for my husband and I who like to save a few bucks on vacation by cooking our own meals. Had all tools we needed. Laundry in the unit was also a huge plus! The place was clean and ready for us to check in at 4. Great views from the balcony and the pool was very nice and clean. Resort staff were friendly as well. This was our first time staying in North Myrtle and we had a great time. Would stay here again and definitely recommend Julie’s place!
— Deanna
Great place will definitely look for the same room when I return back to visit again
— Taron
We loved our stay! It had such a beautiful view! The beach was literally a few steps away and so quiet and reserved. 20-25 min drive to central Myrtle beach. The resort itself was nice but parking garage is quite small. I easily found parking for my RAV4 but it was a struggle coming in and out as it was such a tight space with big cars coming thru. Overall a great place to stay for the weekend!
— Andrea
This is a very nice place and it has a great view. I would certainly stay again!
— Aaron
Loved staying here! Great amenities and the place was clean and clutter free
— James
Very well decorated beach condo! Felt like your own private beach house and not the same hotel room feel. Love the ability to check in with the key pad vs. dealing with the front desk.
— Ryan
The condo was nice. Wasnt as clean as i expected. I was ok until recieving a bill for 51 $ for a toliet brush that was supposedly broken. I never cleaned the toliet or used a toliet brush. I also paid 150.00 deposit. Everything was ok up until this point. I will not be booking another air bnb with this host. 51 for a toliet brush is ridiculous im not a maid or cleaning crew member i didnt use a toliet brush!
— Letitia
this was a great place to stay. it comfortably fit my husband and myself and 3 kids. the resort was clean and nice. the host was very responsive with any questions I had. the view was incredible. the condo was clean and just like the photos. we had a great trip!
— Charles
The view from the porch was great and the seats were comfy. Great for early morning coffee or late night beverages.
— Daniel
Nice view and great room.
— Trent
Only thing I wish the room had was a broom and dust pan
— Andrea
very awesome place! loved it! def will be back!
— Hunter
Had an amazing vacation at Julie’s place, plenty of pools to choose from along with a great view of the beach and sunset. Will definitely be returning! Thanks Julie for a 5 star stay!
— Jordan
My wife and I enjoyed Julie’s place, especially sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. A perfect place! My only challenge was minimum handicapped parking.
— John
This is a fantastic room! It’s in one of the large “resorts” I’d say in north myrtle. I would bet money that it gets pretty hectic and loud during the peak beach season but out of season it’s perfect for those beach goers who want to be close to everything north myrtle has to offer! The room is awesome! Some things could be a little cleaner but at the end of the day it is a large resorts that sees a high volume of guests. The view is perfect though! A great stay for couples or small families! Julie and her team are very helpful and responsive.
— Connor
Came here for the weekend and it was really nice. Very clean and neat. Ocean view is very nice, we watched dolphins in the morning from the balcony. I highly recommend this place, may come back here again some time in the near future!
— Daniel

Was not able to stay here

Unfortunately we werent able to stay here due to maintenace requirements that came up when we were booked here. They were very helpful with finding us new accommodations no extra charge. Enjoyed our time in Myrtle Beach and am sure we would have enjoyed it here as well. Thank you
— Steven
We loved this condo! I researched quite a bit and can say that we were not disappointed! The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was so helpful to have a washer and dryer. The decor throughout was also really nice. The best part was the view…. it was AMAZING! And thank you for the comfortable balcony chairs that allowed us to really enjoy it! Would highly recommend!
— Gina
Place was clean and well taken care of. Also the view was beautiful.
— Linda
Julie’s condo was everything we could have wanted and more! The views from the balcony were beautiful and the place was so peaceful. The surrounding area has lots to do and Julie gave some awesome recommendations. I’ve been going to North Myrtle since I was a kid and this is the nicest condo I have stayed in!
— Jocelin
Bathroom sink would not drain, shower had hair in the tub still, and bed sheets had a stain on them. Walls are very thin (could hear the people next to me coughing) pretty clean otherwise, bed is comfortable. WiFi did not work on the tv in the bedroom. Looked exactly like the pictures. Still a nice place 🙂
— Sarah
Julie was a wonderful host. Instructions were very clear and we did not have to deal with the front desk at all. The condo was clean and spacious. The photos were spot on. We would recommend Julies condo to anyone looking for a relaxed time at the beach.
— Brett
Had a great stay in north Myrtle Beach. The pictures accurately captures the condo. Check-in was easy and there were no issues. Best part of the vacation was watching dolphins from the balcony!
— Laura
great place 🙂 I would like to go back soon
— Maria
Great view and excellent beach front. Bed was comfortable. Would visit again!
— Michael
Julie and her team were great. They were professional, kind & responsive. The unit was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy and that’s a big deal! The resort was clean and beautiful and staff was super friendly at every juncture of our stay. My only advice to the team would be to provide more kitchen dish towels (only had 1) and a dish drying mat or dish drainer. Perhaps a coffee table would be nice too. We managed just fine without! Thanks Julie, for a much needed beautiful time shared with my best friend! Would definitely stay again!
— Robin
Had a great week at the condo. The view from the balcony was outstanding and the beach was beautiful. No complaints at all. If I has to be super critical, I would suggest black out curtains for the bedroom as the lights from the hallway are a distraction for light sensitive sleepers. Also, the TV in the bedroom could be larger for more enjoyable viewing from the bed. Overall, would not hesitate to book this room again in the future.
— Joey
A nice getaway with plenty to do nearby. The beach is close and the pool is closer if sand isn’t your thing🙂 I would definitely stay again!
— Beth
Wow what a wonderful stay at Julie’s. The home was decorated very nicely. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing. The resort offers many restaurants and bars so you don’t have to leave. The host also was very responsive and we had no issues. Definitely will be back.
— Alliner
We really enjoyed the condo. It was exactly as listed. It was very clean, which is very important to us. Also, great communication. Responded quickly.
