Everything was excellent

Everything was excellent. The only problem i had was on the last day. Check out was 10am but the cleaning people came at 9:15am. So we left. We felt a little rushed. But it was a great price and a beautiful view. We alway stay here when we come for a short visit.

My family of 6 stayed at Julie’s place for 5 nights and it was perfect. The condo was clean, spacious , and had everything we needed. The balcony with the views was amazing and so peaceful . Overall i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The locations parking needs signs that say small compact vehicles only. Me and a few other visitors were in trucks. We all found it very difficult to turn around and get out of the parking lot.

Julie is a phenomenal host!! She always replied in a timely manner. She even sent a list of things to do in that area. The apt was squeaky clean and I felt like I was at home. I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful scenery in the morning’s during my stay. I will be booking again-:)

BUT it’s 202 on the outside of pink building We would recommend this unit to anyone!

After 38 years of marriage, and 20 years since our last beach trip, this was INCREDIBLE! Julie was so attentive. Easy check-in, perfect location, beautiful condo, expansive ocean view, and the best time this happy, old married couple with 3 kids and almost 5 grandbabies and 4 rescue dogs, who needed a few days of Vitamin SEA and Julie helped make it possible. Of all the places we looked at and saved on AirBnB, most of those were Julie’s rentals so I knew it was an easy decision on who to rent from, it was which to rent and 703 did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to Unit 703 at St Clement’s 201 70th Ave Myrtle Beach. NOTE: The little cabana bar and grill that’s on-site was a HUGE BONUS to be able to sit by the ocean and enjoy cocktails steps away from the elevator to your condo without driving anywhere was the proverbial cherry on top! Thank you Julie and Big Fish Rentals for giving this couple a much needed getaway. Can’t wait to be a repeat AirBNBer.

wife and I had an awesome week. condo was well described, stocked, and squeaky clean. no sign of a bug anywhere! easy walk to the beach. beach chairs and umbrellas to rent directly in front of the complex. parking was fine for us but could be a challenge to larger vehicles (we was in a Honda accord). would definitely stay again! Julie responded quickly to the questions we had.

I enjoyed my stay at Julie’s listing! Parking was easy and entry to the building was extremely easy (just follow Julie’s instructions). The room was fairly clean. If you’re planning on having guests sleep on the pull out couch, i’d check the couch and all of the other linen/sheets thoroughly for stains and other things. Julie was really responsive. The pool felt amazing and the view was beautiful.

Great Beachfront

Perfect for the two of us. There was another queen bed we didn’t use. The 7th floor view is amazing especially in the morning because the balcony faces the sunrise. The Walmart Superstore is 4.4 miles away. It took us only 11 minutes to get there. Not crowded this time of year. Lots of great seafood places within 4 miles. Daily communication from the property manager who was super helpful. We will definitely be back.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and with great views!! The only issue was parking. I drive a full size pickup and trying to park at the location was difficult..however there is additional parking across the street that (because I didn’t read the info sent to me all the way through) I found out towards the end of my stay! So that’s my fault!

Julie’s place was great, the apartment was like the pictures, the balcony view was amazing, me and my family really liked it. Julie was excellent in communication. After staying at Julie’s place for 2 days, the AC stopped working. I contacted Julie and they came and repaired it in no time. I highly recommend Julie’s place.

We loved the balcony spot that looked out over the beach/ocean! It was so close to the beach that you felt like you actually almost on the beach. The condo was comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed. The parking was a little difficult with the large concrete poles but there was plenty of parking across the road.
