Notes
This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.

Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).
Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.

No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Located on the 16th floor, you can enjoy beachfront views from both the 16th- floor balcony as well as the living area. Enjoy the outdoor heated pools(even in the offseason), lazy river, shuffleboard, and a cold cocktail at the outdoor Tiki Bar. There are tons to do here on-site.

We stayed at Beach Cove Resort to celebrate my son’s graduation, and it was perfect for our trip. Beach Cove Resort. The room was clean and updated. Beautiful view of the ocean. Parking garage was a little tight. The indoor pool/hot tub area didn’t look the cleanest. Outdoor pools looked very nice, weather didn’t cooperate to be able to use them.

Beautiful place! Perfect view of the ocean! The ocean is right there just quick down the path and you are on the ocean! We loved watching the moon at night from the balcony, it was so bright! Me and my 3 teenage girls loved our stay, perfect location to shopping dinning and more! Very clean! A few things that could be approved on was.. there were no hangers in the closet and it was very tough to find ways to dry out towels and swimsuits with 4 people. we all had beach towels and bath towels and swimsuits to dry. It could use some more hooks down the hallway to dry towels and swimsuits. The mattresses and pillows could also be replaced. They are definitely worn.But overall we loved it! Will definitely be back! Amazing place.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was perfect for us two. It is well maintained and had everything that we needed for a quick getaway. I loved the style and each detail was thought out. We have been staying in North Myrtle Beach for 20 years and we have stayed at many places. This was definitely a memorable one.
My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 nights, and we had an amazing time. We were worried at first, just because there were some reviews complaining about little things, but it turned out to be even better than the pictures. We had no problems at all. It was super relaxing, the condo was beautiful, and we had so much fun. We cooked most of our meals right in the condo thanks to the cooktop and fridge, and the resort itself was also amazing. Best vacation we’ve been on so far, would definitely come back! Thank you Julie!

Had a great time. The hotel was great and near everything. The pools were awesome. We usually try to rent different spots each time we go to Myrtle but this was the first time we said we want to come back to the same place.

Clean with great views

This was a clean and recently updated unit with great views. The manager was quick to respond to our concerns. The one drawback was that the elevator was out the entire trip and the unit is on the 16th floor. We realize that the building elevator was beyond the control of the unit manager, however had we known in advance, we would have packed differently knowing there would be no elevator, luggage carts, etc. They did offer us an available unit on the sixth floor but after looking at the listing and seeing the reviews, we decided to stay where we were as the unit was not as highly rated and updated as this one.

The space was nicely updated and had everything you need for a week at the beach. The location right on the beach was great, and all the pools kept us busy all day.

Beautiful!

This condo has 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a kitchen with full size refrigerator and a stove top (no oven). It was perfect for my family of 3 but would even comfortably fit a family of 4 as well. The sofa pulls out into a bed as well, so technically it could fit a 6 member family but that might be a bit crowded. It was nice and clean and it’s beautifully decorated! It’s right on the beach, which is handy but since we came in January it was still frigid and windy. There was a problem with the ice maker drawer in the freezer; it wouldn’t pull out and it wasn’t making ice. Since we only stayed about 4 days, we weren’t there long enough for the guy to come fix it, but when we texted, they had out in a work order. Overall, my family loved it and we would definitely stay again!!

Blast on the Beach

Stayed at this Beach Cove property with my family of 4 for 3 nights. The condo was clean and updated and had a beautiful view of the beach. It has very nice appliances and we were able to cook breakfast and pack lunches for the beach. Great location…close to a ton of restaurants and attractions. Our first time staying in a VRBO and it was an extremely easy process from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this property and renting from Julie at Big Fish Rentals!

We love beach cove resort and all the amenities it has to offer. This room made our stay even better. Everything was clean, updated and comfortable! My husband was excited about the high quality TVs in the condo and the large coffee pot. The view was beautiful from the 16th floor and everything was easily accessible! We would love to rent this condo again in the future!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our condo was well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the linens were new and in great condition. The TV’s and appliances were new and worked very well. I was in contact with Julie several times. She was always outgoing and easy to work with. We would definitely book with Julie again. This was our second stay at the Beach Cove in four months. The continue to update the property. They staff throughout the facility were very friendly.

This condo was wonderful! It was light, airy and offered everything we needed for our vacation. I would definitely stay here in the future. Julie always answered questions in timely manner and checked in with us to ensure that our expectations were met. The resort itself is a little older, but is great for families and couples. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to future visits.

Gorgeous View & Condo

Home away from home! The condo is beautifully redone, we loved the smart tvs, comfy beds, & the family atmosphere of the resort. The condo is stocked well with toiletries & many other kitchen necessities. We really enjoyed the location far enough away from the heart of Myrtle but still close enough drive to enjoy the things we wanted. Julie was very kind & responsive. We really loved Barefoot Landing & the atmosphere it gave. The only suggestions I have, would be a bigger trash can. We can’t wait to come back next summer & very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful remodel and great view!!

My sister and I stayed here for a week and we loved it! The view is amazing! The setup is really nice and has more space than I thought. The place is stocked with paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, salt/pepper, and more! I really appreciate this because it’s less items to buy/bring 🙂 Julie is very responsive!! Also just a good tip – the AC will turn on only when the balcony door is closed. Just give it a few mins and it works really well! The beds are nice and comfy – not too hard or soft. Barefoot Landing is very close by and has some really cute shops!! We had a blast!! Thanks Julie!!!

Beautiful condo and great location!!

VRBO doesn’t let me do half stars…I wanted to give a 4.5 out of 5 rating. It is on the highest floor of the beach cove resort- really could not imagine a better view from the balcony. Beach views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. Also the condo is in an awesome location. Southern part of north myrtle beach so within a five minute drive to barefoot landing and grocery stores, a twenty minute drive to downtown myrtle beach and twenty minutes to the cherry grove beach area. Really loved the location. Also on the right side of the beach there is only one other condo before the high rises stop making for just a short walk on the beach to find a quieter spot. The condo is on windy hill beach- it is really wide and great for long walks on the beach! The beach has a lot of shells in the middle section and is clean. We loved it! The unit itself is very modern and up to date. Cute beach themed decor, decently stocked kitchen and bathroom. Modern appliances- smart tvs that are larger than those shown. Julie was very responsive. There was never a time that I texted or called her that I didn’t receive either an immediate response or one within five minutes. I had never stayed at a condo before so asked lots of questions before and she answered all of my many emails which was very appreciated. Small things we loved: keyless entry, comfortable beds, extra blanket, pots/pans in the kitchen for cooking some of our meals for the trip, well stocked bathroom, “blinds” that allowed for ocean views and sounds at night, comfortable AC. Suggestions for Julie to improve upon her already wonderful condo: higher chairs on the balcony, shower head with more pressure, need for an additional full length mirror in the condo, and beach chairs would be nice. Also we typically go barefoot but the floor was a little dirty to do that (most of the condo with the exception of the floor was clean). Negatives that have nothing to do with Julie: the beach cove resort itself outside of the condo unit wasn’t as clean as we would like. Pool areas were nice but the lobby area wasn’t the best. They were doing construction and were loud outside the condo one morning. None of this was Julie’s fault and would not stop me from renting here again. Overall pleased and would rent this exact unit again. Loved the beach and had a blast!! Thanks for sharing Julie. I’m done with hotels and had a great vacation.

Very nice Condo with beautiful view!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Beach Cove Resort. This condo was perfect and beautifully decorated. The condo building was doing some construction during our stay, but it didn’t affect our stay. There was one night we wanted to watch the basketball games and the tv has a lot of channels but the guide doesn’t say what the channel is. I asked at the front desk and they gave me a list of all of the channels and I did leave it in the room. If it isn’t there when you visit, the front desk can give you one otherwise it’s a slow process to find the channel you are looking for. The hot tubs and pools were perfect when we were getting chilly on the beach. We did eat at Nacho Hippo, Hamburger Joe’s, and Oscars while we were there and all of them were very tasty. This condo is in the perfect location to get to many attractions. Julie was very easy to deal with and was very quick to get back to me about any questions I had. We will definitely go back if we are in the area again. Thank you Julie for a wonderful condo to help make our vacation awesome!

We loved this condo. It is beautifully finished and has a great view of the ocean. Everything was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The keyless entry system makes check-in a breeze. Surpassed Expectations!!! (=

I do not even know where to begin with my review… I will say that our stay surpassed my expectations!!! The condo was a perfect retreat for my 23 year old daughter and myself to reconnect over the holidays. We loved everything about 1619! From the minute we walked through the door, I was so happy with my choice… it is the little things that set this condo apart from the rest…the 500 thread count sheets, the luxurious bath towels, the high definition television, the Kraus sinks in the bathroom… The décor is reminiscent of a 40’s beach cottage… the wide planked whitewashed floors, the turquoise blue ceramic back splash in the kitchen, the soothing blue walls, the speckled counter tops…. The condo was immaculate! It smelled great and was literally sparkling when we arrived! To top it off, the view from the balcony was gorgeous! We enjoyed parking on the 3rd floor, and slipping up the back way. We only went to the main lobby once and enjoyed not having to keep up with a key. Julie was awesome! She goes out of her way to help her guests love their stay….and let me tell you that she succeeds. We let the stress of the holidays melt away and enjoyed our time watching movies, walking along the beach, shopping, eating out, but were just as excited to return to enjoy our evenings in 1619! If you want to relax and enjoy a stress free beach trip, then this condo is the perfect choice! (=

Julie is there to help if you have any needs your entire stay. We stayed during Thanksgiving with our grandson and it was so inviting when we walked in. Very tasteful decorating. Gorgeous view of the ocean !!!! Would love to stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled Condo with awesome Ocean and Beach views

Julie, I can not thank you enough. There are truly not enough people like you in this world. You are going above and beyond as manager of this condo. A simple text message just to see how we are doing, how the condo is, how are vacation was going, those texts meant so much to my husband and I. With that being said, the Condo was everything we expected. It is gorgeous, and the views are amazing! I hope as renters we didn’t disappoint we left in a huge hurry at 3 AM because my Son became very ill ( turns out he has pneumonia and double ear infection). I am looking forward to future vacation rentals from you!

This remodeled unit is a perfect stay for family less than 6. You can enjoy your relax time over beach and swimming pools, also great location close to Tangle outlets and Wave Water Park. I’d like to recommend it to my friends.

The condo is bright, modern, and well stocked. It is a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation. Shopping and restaurants are near by. We had a great vacation.

Modern Clean Minimalist Beach Feel

We loved the modern beach feel with new appliances, gorgeous floor, clean lines and minimalist, uncluttered look. It is refreshing to see this approach. This was one of the nicest and cleanest condos we have stayed in. The view from the top (16th) floor was superior. The room faces southwest so you can enjoy the nice morning sun and get a little relief from the afternoon sun. The kitchen was a generous size with good counter space. From the bedroom you can see the ocean and lots of natural light comes in through the shutters. The bedroom can get tight with 3 adults and their suitcases. We recommend bringing hangers for the closet and using the drawers so you can get your suitcases out of the way. There is plenty of room in the entry area for a beach bag and flip-flops. Chair and umbrella rentals were right there…very convenient. The pool areas had music, food and drinks. On busy days the elevator can get crowded. We haven’t stayed in many high-rise condo buildings so I’m sure this is normal. Parking was never an issue and very convenient. We found lots of good restaurants within 1-4 minutes drive. Hamburger Joe’s has good food, was cheap (cash only) and is just 2 minutes away right on 48th Ave. We heard Nacho Hippo was good as well. Painter’s Ice Cream is just a short drive and a must. We were pleasantly surprised at how convenient everything was and there were plenty of food and activity choices in the evening. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. She was genuinely interested in making sure we were taken care of. We had a great stay!

Beach Cove’s location is great! Right in the heart of North Myrtle but not too crowded at this time of year. Very close to shopping and restaurants, we loved the Flying Fish at Barefoot Landing. Julie was very nice and accommodating. Fantastic views from this unit! The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely return!

Loved the view, great location

The view from the top floor is AMAZING! Julie was a pleasure to work with. She handled everything that we requested ahead of time and the unit was perfect for us and our 2 children. The onsite staff was very friendly and very clean. Pools were very nice and great for my children. It was right on the beach and allowed us to take short walks. Just a short drive to Barefoot Landing (you can walk, we choose to drive) it allows us to do shopping and grab something to eat. Hot tubs and pools were very clean. Plenty of parking. Breakfast buffer was $9.00, bar was open for business and had been remodeled. New game room. 3 outdoor pools and 2 Jacuzzis and 1 indoor pool. Overall a great location and you won’t be disappointed!

Great experience

Julie and Chad are the best. When we arrived I noticed a light bulb was out and simply emailed Julie so she would know for the next guests. Within half an hour she had someone there who put a new bulb in. I had a couple questions prior to our stay and Julie answered them via email right away. Great customer service!! Loved it!!!

The view is spectacular! We loved everything about our stay at the condo. From the amenities within the complex (pools, bar, hot tubs, lazy river, etc.) to the close proximity of Barefoot Landing, to all of the other activities that North Myrtle has to offer – there was always something to keep us entertained. Julie, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with, keeping in touch, and making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We really hope to get a chance to stay there again!

Wonder, restful escape!

Julie (owner)is a dream to work with! The unit is exactly as pictured, clean and in good repair. We were looking for a quiet retreat before his deployment, and this was perfect for our needs. Nice beach, plenty of pools, family friendly, banana boats right next door, very convenient location….we’ll be back!

Just as advertised

This condo was in a great location, just across the street from Barefoot Landing. The beach view was amazing and the cost reasonable for the peak season. The condo was suitable for a family of four and the mini kitchen facility allowed for a few nights of cooking in as well as breakfast and lunch preparation. The condo was well equiped and the owner, Julie was easily reachable and contacted us mid week to check on our stay.

Great place! Clean and affordable!

This condo is exactly as described and has a great view of the ocean. We stayed for four nights with our young children and found it to be a great place to relax. It was clean and orderly. The owner is very nice and called before we got there to let us know about some local eating options and to make sure that we had everything we needed. The facility is right on the beach which is the main reason I chose it (very convenient). I thought the price per night was more than reasonable. Will consider staying again. Thank you!

This trip was a girl’s get-away from work, kids and Kentucky rain. This condo is located on the 16th floor and has an amazing view of the ocean. It has several gorgeous pools, a lazy river, hot tub and sauna. Although the property is a bit older, we found it to be clean, inviting and in perfect working order. The beds were confortable, and Julie, the owner, was efficient. We look forward to coming back next spring!

My husband & I stayed at this condo for a week in April. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable which is a must for us since we both have back trouble. You can go on line and check this unit out. It is as described and pictures are identical. The balcony was great for viewing the ocean which we enjoy doing. There are a lot of things to do which does not require a lot of driving & getting into the busy traffic. This is a good place to go for a quiet relaxing vacation.

perfect getaway!

We booked our first spring break away this year. Julie was easy to work with and accommodating. The condo was as described and pictures online were identical. I will add the views from the balcony are so much better than online! The location was perfect for our family of 3 teens. Everything was a short drive/walk, and we werent in the middle of the “crazy busy” part of the beach. The pools are fantastic as well. We plan on returning and bringing friends w us next time.
