Please review the following policies before booking:
Minimum rental age: Guests must be at least 25 years old. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be canceled.
No pets: Pets are not permitted. Violations will incur a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping: Prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and in common areas. Designated smoking areas are available on the resort property.
No parties or events: Parties and gatherings are not permitted.
Vehicle restrictions: Motorcycles, trailers, RVs, oversized vehicles, and golf carts are not permitted on the property.
Maximum occupancy: The limit of 4 guests must be observed. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in a $200 fee per additional person, per night.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included. Additional towels and linens may be available for an extra charge.
Payment schedule: A 25% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Required documentation: A signed rental agreement and valid photo ID are required to confirm your reservation.
Building access: A resort entry code is required to enter the building.
Parking: A valid parking pass must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
