This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Proceeding down the hallway opens up to the oceanfront main room, containing the sofa, kitchen table, and cooking area which all overlook the direct view of the ocean. Amazing ocean views from the balcony and living area (and bedroom) are the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Our stay was exactly the getaway our family needed after a rough few months. Julie was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed taken care of. The condo was exactly as described with very comfortable beds and the perfect amount of seating for our small group. With the balcony door closed you could not hear any noises from the surrounding units. We had a great view of the pool and ocean. We stayed during a very crowded weekend but the resort amenities never felt that way. As some of the other reviews stated, the WiFi could be spotty at times, but that disconnect was exactly what our family needed. The elevators could get a little crowded at peak times making the wait a little long but that is nothing Julie would be able to control. We highly recommend the stay! It was the perfect peaceful weekend we needed with a gorgeous beach and lots of yummy restaurants nearby!

Our girls’ trip was exactly what we needed to get away, relax, and recharge. Julie was absolutely amazing with communication before, during, and even after our stay. The condo was perfect for the three of us — clean, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of the beach, ocean, and pool. One of our favorite things was being able to sit on the balcony or even relax on the couch and still enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Everything was just right, and we truly felt at home during our stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely keep Julie and this property on our list for future trips to Myrtle Beach!

Our trip to North Myrtle Beach was not planned with a lot of notice, so I was very pleased to find this listing. We enjoy the family atmosphere in the area, and this was the perfect location for us. This adorable ocean front condo did not disappoint. The pictures & the details in the listing were accurate with a perfect ocean front view. The condo decor was “spot on” with just the right amount of beach theme & definitely had that “home away from home” vibe. The beds were super comfy-we slept great. The condo was in a wonderful location & was very close to Barefoot Landing, which was where we ended up for shopping & dinner for most of our evenings. The pool area(multiple pools & hot tubs)was very nice & clean, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there because we prefer spending our days on the beach where we rented an umbrella & chairs for the week. Thanks for a very relaxing stay & I definitely hope to return soon.

On the Beach

The building is old and there is only one elevator to get up to the room but the room has a fantastic view and enough beds to fit our family of 5. It was clean but a bit lacking in things like towels and there was a really long list of rules to follow. Most of them will not be a problem for normal, respectful guests. Overall I would recommend this stay for anyone looking to be right on the beach. If that’s your priority, it’s a great place in a resort with multiple pools, a small arcade and beach access.
