Notes
This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.

Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).

Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.

No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Pool Update: The A-Tower pool will also be closed for approximately 1½ weeks beginning September 8, 2026. Additional pool closures may follow as work progresses.

Scupper Project at Tower B – This process involves the use of equipment that causes loud noise and vibrations in the buildings.

Neighborhood
This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

With outstanding views from the 8th floor, this Beach Cove Paradise is truly a renter’s paradise in any season. Once you enter through a foyer, Private bathroom, and bedroom to the left. Proceeding down the hallway opens up to the oceanfront main room, containing the sofa, kitchen table, and cooking area which all overlook the direct view of the ocean. Amazing ocean views from the balcony and living area (and bedroom) are the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Enjoy the convenience of your own kitchen in this condo featuring a full-sized fridge, stove, and microwave.

Great place for what I needed. I was travelling alone so the size of the place was perfect. I found a second elevator at the end of the hall that was always available. Also I have a full size pick up that wasnt fitting well in the parking garage so i used the open lot across the street. The only down side for me was the TV operation. I dont use streaming apps and thats what the TVs use. There was a list of local and regular channels but they didnt work. I would definately book again for the price and location alone.

My family had a great stay here! Very clean and the views from the balcony were wonderful! It looks just like the pictures! The only thing that didn’t work is the light on the balcony flickered but never stayed on. There is construction going on so that was a little loud in the mornings but otherwise it was no problem. I would definitely stay here again we had a great vacation!

The condo was easy to find and access. It was clean and the best… you dont feel humidity in the room!!! something pretty common on beach rooms but not on this one! One small suggestion would be to add paper towels on the kitchen 🙂 The amenities around were great! my kids loved the pools and lazy river. Overall it was a great experience!

Overall great place to stay, a few downfalls to the hotel. Extremely slow wait for elevators & wifi is spotty, only works half the time. Julie’s emails helped tremendously when it came to room directions.

Cozy condo for a couple, small family, or maybe a getaway with friends. Great to find something that’s open less than full week and priced well for mid-summer. Easy to follow instructions on everything. Walking distance to Barefoot Landing, Hamburger Joes and several other restuarants. Centrally located and easy drive up to Calabash or down through Myrtle Beach for anything else you would want. Plenty of pool access, several on-premise bars and restuarants, beach area was clean and relatively roomy even with holiday week crowds. Easy to rent chairs and umbrellas. Not a unit or Julie issue, but be aware there are alot of upgrades and construction at the resort right now (summer 24) so there is some extra noise and activity during the day.

We decided on a last minute trip to the beach and found Julie’s listing which had great reviews. The location was great, her place was clean and had great views of the beach and pools. I love to sit on the balcony and take in all the views, she has very nice, high chairs so you can see without having to stand. Julie and her team were quick to respond. We had an issue with the tv/remote which we noticed right when we arrived, it was late evening, she responded right away and had someone come the next day(we told her the next day would be fine)to check it out, and ended up putting in a new TV. The only negative thing was the wait for the elevator on the morning of check out, it took at least 15 minutes for us to get on one, they would pass us going up and down not even stopping. I think one is used for housekeeping that time of day but one elevator for 16 floors is not enough. I know she has no control over that but it was very frustrating. We would definitely stay again.
