This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas of this resort. Please only smoke in these designated areas.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NOTE: Only dogs are allowed at the resort; no cats. Maximum weight is 50 lbs and must be leashed, with $50 extra fee per dog. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. Pitbulls are not allowed at all.

Great little spot about 2 minutes away from a beach entrance. Quiet location. ~5-10 minute drive for food/gas etc. Easy parking with spaces next to the pool/building. AC unit worked great and I was very pleased to see a ceiling fan! Stayed here with my weiner dog and we had a great stay!

Julie’s place was worth far more than what I paid. It was such a quaint and pristine little condo. Always super quiet. the beach is right across the street. The neighborhood was safe and walkable. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning next time I’m in SC!

Perfect size studio for 2 right beside the beach! The condo is exactly like the pictures. Having the outside wash area after the beach was amazing! Little bit of a walk to closest restaurant / bar at the pier. Easy to get Ubers around the area. Highly recommend for a getaway at the beach!

Great spot one street off a public walk over to a beautiful sunrise! Older unit with steep steps if you have knee issues, but very clean and I plan to enjoy again!

This was just what and overwhelmed-highly anxious- solo traveler- creative type- needed- to untangle from the fast paced- progressive city- vibe And reconnect to the natural rhythm of the ocean, and the natural world The small place was great – minimized distractions, overall I highly recommend for a personal and creative solo retreat ! The condo was small but fierce! And a great reminder that you don’t need a lot of space, or money to create a beautiful retreat and respite for yourself. All you have to do to book this condo and say yes… to yourself. This Corner unit made it feel private, safe, and spacious. The location was amazing for long walks- (without feeling lost) right across the street to the beach access- between two peers and just a few more steps to the point!!!! Stunning, secluded and peaceful. Julie was very responsive throughout. 10-out of 10- (Note- I will remember to pack an extension cord next time:-) oh and there will be a next time!
