Notes
You can stroll outside to find stores and a plethora of activities, and this resort is right in the midst of everything. This place might get noisy during the holidays and high season. This might not be the best place for you to be if you’re searching for some peace and quiet. You will hear noises when you enter the condo from the outside or when your balcony doors are open during the busiest times of the year, which is around the holidays.

Please be advised that access to the breakfast area, business center, gym, and laundry facility will not be available to you.

We only provide the sets of towels listed above.

Neighborhood
For a far greater view of the ocean, this unit faces southeast! Ideally situated in the center of Myrtle Beach, close to the boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, the airport, a variety of restaurants, golf courses, pubs, entertainment, and more! As much as we love our apartment, we hope you do too! AND FREE WIFI, THE BEST OF ALL!
Access
This apartment has keyless entry. There is on-site parking as well as complete access to the lower level’s spas, indoor and outdoor pools, and pools. The business center, the breakfast bar, the gym, and the laundry room will be inaccessible to you.
Space
For convenient access, this property has a keyless entry system. You will receive comprehensive check-in/check-out information prior to your visit. To receive a vehicle tag at this resort, you must fill out a form. They will only permit one (1) car per property due to parking.

Please be aware that the breakfast room, laundry room, and gym will not be available to you.

You will receive 6 sets of towels, 4 washcloths, and linens for every bed while on vacation. Two rolls of toilet paper will also be provided.

Great location. Nice property, building is a little dated, but you can’t beat lactation. Minor issues I had with property. If you advertise unit fits 6, you should have 6 towels, plates, bowls, & spoons.(unit has 4 of each). We made do by eating in shifts and were just lucky we had our own towels. Also more than 1 elevator/lobby key would be nice. If my teenage kids wanted to go back to the room, someone always had to go with to bring key back down to pool. Not something I felt deserved taking a star off, but a pretty big inconvenience.

It was a lovely experience. You don’t need to drive—everything is just steps away: restaurants, shops store, the skywheel, the pier. Literally everything is just steps away. Recommended and definitely return to stay there.

The property was in a great location for what we wanted. Right on the beach with the property having a few pools as well. Check-in was a little clunky as instructions weren’t great in finding the elevator card and we didn’t know we needed to register our car for overnight parking until after check-in. WiFi access, once instructions were given was also good. Julie was quite responsive both before and during our stay. The room and location were as described. The free parking is great but during the busier times you have to park farther and farther from the hotel (I’m talking 1-2 blocks so it isn’t the worst but it was trying our last night finding parking). Overall this was a nice, older, property in a great location with nice amenities and was a good value. Host was responsive to my messages, room was clean and as pictured and if in Myrtle Beach again we’d consider staying there again.

Julie was very responsive any time I had a question. The rental was as described. The beds were comfortable and clean. The view was absolutely amazing. Sunrises could be watched from the balcony overlooking the beach. Miles and miles of beautiful beaches for shell hunting or a sunrise/set stroll. Many great restaurants and shops nearby all within walking distance. We never walked more than 10 minutes to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We had no need for a car. We were less than 15 minutes from the airport. We used Lyft for transportation from the airport otherwise walked everywhere.

My stay was very good, What I loved most about it was that it was directly next to almost everything you can do down there but in walking distance that was amazing! The only downfall was dirty covers on one of the beds and a pot still had left over food on it.Other than those two small things this was a very amazing stay and I would love to book again!

Couldn’t ask for anything better, perfect stay from check in to check out. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful ocean view stay. Walk down to the beach, lunch on the pier just few feet away, clean place, great host- absolutely perfect. Would be silly not to come back next year and do it again!!

Our stay at Julie’s place near the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk was great. Just steps from the beach, great restaurants, and all the attractions along the boardwalk. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Julie was proactive, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

The view was spectacular with Pier 14 on oneside and Skywheel on the other! The location was bang on! All Myrtle Beach attractions are walkable from this place. Broadway at the beach is also very near. The host (Julie) is very responsive and has provided us with very minute details about the place on what to do and what not to! Love to visit again.

Overall I really enjoyed this location. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It’s beachfront and right on the boardwalk. Was it a 5 star hotel, no. For a few nights for my family of 3 and for the price. I think it was worth it. Cannot speak for the kitchen, we only used the fridge.

Julie place was very clean! Smelled great as soon as you walk in. Easy check in instructions. Kitchen had everything we needed except a roll of paper towels but we managed. The view was amazing, location was great!!!! Everything looked just like the pictures!!!!! Was truly worth what we paid for. Will definitely be booking with her again. Only negative thing I can say is for the parking make sure you take a screenshot as soon as the site says it’s confirmed cause it will time out in seconds. They will not be able to retrieve the confirmation them self. They kept saying they would and never did! all three days I was there I had to keep making sure my car wasn’t towed. But other than that. All of our expectations were met.

Ideal location, literally on the boardwalk by everything, on the beautiful beach, great amenities and even when I forgot a condo key in my purse they were very understanding and gave us some time to bring it back to the resort.
