Notes
Please be aware that smoking is only permitted in certain parts of the resort; this room is not a smoke-only location. Please respect these areas that have been designated for smoking.

It’s critical to keep in mind that this condo is not a hotel room but rather privately held property. We kindly request that you handle it with the same consideration and decency as you would your own house. Please be advised that although we will try our best to assist you with any problems that may come up while you are here, there isn’t always staff on site.

Please Note: The pool that is partially indoors and partially outdoors is currently closed for maintenance. Also, Spa Villa is closed. However, there are several other pools available throughout the resort for guests to enjoy. To enhance your experience, the oceanfront pool is currently heated while the indoor/outdoor pool remains closed.

NOTE: Indoor pool is closed until further notice

Area Closure: From the Tiki Bar to the fence (including the smoking area) will be roped off all next week. During this period the regular smoke area (gazebo) will be closed. The white gravel area outside the maintenance compound where the golf cart usually parks (next to Grand Atlantic) will be the temporary replacement smoking area.
Beach Access: Thursday and Friday (weather permitting), the area from the exit door on the oceanfront side of the tower to the beach will be closed. Please use the Hurl Rocks Park beach access.

The beach area directly in front of Bluewater Resort may be temporarily restricted due to an ongoing beach renourishment project. Beach access is available via the public access near Grand Atlantic Resort. Access conditions may vary daily based on construction, weather, and tides.

The ideal location of BlueWater Resort provides quick access to the airport, upscale dining establishments, retail stores, and movie theaters at Market Commons. There are several different eateries in the area for you to pick from, such as Crow’s Nest Oceanfront Bar & Grill, E-Noodle, and Compass Rose Restaurant. You will find lots of options close to the resort, whether you’re in the mood for a delectable dinner or some entertainment.

The location is great

The location is great, the price was good, communication was good, only thing is that the blinds fell out of the wall the night we checked in, and she said a maintenance person was to come while we were away, but the blinds never got fixed before we checked out. Just kind of felt like our privacy wasn’t good because of this situation. Other than that, everything else was great 🙂

The hotel was very clean and felt safe with the security they had. There were access codes for each entrance and the room. There were multiple pools which were great as well! Very limited parking, but we made it work. The room itself was nice and tidy. I rate the room 5 stars for the privacy of the master bedroom and it had pretty much everything we needed. My only suggestion is that I would love a hair dryer in the room! I highly recommend staying here!

Julie was helpful when we had any concerns or questions and always responded in a timely manner. The resort as a whole was nice and clean. There were many pools to keep my boys entertained. We enjoyed the NY style pizza attached to the resort as well as the tiki bar close to the pools. Over all we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay at this unit again! We booked this condo for a last-minute weekend trip to Myrtle Beach and really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view. While the area just outside the building felt a bit uncomfortable, especially for walking alone at night, the nearby parking garage was well-lit and secure. The check-in instructions did include the garage location and access card details, but they were easy to overlook—making that info more prominent and linking the garage on Google Maps would be helpful. Also, note that if you plan to use the kitchen, you’ll need to wash any used dishes before checkout. Dish soap or dishwasher pods weren’t provided, so bring your own. Overall, a great stay with just a few small things to keep in mind!

Very good location and great for kids. Easy access to the beach and pools. It could be perfect if it wasn’t for some of the electric socket doesn’t work and the ac vents smell of mold. No doubt we had a good time at the place and we could easily go back if we needed to. Thanks Julie

This unit is in a great location: steps away from the beach, under 10 min away from the airport and close to nice restaurants in North Myrtle Beach. The Blue Water resort is right in the middle of Ocean Blvd, which has its pros and cons but all the staff working in the resort and our host were great!

Very nice Airbnb that’s was affordable during prime vacationing season. We loved the view from Julie’s place overlooking the ocean on the right and the strip to the left. Place was very clean and we felt right at home. Kids and I loved the 3 pools and 2 hot tubs that are 20 ft from NY Pizzas and the tiki bar. Try the pineapple bacardi drink. Food was amazing and fresh at NY Pizza. I’m telling you about NY Pizza because it’s in the same building and affordable just like Julie’s place. Kids and I cant wait to get back.

We had a wonderful stay my wife and I. Didn’t realize how close to the beach we’d be from the photos. You could literally hear the crashing waves from the ocean. So peaceful and the sunrise simply majestic. There were a few extra hoops to jump over for an Airbnb listing such as separate security deposit and registration application. But in the end, fully worth it for the location. Close to all with a Walmart 5 min drive, plenty of restaurants and cozy spots and of courses the beautiful beach. Definitely worth the price. Great value over all considering all the amenities. Would stay again for sure!

Stayed here for a few days. Place was amazing. There was lots to do close to by (restaurants, shopping, activities, etc). Our only problems were we didn’t get a white key card which restricted where we could ( needed for the pool). Secondly, there’s a parking structure that our code wouldn’t work with. All in would definitely recommend and we will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Julie’s condo is cozy and clean, and she has an attention to details that we really appreciated. The bathroom is even stocked with big, fluffy towels instead of scratchy hotel towels and the bed was very comfortable. Communication was quick and easy as well.

What a perfect place!!! Good price, great view, good service and great location… The amenities in this Resort are great, we were able to use the hot tub and sauna. There is a restaurant at the first floor with really good food and you have a safe parking lot. No complaints.
