The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Julie our host was absolutely amazing to work with, she responded quickly whenever i had a question and was more than happy to recommend places to eat or things to do nearby. My husband and I had a great week in the condo, it was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We were able to watch the Sunrise and Sunset everyday. It was so nice to be able to walk right out the door and be on the beach to sit or stroll anytime we wanted. The Sandtrap bar/restaurant had amazing frozen drinks and the wings were delicious so convenient they are on the property. Would highly recommend this Condo to family and friends looking to visit North Myrtle Beach area.

But the resort in total did have others we could go to so it really wasn’t that big of a deal. All which is not Big fish rentals issue it was the resorts. Would definitely book with Big fish rentals again. ! And will with all future beach trips in North Myrtle.

Julie was great and very communicative

Julie was great and very communicative. The resort was nice and the kids loved the lazy river. We were in Tower 1 and all of the pools were closed for that tower but it was ok and we just walked over to the other pools to use. We really enjoyed our stay. My one downside opinion was with the parking but Julie and her owners can’t control that. The parking garage is really tight and hard to maneuver around on coming traffic and very tight spaces to park. Other than that it was a good time.

Julie‘s place was awesome

Julie‘s place was awesome! It was exactly the way it was described in the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well as the couch. But the most impressive thing for us was the cleanliness. The condo was spotless from top to bottom. The floors were clean, our feet didn’t even get anything on them when we walked across the floor barefoot. We loved the location because the view was breathtaking We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Myrtle Beach the next time

My husband and I were thrilled with this property for our five night getaway. Surprisingly to me, it was everything it stated it would be and also the prior reviews were very good. The beach view was amazing and the amenities were kept very clean. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to be approved for the rental (sending id pictures, credit card info for every transaction add on etc…) but in the end it was worth the time. Definitely want to stay there again!

We had a total of 4 women stay at Julie’s condo for a bachelorette weekend. The condo fit us all perfectly! Everything was clean and exactly as described. With Julie’s detailed instructions, check in and check out were easy to follow. Although you do not need to interact with front desk or staff for this stay, we needed an extra parking pass so we did utilize the front desk for that and to get a luggage cart upon arrival. All staff we encountered were very helpful & kind. The resort amenities provided more than we expected, boasting easy access to the beach, many pools & jacuzzis, restaurants, bars, and a gift shop equipped with anything you may have forgotten to pack. Barefoot Landing is only a 5 minute drive away, offering tons of options for activities and dining out. Cars were securely parked in a key-coded parking deck. We were blown away with how convenient everything was from start to finish! Julie is an excellent host and we look forward to booking with her again!

Pics were accurate, great area for pools/beach. Parking was across the street and hectic check-in/out with all others (to be expected). Note to bring all you need (no starter coffee pods, no paper towels, no salt/pepper misc stuff that most places have to get you started. Agree with others – would like to have a throw blanket or two but overall great place just wanted to specify to come prepared! Oh also – balcony is not directly in sun and was able to enjoy a couple weddings and some fireworks when we were there! Would stay again with more people!

We stayed over Memorial weekend. It was definitely extremely busy with Atlantic Bike Week going on. The condo was exactly as pictured and was clean and perfect for a week long stay. Wonderful place!

The room was clean and newly renovated. There was plenty of space for all of us. The view from the balcony looks right over the pools and to the ocean- it was breathtaking! Everything was close to us. It was so easy to enjoy the day at the beach and the pools, then go back up to the room if needed. This is a great vacation rental property and I highly recommend it. A 5-Smile Stay

This was the second time we stayed in this unit and the third or fourth time we’ve booked with Big Fish Rentals. Big Fish is extremely easy to work with and quickly responds to your emails or text. Bay Watch 503 was recently painted and upgraded and is like new. My wife commented that it was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in on the Strand. I highly recommend Big Fish and 503. The Best!

This unit is just cute as can be. Once again booking with Big Fish at Baywatch I honestly do not have anything negative to say. The only slight downside to this unit, and for a short stay I don’t really consider it a downside, is that it doesn’t have a washer/dryer in the unit. However the building does have a laundry on the first floor. Otherwise this condo is fantastic and I will surely be requesting it again. You are a very short walk down to the beach or pool and right at the elevator. The property has a great little gift/ice cream shop that fortunately has about anything you could need or have forgotten to bring. I also cannot say enough good things about Julie and her staff. The instructions are very clear and access to the unit very simple. All fees are quoted upfront and no surprises. She provides a few basic amenities, which is greatly appreciated, such as toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. I’ve stayed in two of her units here and always had hand soap and some small travel size shower gel and shampoo but you do need to bring your own. Her pricing is fair and the condition and quality of her units are excellent. Thank you for another wonderful stay at my happy place!

Everything was spectacular, in every way, we give it 5 stars, a very nice place, if I had to travel my next vacation would be right here. The only thing I didn’t think of was that they were charging me for two pillows from a sofa that we supposedly lost and something that we didn’t. those who cleaned did not do their job of checking the place well, they should be called to their attention for not doing their job well

Amazing views, great location, cute decor, clean pools, easy on-site beach access. While I didn’t take advantage, there are a couple restaraunts, souvenir store, and bar/grill on the resort. Outdoors in the pool area, they serve the BEST italian ice! My family and I enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future!

Great room and great view! We had everything we needed. Bring extra towels, if you don’t want to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We would definitely recommend this room to others!

The place was nice and clean . The view was amazing! The emails where a lot to read but full of everything y need to know about checking In and out. Communication was great when I had any problems. It was nice to have pools both indoor and out door, and of course the ocean itself. I stayed one night and was a little expensive for the cleaning fee but the place is definitely well kept.

This place was really nice & well taken care of. As we arrived everything went as advertised from the host end which is deff a plus. Had no problems whatsoever! The entire site is nice something for everyone. Hope to return soon

Very clean & lovely decor! Very nice for the reasonable price. Communication was great & we had no issues with check in or check out. Instructions were very clear and we knew everything we needed to know ahead of time. No complaints at all!

The place is small but views are stunning!! This place is perfect for quick get aways or extended stays for couples or small families. Location is close to main road and many attractions. The only negative we found with this place is a tight parking lot area where you unload and load your car but other than that it was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.
