Notes
This room is smoke-free, and smoking is permitted solely in designated resort areas. Please adhere to smoking only in these specified locations.

This condo is privately owned and differs from a standard hotel room. Please treat it with the same care as you would your own home. In case of any issues, we’ll make every effort to address them promptly, although there isn’t continuous on-site residency available 24/7.

PER HOA – the loungers are for YARD USE ONLY. There are signs posted at the entrance of the walkway leading to the beach that clearly state that removal of yard furniture warrants a fine of $100. Also, brown chairs from the yards are being taken up to unit balconies, which is NOT PERMITTED. Also, as a reminder, the main tower is SMOKE-FREE. Smoking outside of the entrance to the building and in the hallways is NOT permitted.

Important notes:
– This condo doesn’t have access to the onsite laundry facility.
– There’s NO GYM onsite.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
– Pest control schedule FLOOR 6-14 (JANUARY, MARCH, MAY, JULY, SEPTEMBER, NOVEMBER)
FLOOR 1-5 (FEBRUARY, APRIL, JUNE, AUGUST, OCTOBER, DECEMBER)

– the pool deck will reopen on Tuesday, January 6th, and the hot tubs will be heated by 7th.

This stay had a beautiful view, looked exactly like the pictures and was clean. The only downside was the parking. I am handicapped and there were multiple times where there weren’t enough handicapped spaces available, but that’s not something that the host can control at all. Other than that, everything was great!

My girlfriend and I were very happy with this location

My girlfriend and I were very happy with this location. Great view and area with lots of things to do nearby, like eating, drinking, and shopping. The location was clean. There is construction next door that the host warned us about, so a little noisy at times, but out of the host’s control and wasn’t an issue. Only complaint really was lack of communication at times. We had a hard time understanding where to initially park and asked multiple times what were our other options. There’s a ton of parking available, but we kept being told to park in front of the building when that lot was full at the time and we did not feel heard at all. So figuring that out was a little frustrating. Overall, a great time and think it’s worth checking out.

Been staying at the Boardwalk Beach Resort every year with my family, love the fact I was able to book a condo through AirBnB to be able to carry out these traditions and memories with my children. The place is beautiful and worth every penny. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a 3 bed, with a kitchenette and BEAUTIFUL views of the ocean, plus it is located about a mile from the main strip and conveniently located near a lot of other shops and dining! Perfect! 5 stars!

This place was exactly how she shows it and explains it. It was close to the strip with other great places to shop and eat at that were great. Place was in a great location and wasn’t to busy. Julie was nice and responded quickly with whatever questions i had. It was kind of cramped for our family of 6 with four of them being kids but everyone did fine. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend Julie’s place!

The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy living space. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking process and stay, which made everything even smoother. Value for the 4 of us was spot on. The view of the Atlantic ocean was amazing. The unit was very clean and tidy. Many restaurants within a short distance. Suitable for 4 people but 2 people need to sleep in the king bed. The other 2 had a pulll out couch and a murphy bed. Overall 4 people is just enough. Overall was a great choice and Julie replied promptly if i had any questions and made sure everything was trouble free. Yes i would recommend for sure.
